Chapter 33

"Toloooo!! Toloong!!” shouted the young woman who turned out to be Jane in the past.

He tried to open the door of the car, hoping to save Vanessa in this car. With all her might, Jane was finally able to open the broken door.

“A-what are you ... still able to move? Hold my hand. I'll help you out Madam,” Jane said in a voice trembling with panic.

Vanessa, already covered in blood, was still unable to move her body. He just opened his fist, looking at the thing in his hand.

"Please ... give this .. to my husband" said Vanesa, whose face was covered in blood, with a flash containing evidence of Jacob's crimes.

Jane doesn't understand what this woman means. Not wanting this bloodied woman to get worse, Jane immediately took the object and pulled Vanessa out of the car.

Jane who was just riding a bike was clearly confused. How did he save this woman? He drowned while shouting for help, hoping that someone would hear him.

Unfortunately, no one passed by there. Residential settlements are still quite far away, making the people around no one know of this situation.

“Come on, I beg you to hold on for a little while.. I will take you to the hospital .. so I beg you to stay ...,” Jane said in a trembling voice, and tears unraveled.

It's clear Jane's panicking about Vanessa's situation. What else saw the blood that just kept rushing from his injured head and hands.

“Come on, you must be strong .. I beg ..” said young Jane with her tears becoming more and more so.

Vanessa tried to open her eyes. He stared gently at Jane, though his gaze was now blurry, unclear because he was so limp out of blood.

“Leave me .. bring the thing I gave you earlier, to my husband,” Vanessa said in a faint voice, trying to exert the remnants of her power.

Jane then attempts to fumble through Vanessa's clothes, to find the woman's cell phone. Then he immediately contacted anyone who was in Vanessa's cell phone contact. Unfortunately, the call cannot be made.

“Argh! Why is there no signal here??” this woman shouted with a feeling of annoyance. Jane was clearly confused. He was terrified, and panicked at Vanessa's increasingly limp state.

Fortunately, not how long there were cars crossing this place. The man who was driving it immediately helped Vanessa and Jane, to take the victims of this accident to the nearest hospital.

During the trip, Jane, who was still holding Vanessa, continued to pray, hoping that the woman was okay. Although he did not know this person, but it seemed that he could not let Vanessa die just like that.

Until they finally arrived at the hospital. Vanessa immediately got help because of the dying situation.

“Doctor ... I beg you please help him ..” Jane said with a trembling body.

“Sorry .. but the victim is no longer alive. He ... is dead,” said the doctor, making Jane sit limp. His head hurts so much, his feelings are not good.

“What are you victim's family?” ask the sister who from earlier actually continued to ask this to Jane.

Jane who was still in shock and could not accept the reality, now just looked at the nurse blankly, shaking her head.

This obviously confused the hospital. They soon alerted Vanessa's family, who were in her cell phone contact.

While Jane, who was supposed to meet with Xavier to hand over the evidence from Vanessa, now instead chose to walk out of this place, without saying anything else with her blank look.

Jane went back to her house. He sat behind the door of this shabby house, and wept, remembering the death of someone in his arms, until he was unconscious.

This time, the sound of someone's voice sounded not so clear in Jane's ear. Slowly, Jane tried to open both eyelids. There was a middle-aged man facing him. Only, his eyes still looked blurry, indistinct.

Jane tried to close her eyes for a moment, to clarify her view. When she opened her eyes again, Jane saw a man holding his anchor on his shoulder.

“Nona? Are you okay?” ask the man who was a fisherman.

Jane was clearly confused by this situation. ‘Where am I? Who .... this person?’ his mind wonders too.

His eyes were now spreading, watching his surroundings. This place is filled with fishing equipment, even Jane can smell the aroma of the sea attached to this room.

“Your preparations? Where am I? Wh-why ... am I suddenly here?” jane asked while trying to raise her body. Jane was grimacing in pain. His body was in terrible pain, full of wounds.

“Quiet first Miss. You better just lie down. Your body ... a lot of injuries,” said the man, who grimaced, as if feeling what Jane was feeling.

“Actually ... what happened?” ask Jane to be astonished.

Jane clearly doesn't understand this. All she remembers is crying after seeing Vanessa die in front of her. Even Jane remembered, that before the incident, she was in Vanessa's body and played the role of the woman.

“I also don't know what happened to Miss. But, I found Miss while I was at sea. My anchor caught the sack pack, and when I lifted it and opened it, it turned out that there was you ... who had just sunk,”, the man said trying to explain in a soft voice.

Jane was completely confused by this situation. As he remembered, he was not near the sea, what else was said to be drowning like just now.

“Luckily your breath is still Miss. I thought I found a corpse, because your body is full of bruises like this,” added the fisherman.

Jane, who was still confused, tried to recall the wounds on her body. He also recalled what circumstances made him come to this.
