Chapter 49. Out of the Underground Jail

Lin Chen went down the stairs cautiously, his eyes staring at the wall to his right and left.

Ancestor Cu who had previously learned the formation technique given by Lin Chen smiled happily.

" I've finally got it under control, hopefully I'll be able to unlock the seal." Ancestor Cu walked towards the sealed box.

By moving his hand, Ancestor Cu began to prepare to unseal it.

" Swush....." A dazzling light shot out with ancient writings floating in the air.

Ancestor Cu continued to focus on balancing the formation he made, until a few minutes later the ancient writing began to coalesce.

" Swush...." Ancestor Cu immediately directed the formation he created towards the box.

" Itsn .." The attached seal slowly began to crack, ancient writing began to spread around the box.

" Swush...." The sealed black box opened by releasing a sufficiently powerful aura sweeping across the surrounding place.

" It worked..." Ancestor Cu was happy, he could see a yellow-colored sword with a blue hue was inside the box, the sword continued to release a powerful aura.

Ancestor Cu slowly touched the sword, then took it.

It was seen that the sword trembled for a while, until it calmed down again.

" What a wonderful sword." Ancestor Cu softly said as he felt a great power reside on that sword.

Ancestor Cu immediately stored her into a storage ring. Then returning to his previous place to cultivate restored his Qi energy which was drained quite a lot.

Lin Chen who was cultivating opened his two eyes, calmly staring towards the patriarch Cu Gang who was still focused on recuperating.

" It seems like it'll be early in the morning, hopefully the patriarch Cu Gang will finish it." Inner Lin Chen, then sat quietly waiting for the patriarch Cu Gang.

Fifteen minutes passed, patriarch Cu Gang slowly opened his eyes.

There was a thin smoke coming out of his mouth and nose.

Patriarch Cu Gang looked towards Lin Chen respectfully and smiled, then got up by moving his long-rigid body.

" Young master, I'm ready." Said Patriarch Cu Gang by changing his call towards Lin Chen.

" Okay, we'll get out of this place soon."
