THE PASSION OF THE CEO

THE PASSION OF THE CEO
CHAPTERS 179. I MISS YOU IVA!

In prison, Rico was pensive and silent. For a few days he had not seen his wife come to visit. His parents never came to see him again, his heart was very sick to feel solitude without anyone else caring about him. He misses everything he had first, both his parents and his wife Iva. ‘Where's Iva? Why haven't he come to see me in a few days? Did he really leave me? Oh...no....no. He loved me so much and promised to wait for me.  But will he be able to wait for me? Or, lest Iva get sick or something bad happen to her? I have to find out where Iva.’ is His mind was filled with all sorts of questions and thoughts that made him even more chaotic.

Rico calls an officer who happens to be there, intending to borrow a phone to call his wife.  The officer gave him permission to use the phone for a while because Rico had never used his phone ration.  He tried to call his wife's phone but it was not connected and the number was off. Rico getting confused “Sorry sir. My wife's phone is not connected. I tried my papa phone.” the door was agreed by the officer. Long Rico waited, the tone heard but unanswered. Just as he was about to turn off the phone, suddenly a female voice came from across it. “Halo.”

“Hemmm...hello I want to talk to papa. Who is this?”

“I Ayu, his wife Amran. You who?”

“Oh mama Ayu it's me Rico. Why is papa's phone the same as Ayu's mom? Is papa with mama?”

“Yes, Amran's mobile phone is on me. Mas Amran is not here, sorry Rico you should no longer contact Mas Amran after all he is not your real father and so you know he is now in a psychiatric hospital is in treatment. So there's no way you're talking to him.”

“What? Mama Ayu lied, didn't she? Where might papa enter the mental hospital.”

“Terden! I've told you the truth. Ever since your mother's death and all the trouble she's had, especially after she finds out that you're not her real son, she's been stressed and frustrated. Because he was always raging and hurting others so we sent him to a mental hospital to be treated.” Ayu said explaining, faintly heard the sound of Nathan and Naomi's little laughter, Rico heard those little voices.

“It was Rico, it was the voice of my grandson the twins Verrel.”

Ayu who did not want to linger talking to Rico immediately disconnected the phone.  While Rico was fixated and frozen unmoved in his place stood up to hear all the words Ayu said on the phone. Whahuh? Deandra gave birth to twins? And he can't really digest it yet, papa's in a mental institution? Mama is dead? And Iva....did Iva leave me because of all this? A crystal circle fell from the corner of his eye, so you already know that I'm not his son? Rico had known for a long time that Amran was not his real father but that he and his mother had hidden it out of fear that Rico would not be able to get the inheritance from the Ceyhan family. But now that everything has been revealed, even Yahya has made a public statement that Rico is not a descendant of Ceyhan and removed the surname from Rico's name.

His body was limp as officers carried him back to the cell. Rico bursts on the cold prison floor, he cries silently.  His cellmate just looked at him confusedly and looked at each other, looking at Rico's different situation. Usually the man still behaves arrogantly and prides himself on other prisoners that he is a member of the Ceyhan family. That kept him safe in prison no prisoner dared to hurt him. But, what if they knew that Rico was not a member of the Ceyhan family anymore, his life would have suffered in there. ‘Iva dear...Where are you? I miss you so much dear.’ he mumbled softly.

...*...

In a nursery, there was a man staring pusher out his bedroom window. The all-white room was inhabited by Amran since a few days ago. He spent much of his time daydreaming and crying, sometimes laughing at himself while staring at the wall as if someone was there.

Ayu who was standing at the door stared at the slit on the back of the man who had given her a son. Pity invokes the heart of Ayu, however, he is still a human who has a conscience when he sees someone who was once strong and proud but now helpless has lost his sanity. The waiter put their luggage in and placed it on the table.  There seemed to be movement from Amran who seemed to start to fidget. The man seemed to be moping indistinctly while laughing out loud, his raving indistinctly with the sweat that had soaked his face. Seeing that, Ayu walked over slowly without bothering to disturb the apalgi making the man surprised at his presence. He touched Amran's shoulder to realize that there was someone else in the room.

“Mas, how are you? I came to see you.”

Slowly Amran turned his head and looked at Ayu while opening his eyes repeatedly so that he could see clearly on Ayu's panicked face.  Honestly Ayu felt a little afraid but she tried to calm down so that nothing unwanted happened. According to the nurse who took care of Amran, the man rarely went berserk, he cried more and laughed alone.

“You? Who are you?” the man murmured doubtfully and his eyeballs looked uneasy seeing that there were some people in his room. Ayu immediately asked the waiter out of the room and only two bodyguards were inside while the other three guards were waiting outside the room.

“This is me, Ayu your wife.” she said gently “I brought your favorite food, you want to eat now?”

“I where?” amran asked in a soft voice. His eyes were fixed on the entire room with a blank look.

“Mas.”

“Do not approach! You're ready I want to be close!” exclaimed Amran intends to stand in front of the big window of his room. Ayu subconsciously ran over to her and hugged the middle-aged man's body from behind. Amran was silent and stiff as he looked out the window while continuing to fumble and laugh. He didn't even care about the woman holding him from behind, Amran just stared straight ahead at some patients who were walking around in the yard with their nurses.

“Why do you have to end up like this, Mom? If you hadn't chosen the wrong path, maybe now we're happy with our grandchildren. Now you're even here alone, with nothing left. Be grateful, we still care about you.” muttered Ayu Lirih.
