When you are at the intersection of the new red light on requires the driver to stop the car for a moment. Verrel glanced at the clock on the mobile phone screen when it showed seven o'clock passing, meaning that he had been on the road for an hour. After waiting for a while the green light turned on to coincide with his phone ringing. Verrel immediately answered the incoming call from Sergeant Fahrezi.
“Good morning, Sergeant Fahrezi! I just wanted to contact you,” greet Verrel.
“Sorry Mr. Verrel, I just notified you. Have you read today's article?”
“Yes I contacted you did want to ask that. Is the news true?” ask Verrel.
“Let's meet Mr. Verrel. I am currently on my way to rutan.”
“Good. I am also on my way there. See you.” Verrel took a deep breath and ordered the driver to go even faster.
Sergeant Fahrezi has arrived at the link first, he is waiting for Verrel's arrival restlessly.
When he saw Verrel's car entering the rutan yard, he rushed over.
“Actually what happened to Sergeant Fahrezi?” verrel asked as soon as he got out of his car.
“We talk in the Master. The chief rutan is waiting for our arrival.” replied Sergeant Fahrezi.
The atmosphere of the rutan office is still quiet because only some of the marchers who came. Verrel and Fahrezi headed straight for the rutan headroom.
“Good morning Mr-Bapak!, greet the head rutan. Please sit.”
Both of them sat facing the head of the rutan. “Sorry Mr. Verrel we disappointed you. The news is indeed true.” replied the rutan chief with a regretful expression.
“Means?”
“We found Yani hanging herself in her cell.”
“How can? Hasn't security been tightened?” verrel protest disappointed. Clearly Verrel had entrusted Yani and given the order to the rutan's head. Even Verrel had told them that Yani was an important witness to be presented at the trial later.
“Patience, Mr. Verrel. Listen to my explanation first.” said head rutan with fear. Then the man explained to Verrel everything.
Verrel immediately limp as well as relieved after hearing the explanation of the rutan head. “Thank God he's okay. Forgive my attitude. I really panicked. You know for yourself how important the woman is in this case.” Verrel said with a regretful look.
“I understand Sir. Actually when Sergeant Fahrezi asked to meet with me, wanted to tell the truth but he said he was on his way here with you. So yes I postpone the explanation.” replied the rutan head.
“What do you think is the reason the woman killed herself? I feel strange because when I met yesterday obviously he mentioned not wanting to die because there is still responsibility to take care of his mother?”
“I think this has something to do with a guy named William Lee.” replied the rutan chief.
“William Lee? Wasn't he in jail? What did the old man do to her?” ask Verrel.
“Not directly but he told one of the prisoners to provoke Yani. We don't know exactly what happened but we are currently investigating. One eyewitness said a female prisoner gave her something. After that he looked moody barely touching his food. Until now we were waiting for him to open his mouth to find out why he did that.”
“Can I meet him? From our last conversation, I am very sure that he would want to say the reason for wanting to kill himself.” Verrel said.
Meanwhile, Ezha is under pressure from Farns and the others. They try to get the safe code but Ezha insists on telling Verrel. Olivia's betrayal that could leave her in the enemy's nest makes Ezha can no longer trust anyone.
“I told you, I won't tell anyone other than Mr. Verrel. I only deal with him so never force me again.” Ezha said.
“I personal assistant Mr. Verrel before leaving he has ordered to replace him to open the safe. So you can trust me.”
Ezha smiled cynically, she looked at Frans and the others one by one and sneered. “Only personal assistant right? Still I won't tell you.”
Ezha spread a glance around the room looking at Verrel and Luke's men with sharp eyes.
“After all, no one can guarantee that one of you is a traitor! I don't want to be used anymore.” Ezha's murmur.
“Hei! Watch your talk! Don't just accuse!” frans said emotion.
“Why? Did my words offend you?” ask Ezha in a defiant tone.
“You make things difficult for yourself.” Frans said. “I get suspicious, lest you deliberately stall the time to open this safe so that Olivia can escape as far as possible.”
Ezha laughed as she grimaced with the pain in her head. “It looks like the accusation also applies to you Mr Assistant!” reply Ezha in a mocking tone.
“What do you mean?” ask Frans not happy.
“Why do you want so badly to get the keys to that safe? Is there a face on that video?”
“Job! Don't equate me with you son of a bitch!” maki Frans pulls Ezha's shirt with emotion. His hands clenched ready to hit Ezha's face filled with the pelster. Frans' emotions were out of control because he had been sleep deprived for several days. Not to mention during the break at home, her daughter Lily always stuck to her so she had to accompany her daughter.
“Hold Mr Frans! Do not dirty your hand by beating it,” prevent Bram by swiftly holding Frans' body so that the punch hits empty space.
Ezha looked at Frans with a mocking grin on her face. “If you don't like being accused of something you hate, don't do it to someone else. I'm a bastard but I never betrayed anyone who trusted me.” Ezha said.
Frans continued to stare at Ezha with a pair of blazing eyes. His heart was filled with hatred for the man. If only he could not remember where he was at this moment, Frans would have dragged Ezha to teach him a lesson.
“What is this?” verrel asked who appeared suddenly. His face was tense withstanding anger. A cold aura instantly enveloped the room. Everyone stood straight down with shrunken guts.
“He insisted on not telling the safe password Mr.” Frans reported with an annoyed face.
The corner of Verrel's lips lifted, he could already guess it would happen.
Ezha must have acted carefully to give the safe password to someone who could not guarantee his safety. As a person who had just experienced a great betrayal from his aprtner, he must have a hard time trusting others.
“It's okay. Thank you for your cooperation Frans. Go home to rest, after that meet our legal and IT team. Shut down the events at Luke's factory and nightclub. Go with Luke's men to help them carry it.”
Frans nodded respectfully, leaving Verrel and the others there. Verrel put his hand in his pants pocket and walked leisurely toward Ezha. His face was no longer tense as the various problems surrounding him one by one decomposed.
Now Verrel is just waiting for the evidence Ezha has. If all he managed to get then everything would be smooth to drag Olivia and her accomplice to prison for a long time.
