"What are we going to the hospital for?" Naya had already asked Zian that several times. However, Zian has not told Naya about Evan's suspicions about her pregnancy.

"Retect your health!" answer Zian briefly.

Naya furrowed her brows, "I'll be fine."

Zian chuckled softly, with his eyes fixed on the bustle of the capital's streets that morning.

"I wonder what's wrong with you. You've been asking me something weird lately. And last night you kicked me out, and then you cried under the covers. I think there's a foreign body growing in your stomach!"

"And that foreign body is your heart!" Naya pursed her lips as she was offended by the husband's words.

"look, right? You are so again. You're so happy to pursed your lips. You're very similar to...." Zian hung up his words after realizing Naya's hostile look. "All right, I'm quiet."

Silent! There was no conversation between the couple until they arrived at the hospital.

Previously, Zian had made a special appointment with one of the best obstetricians who worked at the newly operating hospital for several months. A doctor who was his cousin.

"How are you, Naya... Long time no see!" greet the doctor while publishing his friendly smile.

"Okay, Sandra!" sahut Naya's.

The doctor allowed them to sit down, before starting to examine Naya. Starting from blood pressure and others.

"Do you often feel nauseous?" doctor Sandra asked shortly after examining Naya.

"Just morning. The rest is not," answered Naya followed by a nod by the doctor.

"When was the last time you menstruated?"

Naya thought for a moment, recalling the last time she experienced it. Then then glanced at Zian, as if asking for help recalling.

"When, yeah...?" ask Naya to Zian.

"Why are you asking me? Do I remember the last time you experienced it?" answer Zian.

"I don't know, Brother! I forget. Why why?" Naya began to get confused as to why the doctor had asked her that.

The doctor smiled, then asked Naya to lie down on the bed. A nurse put a blanket up to the waist. The doctor waved the clothes Naya wore to the chest.

Naya felt a chill seep in her stomach skin as the doctor applied a cold gel there and shifted the device over the still flat stomach.

The doctor continued to smile while watching the image on the monitor, while Naya had not realized what was wrong with her.

Zian watched the monitor with great enthusiasm. I can't wait to see her child growing up in the womb of her wife.

"You see that? She had grown from an embryo into a fetus. That is, your gestational age has entered two months."

Naya, who was surprised to hear Doctor Sandra's words, could only round her eyes, "What? L'm... I'm pregnant?"

"Yes, congratulations, yes." said the doctor.

Naya looks very happy, with teary eyes staring at the screen hanging in front of her. While Zian only furrowed his brows staring at the monitor screen, although a look of happiness was clearly visible on his face. He looked so serious looking at the picture.

"Sandra, is your device broken?" zian asked seriously, but his eyes continued to be fixed on the image displaying the baby fetus.

"damaged? Where possible... All medical equipment in this hospital is new. We've only been operating for a few months."

"But why is this device not working properly?" Zian pointed at the monitor with his chin.

The doctor began not to understand the question Zian had given him. All the medical devices in the room are functioning properly.

Zian then glanced at Doctor Sandra with the tail of his eyes, "You want to trick me, huh? Your device is clearly broken!"

"Destroyed what?" Doctor Sandra's already starting to frown.

"Try to see that!" Zian pointed to a monitor screen that showed an image of the fetus in Naya's stomach.

Doctor Sandra and Naya both set their sights on the screen seriously.

"Why the picture is not like a baby. It looks more like a lizard. And you said the device worked fine? You really want to trick me, huh?"

Doctor Sandra gaped in disbelief at the big boss's words just now. The woman could not answer Zian's words. While Naya's face was reddened in shame to hear her husband's stupidity.

I don't know where to explain it from. The doctor seemed to have no power to speak.

Naya tugged at Zian's shirt to look at him. Zian brought his ears closer to Naya's lips.

"The picture is like that if the fetus is still two months old" he whispered.

Naya tries to explain to her husband that a two-month-old fetus does indeed look like that. Zian is still Zian. He stands on his own mind.

"Heh, indeed I can not distinguish the picture of lizard with the picture of a baby? Let's see that picture. Even where the head is and where the legs are not distinguishable." Zian was indistinctly angry in the room, then looked back at the screen image and muttered to himself, like he was chanting a spell.

The two female nurses standing at the back could not help but laugh. Since then, they only licked their lips for fear that the boss of the hospital owner was angry if laughed at.

Doctor Sandra sighed harshly, glancing at Naya who was smiling bitterly at him. Even Naya's face was already flushed so shamefully.

"Zians... Listen carefully. The fetus that grows in the woman's uterus does not immediately become a baby. They need a process from one sperm cell* into an embryo then develop into a fetus." The doctor tried his hardest to be patient explaining to Zian the process of fetal development.

"Say from earlier! I'm going to misunderstand!" Zian looked back at the screen seriously. "Alright, tell me the gender of my son! Is he a boy or a girl?" zian asked while tapping the table with his finger.

And, the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened in Naya's lifetime is, go consult a gynecologist with her husband.

Luckily the hospital was his, if not, then he would have been the laughingstock of the room.

Dear God, give me more patience to face this one creature, the inner doctor.

Naya and the doctor glanced at each other. This time Zian had really gone too far. Doctor Sandra moved the device she had been sliding over Naya's stomach. Then he breathed.

"At the age of two months, the sex of the baby has not been seen. They're just growing into fetuses, so the sex hasn't formed yet." As a good doctor, Sandra kept trying to explain to the boss patiently.

"really? You're not lying, are you?" Zian looked suspiciously at his cousin's brother.

Geez, I'd rather serve a hundred patients than serve one fool like Zian.

Naya could no longer bear the embarrassment, "If it's checked, I'll just go home!" naya said as she got up from her lying position. However, Zian held him back, then laid him back.

"I haven't told you to get up!" zian exclaimed with a sharp look at Naya, then returned to glance at Doctor Sandra.

"Try checking again. Make sure my son's okay in there!"

"What would happen to your son? I told you she grew up well in her mother's womb." Sandra tried to protest but was immediately spotted by Zian.

Finally, the doctor repeated his examination while holding back his irritation. He rubbed the gel on Naya's stomach and shifted the device back until Zian was satisfied looking at the fetus from the monitor screen.
