The day changed without feeling. Three months after the transplant operation. Naya still has not shown any sign of awakening from her long sleep. Six months later, Naya fell into a coma.
Meanwhile, Zian, has started to move as usual even though he still has to undergo strict rules made by his brother. He felt what Naya had felt for five years. Living within limitations. Even eating should be with the instructions of a nutritionist.
Remember, you should not over-activity, do not eat carelessly, you should only eat foods recommended by nutritionists. So for these six months, I'm gonna keep watching you until you're fully recovered. And one more thing, I will always remind you to take your medicine!
Long sentences from Fahri pitched threat continues to dance in Zian's memory while on the move out there.
And, that day, Zian was in the construction project of the Kia Foundation building. The development stage has reached 90 percent. A smile of satisfaction present on his face saw that huge building. Dimas really did his job well.
"You're doing great! You will get a bonus from me" said Zian with a happy face.
"No need, Boss. The salary you gave me has made me and my mother live comfortably. I don't want to be greedy..." Zian smiled at Dimas' words. He felt he had not chosen anyone wrong. Although many initially doubted him, but he was able to break the doubts of those people.
Not long after, Zian's phone rang. It appears the caller was from the hospital where Naya was treated. A doctor has just told her that Naya has awakened.
Zian stared, as if he did not believe his hearing, a sense of happiness was clearly drawn on his face. "Dimas, Nyaku... My nayaku..." Zian dropped a drop of his tears, leaving Dimas beset with worry.
"What's wrong with Naya?" asked Dimas surprised.
"They said my Nayaku was awake. C'mon fast! Take me to the hospital" Zian said. With a quick step, they headed towards the parking area. Dimas immediately drove the car to the hospital. Along the way Zian continued to smile happily followed by tears that kept flowing. He immediately hugged his wife.
Naya is still being examined by several doctors and nurses. Fahri at that time was still busy with many patients queuing so that they were not there.
Naya looks still weak, with her glare and pale face, but not as pale as before. He looked at the people in the room. He was still confused as to what had happened to him. Trying to remember what happened before he was in that place.
"Everything is good, blood pressure and heart rate are normal" one doctor said, then gave the girl an injection in her left arm.
Half-running, Zian walked through the hospital hallway to the room where Naya was being treated. I can't wait to hug my beloved wife. Until he arrived at the closed door. He stopped his steps for a moment, breathing out. Her tears of joy kept flowing. He held the doorknob with a trembling hand. Dimas who was behind him patted his shoulder slowly.
"You all right, boss? tanya Dimas disperse the daydream of his boss.
"I'm fine."
Zian then opened the door slowly, then entered there. When Naya opened her eyes, her tears fell. Now Naya has woken up from her long sleep. Her hopes of starting a new life with Naya will finally come true.
Some of the medical equipment that was attached to the girl's body had been removed. Now only the infusion needle remains attached to his wrist.
Zian was still standing where he stood, then slowly stepped closer. Naya had yet to realize Zian's whereabouts within the room. Ever since he woke up, there had not been a word that came out of his lips. He also did not answer questions the doctor had asked him.
"Naya.." call Zian in a soft voice. Naya did not respond to the call. His gaze was still empty looking at a female nurse who was cleaning the medical equipment they had just used.
Until Zian got closer, then Naya turned her eyes on the figure of a tall man who walked over to him. Naya stared from the foot to the face. For a moment, he silently looked at Zian's face.
Suddenly, Zian's shadows flashed through his mind. Naya closed her eyes, the shadow becoming clearer. It flashed through his mind a few shadows as Zian chased him away, As he knelt under the man's feet, as Zian pushed him out of the door and fell on the porch of the house.
His eyes that had been my, perfectly rounded and already filled with clear liquid, his breathing was heavy along with the shadows that kept popping. Naya screamed while covering her ears with her palms.
Zian who saw the state of Naya immediately approached and hugged her.
"Darling... It's me" Zian said, hugging the body. And somehow Zian's voice seemed to scare him. With a trembling body, Naya tried to rebel in her husband's arms.
"Don't... No, I beg you... Don't.." said Naya trying to escape. But Zian hugged him even tighter. Naya fainted again. Zianpun panicked, then returned to lie Naya down. The doctor then went back to check on Naya who was now unconscious.
Two hours later, Naya wakes up and finds Zian nearby. Naya was hysterical again, startling Zian who was lying next to her. Zian hugged Naya again, trying to calm her down. Zian pressed the alarm button on the side.
