THE POOR GIRL'S AMBITION

In the hospital

I started to open my eyes slowly - land, it seemed that there was a doctor as well as two nurses examining me. I who was still asleep in bed , started to notice around me . There, not far from me, there was Satria and her three friends were looking at me with pity .The momentary silence we felt I was at a loss of who among them should call to get a glass of water on the table . Actually I was eager to call Satria, but remembering the incident in Satria's company, made me stop my intentions..

"Aulia are you conscious? Does your cheek still hurt?" ask Dion

" Yes it feels reduced . My cheeks don't hurt anymore . ", I answered briefly

I answered Dion's question but my eyes saw Satria who was just silently staring with a sharp look at me . In her eyes there seemed to be a very high hatred. Back when we were with Satria it was the one who was very attentive to me even because of his jealous attitude, he would not let his friends approach me.

Does he hate me so much ? Is it here that when I lay weak like this, the Knights will still scold me . Maybe his love for me has run out and left only a deep sense of hatred because of his disappointment in me .It doesn't feel like you can stay in a position like this .

Then this foolish me indulges my instincts to hold Satria's hand . At first he refused but seeing me as weak as this made him heartless and let me be like this

"I know you are angry and disappointed in me, but please don't fire me ..I still have to pay for my two sisters' college . Please give me a little chance to explain everything to you slowly ", I pleaded with Satria

"Alright if that's your request, but don't expect anything else to me . I will consider you a subordinate only and a stranger whom I have never known .", Satria replied firmly.

Satria's words are like a sting of thorns in my heart .Satria doesn't even want to know me anymore . He also doesn't want me to see him anymore . I began to release the hand of Satria that I still held in my hand slowly - land .This hand I have long missed, now I must let go because Satria really does not want me anymore .

The three companions of Satria looked at us as they shook their heads .They know that Satria is very stubborn and does not like to be denied .The softness he once had turned into a rude and arbitrary attitude towards his subordinates ever since he divorced Aulia

My dry throat is unbearable anymore . With a weight, I tried to position myself sitting on the hospital bed.My hands began to reach for the glass of water that was beside me and immediately chugged it until it ran out.

Shortly thereafter, my father and mother arrived at the hospital . My father hugged me and cried

"Nduk, what's your face, son?Why are you sick like this?", asked my father worried

"Aulia fell sir on the corporate ladder, and now I feel better Mr . Better ,Aulia don't have to stay over Mr . I just want to go home", I asked the Father .

I had to lie to my father so he wouldn't worry about me so much . You have not realized that Satria and her three best friends are here too .When Satria was about to greet my Father, Father only realized that there was also my ex-husband here.

"You're here Sat?", asked the confused Father

"He helped me Sir and his three companions Satria .They brought me here because I passed out ", I told you again to lie to you .

I don't want Satria to be the target of your emotions if you know what's really going on .
