Chapter 29. The Lin Chen Show

Lin Chen walked down the stairs quietly, as he had just arrived on the ground floor he suddenly became the center of attention of the other visitors.

" Look at him already down." Said the visitor who had previously talked about Lin Chen.

" It seems like he really just wants to enjoy the dishes without doing anything important on the third floor." His partner.

Lin Chen himself who heard their chatter behaved indifferently, then immediately walked out.

" I'd better start preparing myself." Said slowly Lin Chen then immediately went darting towards the outside of the city towards the nearby forest.

There were a few people hiding not far from the restaurant that Lin Chen had previously visited.

" It's our chance to eliminate him." Said one of them staring at Lin Chen's departure.

" What if Elder Lou is also watching him." Said his partner worriedly.

" Let's calm down, the elder said that elder Lou had already returned to the arena."

Then that group of three people immediately went to follow Lin Chen.

Lin Chen continued moving away from the city, he calmly displayed a faint smile as he sensed three auras following him.

" Two King levels early and one King level intermediate, not bad." Lin Chen bathed, then increased his speed.

From afar.

Five hundred meters behind Lin Chen, the three people who were chasing him kept moving following.

" It seems like he's starting to realize our existence." Said one of them while looking at Lin Chen's increasingly rapid movements.

" Stay alert." His partner reminded, then the three immediately increased his speed chasing Lin Chen.

" Swush....." A flash of light continued to shoot from one tree to another.

Lin Chen who had already moved left them smiling, then headed towards one of the tallest trees there was.

" Swush...." Lin Chen's body stopped on top of a tree, calmly sitting on one of the tree trunks.

" There's no harm in making entertainment for yourself." Lin Chen chuckled softly with a glance towards the three figures that had previously followed him.

Whereas in other places, the three figures that followed Lin Chen started to get exhausted after continuing to move for two more hours without stopping.

" Braziest! How much Qi he had." One of them angrily looked at Lin Chen who kept darting away from his group.

" Look down, I'm sure he'll give up soon." His partner with confidence.

The three of them continued to move splitting the wind by increasing his speed back.

Lin Chen who was in one of the trees smiled hearing the chatter of the three.

" Stupid! Only level King wants to play with me, you guys are too confident." Said Lin Chen quietly, then took out the immortal apple fruit from his storage ring.

" Not bad." Lin Chen chuckled as he saw the three of them start to look exhausted.

" Swush......"

" Swush....."

The three continued to move with their breathing starting to become irregular.

" Do you feel it?" Ask one of them.

The three then stopped his movements with a view of seeing the place around him.

" I felt something was wrong before."

One of them then tried to use his soul power.

" Swush...." The place around him suddenly changed.

" B*jerk! We've fallen into his trap."

" Try using your soul force to understand what pisses me off." Said the figure that had been freed from the illusion formation made by Lin Chen.

Both of them immediately used his soul force, until the sight of the two of them changed.

" Ranghhh....! Look you'll feel what it's like to live on the brink of death!" Shouted one of them furiously.

The three of them finally realized how Lin Chen who continued to move quickly without feeling exhausted.

" It seems you've experienced it so much that you wanted me to experience what it is to live on the verge of death." A voice from above the tree.

The three immediately turned their eyes toward the source of the sound.

" Damn!" Grunted them while looking at the existence of Lin Chen who was sitting quietly.

Lin Chen then descended from the top of the tree.

" Swush...." Lin Chen then stood about fifty meters away from the three figures.

" What do you want from me?" Asked Lin Chen staring intently at the three.

" You don't have the right to ask us, you'd better say the last words to your parents right away. I promised to tell them, but we didn't guarantee they'd stay alive." Say one of them with a laugh.

Lin Chen who heard those words was so angry.

" A bad intention for me has been the biggest mistake of your life, and now you're saying you want to kill my parents?" Said Lin Chen by releasing the dragon aura from his body.

" Swush...." The golden light started to envelop Lin Chen's body making the three of them feel depressed due to the huge energy that suddenly appeared.

" What's going on." Their inner being with fear when unable to move freely.

" Swush...." Lin Chen moved using the Dragon God Steps.

His body shot rapidly towards the three.

" The Sky Remover Tread!" A blue-colored tread emerged from the void attacking towards the three.

" Dhuaaarrr....." Lin Chen's tread attack pushed all three up to a dozen meters.

Lin Chen moved back quickly.

" Swush...."

" Plaque..., Plaque....., Plakkkk..." The sound of a slap that was mutually unpretentious was heard with the sound of screaming in pain from the three.

One of those who wanted to open his voice immediately just got a slap back from Lin Chen.

" You've had enough of this nonsense!" Lin Chen continued to slap the three in turn.

" How, is this what you mean by living on the brink of death?" Asked Lin Chen staring intently at the figure who previously said he wanted to make himself live on the verge of death.

As he wanted to answer Lin Chen's question, once again a loud slap hit his face.

" I told you not to talk nonsense!" Lin Chen with a smile, then started to break the other hand.

Lin Chen continued to do the same to both of them. Until a while later, both hands and feet are separated from their bodies.

" At first I just wanted to kill you without pain, but you asked me to become a god of your death this way." Said Lin Chen, who then took out a rope from inside his storage ring.

Lin Chen tied the three bodies without hands and feet into one, then immediately shot up into the tree.

" Done..." Said Lin Chen as he looked at his third body that was bound on top of a tree.

Lin Chen approached them.

" I will not kill you, let this task be left to the wild animals in this place." Said Lin Chen who then immediately left the three.

Not to forget also Lin Chen took out his third storage ring to find out their identity, then destroyed their cultivation thus making the three of them now ordinary humans.