"Don't!! Please don't hurt me.." Naya shouted hysterically, her body trembling. "Dad... Where's dad? Dad..." Naya screamed for her dead father.
Before long, Doctor Fahri and several nurses walked into the room, she was surprised to see Naya who was trying to release Zian's embrace on her.
"Dad..help me...!" Naya tries to pull over Zian's hand that is coiled around her body. "Take me off, please don't hurt me, don't push me away!"
"No, Honey... I'm not gonna hurt you... Please calm down."
Doctor Fahri approaches, then asks Zian to release him. Zian immediately let go of his embrace, then took a few steps back, while Naya covered her ears, curled up in the bed. Doctor Fahri tries to calm Naya down. He cupped the girl's face
"Nadiah... Lookatme!" pinta Doctor Fahri's. Naya then looked at the doctor's face deeply. Her tears fell back. He hugged the Doctor with his trembling body restraining his fear.
"Calm down, I'm here" he said, wiping the girl's back. "What are you afraid of?" tanyanya gently.
"I'm scared. Help me... He-she... He wants to hurt me..." Physician Fahri's face immediately changed to hear Naya's words, he then turned his gaze to Zian.
"I'm asking the others to get out of here... You too," asked Doctor Fahri to give Zian a code to get him out of the room.
Zian retreated slowly, then walked out of the room. His eyes were filled with clear liquid again. A few questions popped into his mind. Why was Naya so scared and instantly hysterical when she saw him.
Inside, the doctor was still trying to calm the girl down. He still hugged Naya who was still trembling. After a while, Naya calmed down. Fahri let go of his embrace.
"Do you remember what your name is?"
For a moment Naya fell silent at the doctor's question. "Naya.." she answered briefly.
"Your father's name?"
"Erlangga Adiwinata."
"You remember me?"
Naya looked at Doctor Fahri with tears, "Sister doctor," he replied.
Doctor Fahri fondly stroked the top of the girl's head, "Well, do you remember someone named Zian?"
Naya furrowed her brows, trying to remember the name. He shook his head slowly, indicating he could not remember the name.
Doctor Fahri then asks a few more questions that make Naya confused. Realizing the situation, the doctor tried to calm him down, assuring him that everything would be fine.
"Sister, I was afraid of the bad guy... Please don't let him come? He's a bad guy. L'm... L'm... Fearful... He's gonna hurt me." Naya shakes every time she remembers Zian's face.
"Well, I won't let him see you? Now you need to calm down, I'm not leaving you."

After nearly two hours with Naya in the room, Doctor Fahri finally came out after Naya fell back asleep. He invites Zian to talk to both of them to explain Naya's condition now to his sister.
They then headed for a park not far from the room where Naya was. Zian sat in a long chair following his brother.
"What happened to Naya? Why does everyone see me she's hysterical?" zian asked with concern.
Fahri let out a long sigh, thinking of the right sentence so that his explanation did not hurt his sister.
"I suspect Naya was severely depressed and that made her have dysolative amnesia" the doctor said, causing Zian to peck, her eyes back in tears.
"A-pa? Dissolative amnesia? What is it, Brother? Doesn't amnesia occur only in those with head injuries? Was this transplant operation also the cause of Naya's loss of some of her memory?"
"No, this has nothing to do with the graft. This type of amnesia can occur when people block certain information, usually associated with overwhelming trauma and stress. This makes him unable to remember important personal information." Zian began to be unable to stem his tears hearing his brother's explanation.
Dr Fahripun continued his explanation, "Maybe this was the result of a confinement event that made him excessively depressed. She was physically violent back then, and was largely the result of the stress of your treatment of her for a year of living with you. So when she saw you, she was hysterical and what she remembered was precisely the thing she was trying to forget, the part where you hurt her and kicked her out. He kept muttering saying don't throw me out... Also, a six-month coma can also affect his memory... Everything can cause something like this to happen..."
Zian also felt guilty. "She must have been so tormented by my treatment of her for a year. And that traumatized her." Zian lamented his regrets. He remembered all his harsh treatment of Naya. "What can I do to make him recover from his trauma?"
"This is what matters... For a while, you don't see him. She'll be hysterical every time she sees you. Once his condition improves, we'll do psychotherapy."
"I should stay away from him, right?" ask Zian later.
"Looks like. All she remembers about you is your cruelty to her. He doesn't remember anything else. He also forgot a few things, including the death of his father."
Doctor Fahri patted his sister's shoulder. "Calm down, everything's gonna be okay. As time goes on, Naya will remember everything back. Amnesia is only temporary."
