Chapter 36: The Fires of the Unggun

The bodies of the various rank Hunters were scattered on the floor, while the culprits from the injuries of the dozens of Hunters were three women who had previously sparred with the chairman of the Hunter association.

It all started when Byour asked Melinda to take all the items that were supposed to be theirs, but when out of the waiting room Melinda instead asked for help from each Hunter and guard to arrest the three on charges of assault against the association leader.

As a result, the three girls are surrounded and Goto is secured for treatment. It's not all finished up there. When the three will be arrested they fight until there is a fight.

Everyone watched the strength of the three women who defeated the dozens of Hunters so quickly, most of the Hunters who were rank B and C only needed one attack to make them fall sprawled on the floor. As for some A rank they are not much better.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

The three blows were so violent that the impact of the punch was able to create a powerful wind explosion. The blow coming from Towby hit the body of a mutant whose skin could turn into iron.

Blood spewed out as his body crumbled from the attack from the woman smaller than him. Unable to hold back the mutant man fell unconscious.

“That lady defeated Ironskin who was able to withstand a level 29 Golem attack with just three punches!.”

Everyone was made to not believe what they were witnessing. Ironskin is an A rank Hunter with the title of best tanker in town. The high defensive ability was even able to withstand a sword slash without the slightest scratch.

But it all seemed like a lie as the big man sprawled in front of the woman who had defeated Ironskin with just three strokes.

“What is there more?.” Towby stared around making everyone retreat in fear. Until there was a sound of Melinda heard from behind the Hunter association guard troops.

“You guys know what you've done.” he looks so confident while behind the guard troops with full weapons, weapons made to kill humans in the past.

“You can't run away after making Hunter's association an enemy, you don't know what kind of organization it is dealing with!.” compared to when he was still inside the waiting room, he is so different now.

Melinda believes in the power of the Hunter Association, which is the largest union organization in the world. No one dares to deal with an organization directly protected by the union of nations.

“If you think like that, then what if that question turns to you?.” Byour said.

“What do you mean?.”

“I mean, what if you're wrong here for not knowing what kind of organization BlackBone is. Organizations you want to make enemies.”

Everyone stared at each other, they did not know much about the new guild called BlackBone. All they knew was that its members were so powerful and capable of raising the rank of Hunter in such a short period of time, the rest of them were nothing they knew.

‘Are they really a powerful organization that has been living in the shadows?.’

Such thoughts come to everyone's mind. They begin to think the extreme actions currently being committed by members of the BlackBone company that could result in hostility to the entire Hunter association around the world are deliberately being done for a purpose they do not know about.

With orders from Melinda all the guards started shooting at the three. But an ancient weapon that lacked Mana power could not possibly threaten the androids Kirana had created to protect Big Bro from the threat of beings from another dimension.

Bullet rain was directed at the three, but how the steel walls of the three women still stood strong with the designation protective shield that held all the shots.

Seeing that the firearm had no effect, Melinda asked the witches to attack, but the attacks of dozens of various elemental magic were still not strong enough to defeat Towby, Byour and S11.

The three were still standing in the middle of the sea of flames created from the magic attacks of the Hunters and guards. Seeing all Hunter's attacks in vain made Melinda's confidence disappear even more.

“I think they've run out of mana and manpower.” S11 said upon seeing that everyone who attacked them was already exhausted.

“Then.. it's our turn!.”

The crowd outside the association building was getting crowded due to the commotion that occurred. A lot of the magic that exploded made smoke from the fire start to come out of the building, but not just the smoke that came out.

Dozens of Hunters were thrown out of the association building, so the staff ran outside until only the BlackBone company members remained.

Dozens of police cars had surrounded the association building, they came after getting an emergency call from Melinda's secretary.

“I thought they would use the people inside as a backrest, but they just freed everyone up to the employees.”

A policeman is confused at the actions of the BlackBone guild that did not take sandra. Melinda initially reported to the police that the members of the BlackBone guild intended to rob the association building.

The police thought it was a foolish act where the association building was a gathering place for powerful people known as Hunters. But seeing the chaos they began to take this more seriously.

As the fire grew larger, the entire three-story building was burned. Dozens of fire engines were deployed but strange things happened when all the water suddenly froze, even the water magic used by magicians was frozen when it came into contact with the fire.

An unexplained phenomenon other than the possibility that the fire burning the building was an unknown magic. There was nothing to do, everyone could only stare at the burnt-out Hunter association building.

Many media outlets were covering the fire, and more residents were watching while chewing popcorn, some young couples were busy courting while burning corn on the fire that burned the building.

“Brffftttt..” The leader of the police force spouted the coffee he drank after seeing the appearance of the BlackBone guild.

The old man repeated his mistake.

Getting warnings as well as tens of guns and rocket launchers aimed at them did not scare any BlackBone company members. They continued to stand quietly in front of the best association building.
