The Old Tree Dwellers

The Old Tree Dwellers
The Long Night

The condition of Bu Ningsih, has begun to gradually improve, no longer vomiting. Mr. Parman can finally breathe a sigh of relief now.

“Kyai, Madi, thank you very much for the help. I can't imagine that Kyai didn't help earlier, I don't know what happened to Ningsih, my wife.”

Kyai Sarwa just throws a smile, while sipping a glass of hot coffee made by Parman's mother.  Madi also sipped coffee that had been served in front of him. The weather is no longer as cold as it was. It's normal.

“All this is with God's help, Parman. Thankful God still protects us all, ” replied Kyai Sarwa gently. Mr. Parman himself also seemed very relieved to see the state of his wife had been separated from the interference of the jinn who mastered it.

For a while they continued to talk, while the day was getting late. Actually Kyai Sarwa wanted to immediately return to the cottage, but, as if there was a bad feeling, held him to stay until dawn.

“Parman, tonight let us stay here. Anyway the day is too late, you must be tired of having to drive back and forth to the cottage.” Mr. Parman seems very

happy when Kyai Sarwa expressed her intention to stay at her house.

“Good, Kyai. We were happy that Kyai and Madi would stay here. Tomorrow after the dawn prayer, I will take the kyai back to the cottage.”

Kyai Sarwa nodded at Parman's reply. Madi suddenly sensed that someone was stalking them. When Madi wanted to palpate with her inner eyes, the shadow seemed to be shrouded by a very thick black fog.

“Kyai and Madi can rest in guest room. That's the one next to this room.” Mr. Parman showed me where to rest later. The location of the room is indeed next to the living room, so it will not disturb the family of Mr. Parman when resting.

“The bathroom is in the room, Kyai, if you want to take ablution or to clean up. I will put towels and clean clothes there.” Mr. Parman continued his words.

Madi and Kyai Sarwa just nodded. They did not bring any clothing preparations to stay. Because according to the agreement with Mr. Parman, after treating his wife, will be immediately delivered home.

“Then we rest first, Parman. It was also midnight. Better, you get some rest too!” Kyai Sarwa finally decided to take a break. Mr. Parman rushed to get a towel and clean clothes in the form of sarongs and jerseys, then put them in the guest room.

While Kyai Sarwa and Madi went into the room, after Mr. Parman came out.Symbil smiled he said hello and passed.

The guest room was quite spacious. A medium-sized bed was there. Enough to fit two people. Madi immediately headed to the bathroom to clean herself and take ablution. Kyai Sarwa waited as she laid herself on the bed.

When in the bathroom, Madi returned like seeing the greatness of the shadow. He soon accelerated

take ablution and get out the bathroom. Kyai Sarwa is sitting in

the edge of the bed as his mouth moved like it was picking up something. Sure, Kyai

Sarwa also saw the brightness of the shadow.

“Madi is done cleaning and taking ablution, Kyai.” Madi said while sitting on the side of the bed.”

“Betul, Kyai. Last time, Madi saw like there was a shadow flashing in the bathroom.” Kyai Sarwa nodded, confirming Madi's vision.

“Then, tonight we have to standby, Madi. Maybe they attack again tonight!” Kyai Sarwa gestured to be on guardhaven tonight.

“What should we make a magical fence around the house of Mr. Parman, Kyai. As a guard so that there are no more attacks.’ Madi tried to propose making a magical fence, as they often do in pesantren or in their homes.

“We try our best, even if it takes time. Madi first make a magical fence, Kyai want to take ablution first. Thin first, no reason, just evenly distributed to all corners of the house!” Madi nodded, a sign of understanding Kyai Sarwa's orders just now.

While Kyai Sarwa moves into the bathroom, Madi puts a cool face toward the qibla and begins the hajat prayer. He begged for strength and was given guidance to face an enemy he had not yet known.

After the prayer, Madi, Madi remained seated on the prayer mat. Start thinking and reading practices to make a magical fence around the house. Letters from the Qur'an such as Al-Fatiha, Al-baqrah, such as the verse of the chair, as well as short verses such as An-naas, Al-Falaq and Aikhlas, are slowly recited over and over.  In addition to some other practices that in essence also take the holy verse of the Quran as its guide.

While solemnly making a magical fence, Kyai Sarwa who has finished the prayer of the sun came to help Madi, as well as thicken the magical fence that Madi has made. Some shadowy brat suddenly barged in, passing through that rudimentary magical fence.

There are about 5 creatures in the form of shadows, standing in front of Madi and Kyai Sarwa. Their faces were ordinary, not too creepy, with slightly different physiques. It was just that their gazes were filled with

a very strong highlight of anger and negativity.

“Who are you, and what do you want here?” Kyai Sarwa tries to get the creature to communicate.

The largest and most authoritative figure answered Kyai Sarwa's question with a flat, expressionless face. Only the look of his eyes were sharp to notice the movements of Kyai Sarwa and

Madis.

“We are the genies who were told to disturb the contents of this house. Why do you want to mess up our plans?” The leader of the genie answered Kyai Sarwa's question while saying words as if he regretted the presence of Kyai Sarwa and Madi.

“You are a genie from another world. It should not disturb mankind. You better just go. We don't want to fight tonight!” Kyai Sarwa tries to drive the genie horde away

silky.

His name is jin. Where they want to go willingly before carrying out the tasks given to them

them.

“We will leave, after carrying out the duties that our master has charged. Destroy this family, and make this house our nest.” The genie leader again refused Kyai Sarwa's request to leave, leaving the house of Mr. Parman. They seem to feel comfortable here.

“This family, his prayers are diligent. It will not be easy for you to inhabit this house.” Back kyai Sarwa gave a view so that they immediately went out, and left the house of Mr. Parman well. Without causing a commotion.
