Chapter 5. Follows

In L. A., Enrique Ardan Al Farez walked the corridors of his campus with a cold, flat face. Since 2 years ago, he has become an untouchable man. Many girls adored him, but most of them were afraid to approach him.

"You've got a lead?" ask Enrique to Logan. The man shook his head weakly, Enrique's best friend still feeling guilty after the incident 2 years ago. However, because of his words, Enrique lost Mavra. He eventually tries his best to help Enrique find Mavra.

"Stop it. No need to search anymore. I'm sure it's Mavra now and in San Francisco.

"How can you be sure he's there?" ask Logan. His tone became more excited.

"I'll tell you later. Now take me to the airport. I can't stand being silenced by everyone. I have to see him."

"alright. I'll drive you now. Come on!"

Logan finally sent Enrique, during the trip, Enrique was more silent. He threw away his gaze staring at the street they were passing by. It did not feel like 2 years ago the girl went and broke her heart. Not only that, Enrique was even silenced by his mother until now.

Two years ago, Enrique and his friends were gathering in class as usual, that day a girl approached him and expressed her feelings for Enrique.

At first Enrique did not push the girl too much, he rejected the girls as usual. But this time the girl was so passionate and even attributed the existence of Mavra. Enrique denied the girl's remarks. He doesn't want Mavra to deal with the girls chasing him.

Feeling annoyed with the girl, Logan helps his best friend drive the girl away. All of them in the room had no idea that Mavra had heard all of their talk.

"Alright, Lisa. Don't expect too much from Enrique. He already had Ramona by his side. Last morning Enrique picked up Ramona at her house. So stop wishing for her."

Enrique did not expect the sentence to make Mavra finally misunderstand him and leave without saying anything or even scolding him as usual.

"We've arrived."

Enrique woke up from his daydream. Logan looked at him. He touched Enrique's shoulder before the man went down.

"If you need me to explain everything to Mavra, I'm willing. Call me anytime. I'll catch up with you" said Logan. Enrique nodded and rushed out. He went straight into the gate of a private plane. He was welcomed by his men.

Meanwhile, in the seaside Villa, Jack, Lionel, Marvel and Damian are gathering in a special room.

"So how?"

"I told Mavra to go to a psychologist, but she refused."

Lionel had been seen before, Jack continued to pay attention to the movement of his first son sharply.

"Is there anything you want to tell us, Lionel?"

"uhm, actually, before aunty and uncle came here, Mavra just killed 3 hit men."

"And this important thing you didn't tell daddy, Lionel?"

"No need to scold him. I know that if he keeps this a secret, it must be because of Mavra's request" Damian said.

"It's been 12 times a month that Mavra's done it" said Jack, sighing deeply. Damian rubbed his face with both hands.

"Marvel, what else did the doctor say or your brother say?"

Marvel seemed hesitant to convey what Mavra had said before fainting.

"Say, Marvel."

"So I want ma_ti." Marvel's voice is stuck in the throat. Damian stiffened immediately.

"Are you seriously saying that?"

"So serious, Dad. Big brother seems to be starting to have difficulty suppressing his killing intent, he is worried that one day he turns into a murderous monster."

"Have it?"

Jack was also at a loss for words. He had not expected his nephew to be like this.

"Saranku we'd better find Enrique's sister with Mavra. I'm sure if they meet later, Mavra's probably gonna be back to how it was."

"Contact Enrique now. There is no harm in trying. Daddy won't lose your brother."

Marvel immediately sought out Enrique's contacts, but Enrique's phone was turned off because Enrique was in flight.

"The number is off."

"How now? If mommy finds out what happened to Mavra, she'll be very hurt.

"Let me stay here for a while to accompany Mavra. I'm sure he can heal himself. We have to trust him, Dad."

"All right, but what about your mommy?"

"Daddy should find a reason for that. I'll try to call Enrique again. Hopefully the phone will be active.

"Can you call Rupert's doctor. I want to talk to him about Mavra?" ask Damian to Jack. Although Damian's status is a sister-in-law, in fact he is older than Jackson so he does not use any frills call on him.

"Later Rupert's doctor will come to remove the infusion of Mavra. Daddy can see him," said Marvel.

They finally came out of the room after talking a lot about Mavra.
