"Sister Anna are you okay? " Anna heard the voice of her sister, Erza. Anna wanted to cry because she would never be okay without her sister. Anna has no money for Erza's medical expenses.

"I'm fine, baby. What do you want to eat? " Ana asked him when his sister came and hugged him.

"I want bread with Anna's cheese" Anna looked down at her small body, her heart was tight, however Anna had to save Erza. Anna loves him and can't even think of a day without him. Anna smiled at Erza and nodded before going to the kitchen.

After breakfast Anna goes to the hospital with Erza. When Anna entered the hospital she saw Peterson's doctor. He was the one who cared for and helped with everything about Erza.

"Good morning little" said Peterson with a smile and Erza giggled happily because she liked Doctor Peterson so much.

"Good morning Pete" Erza joked as she ran to the doctor. Then the doctor carried Erza and nodded at Anna before going to Erza's ward. After some time Peterson's doctor came again.

"Rulianna, can I talk to you for a second? " The doctor asked and Anna nodded, but this was the thing Anna was most afraid of. Anna didn't know what the doctor wanted to say, but she knew it was all about Erza's health. Maybe the news will be good or bad, Anna was afraid.

"Erza's health is getting worse. We have to have the surgery done as soon as possible" Anna's heart shattered into pieces upon hearing the doctor's words. Inadvertently tears welled up in her eyes.

"Why did this happen to us? " Inner Anna.

"Rulianna, I know you have financial problems. I'm sorry" Doctor Peterson patted Anna's shoulder. Anna sighed because no matter what happened, Anna would look for money for her sister's surgery and make Erza's situation better.

"Doctor, I'm going to make money" Anna said as she wiped her tears.

“You have a maximum of ten months. It would be great if you could get it right away” Anna nodded and looked at Erza through the glass wall, looking Erza who was smiling at a nurse while chatting.

"I can't let anything happen to her because she's the only family I have" Anna muttered.

"Erza should stay in the hospital from today onwards" Anna still stared at Erza. He is very cute and he will be a handsome man in the future, so as his sister I have to protect him.

"Well doctor" After that Anna went into Erza's ward.

"Am I dying, Anna?" Ask Erza. Anna forced her tears back because she did not want to cry in front of her sister. Anna smiled forcefully and carried Erza onto her lap, just then Anna began to caress Erza's delicate dark brown hair.

"No. You'll be well soon" Anna kissed Erza's head and placed her chin on Erza's head.

"That's good, hopefully" Erza started laughing. Anna clenched her jaw, not wanting to cry. His heart ached and it felt like something was squeezing his heart so tightly.

"I love you so much Erza" Anna said as she kissed her little cheek.

"I love you too much Anna's leg" Then Erza kissed Anna's forehead. Anna bit her lower lip so hard because of the pain felt in her heart, no pain could match the pain in her heart at this moment.

"Erza, you should stay here for a few months. Is it okay, baby? " Tanya Anna and Erza nodded with happy smiles.

"I'm going to play with Peter all day" Erza said as she jumped. Anna smiled at him and stood up to leave.

"But Anna's sister will come to see me every day right? " Erza pouted while biting her little lips.

"Yes. Brother will be here every day" Anna said. Anna then left the hospital and went home.

Anna had to go to college, but her thoughts were chaotic so she paused her intentions and went straight home. After returning home, Anna settles into bed and begins to cry from fatigue and fear about Erza's life.

After she was satisfied crying Anna went to the bathroom, washed her face and changed her clothes. A moment later the door was knocked and Anna stepped in to open the door. When she opened the door, she saw Aunt Lisa.

"Rulianna, you're crying. Aye right? " Aunt Lisa asked, Anna could only forcefully smile.

"What's going on? " Task Aunt Lisa. Anna told me everything she felt and about her helplessness. Aunty let out a long sigh and pulled Anna into her warm embrace. Aunty is really like a mother, always taking care of Anna and Erza. But now she is getting older and Anna cannot burden her with her life.

"Ruli, I'm sorry for having to tell you about this, but I can't stay still without telling you, I don't have much money either" Aunt said with a rough sigh, Anna doesn't care about anything and all Anna needs is money. Anna wants to pay for Erza's operation as soon as possible.

"Tell me Aunt Lisa, right now I'll do anything for my sister's life. Even if I have to sell my body" Anna said as she carried her aunt's hand and placed it on her chest.

"I don't know Ruli but I will tell you and you will make the decision" Anna nodded at him quickly and she sighed.

"A rented womb? So do I have to give birth to a baby for a man I don't know? " Inner Anna.

"How are they aunts? " Anna asked. She looked at Lisa's aunt's face and Anna knew the sad aunt, actually the aunt didn't want to see Anna like that. She was the woman who taught Anna to be patient until fate said I came, our lives would be happy.

"You have everything they need. Beauty, intelligence, and virginity. And you have things beyond what they expected" Anna closed her eyes and thought about it over and over again.

"I agree. I will be their rented womb, but please don't let Erza know all about this" Anna said with a smile on Lisa's aunt. Anna saw the injured aunt from the look on her face, but she nodded at Anna and smiled forcefully. He cares deeply for Anna and Anna will always be grateful to him.

"I'll tell them and I'll take you there soon" Anna nodded, Aunt Lisapun got up and left. Anna sighed and looked at the ceiling.

"Is this what's going to happen to our mothers' lives? I lost my parents, and now I'm going to suffer from that loss. Urghs. Everything will be fine as long as Erza is safe and sound" Anna thought.

Ryan

"Ryan, when are you going to give us such a great grandson. We are old, and are getting closer to our deaths? " Ask Grandma Ryan.

"Urghs... When can I sleep well. Why they want great grandchildren. They already have a grandson" Inner Ryan.

"I don't want grandma. I'm not ready to have a child" Ryan said as he got out of bed and walked toward his grandmother.

"Will you die by your solitude. Everyone knows Ryan, they think you're gay" my grandmother yelled, hitting Ryan hard on the chest.

"It's grandma's sick" said Ryan, grinning at her and starting to cry out loud. "Queen drama urghh" murmured Ryan. Afterwards, grandfather and father walked into Ryan's room, they frowned at Ryan.

"Look, I was just asking for a great-granddaughter but she was yelling at me" Grandma's sobbing as she hugged Ryan's father. Ryan sighed and looked at them.

"Ryan, make our last request, baby... We want to see a little prince or a little princess before we die" Grandpa Ryan who started acting this time.

"I don't have a woman so how am I going to have a baby. I can't do it alone. Grandpa knows that, right? " Ryan said. And they want Ryan to give up on their last wish.

"You are married to Lydia. She's going to give birth to your baby" Grandma said.
