Chapter 22. Disrupters

In L. A., Ramona comes to Logan's best friend Enrique. He was fretting because some days he did not see the whereabouts of his target man.

"Logan, where's Enrique? I haven't seen him in 2 weeks."

"You'll never see him again. He's not going to L. A. in my time near this."

"What do you mean?" ask Ramona. Logan only shrugged both of his shoulders in response. He won't make any more mistakes. Ramona pulls the end of Logan's shirt because Logan seems to be moving away.

"Please tell me where Enrique is. After this I won't bother you anymore."

"You think I care? I honestly feel sorry for you. Are you blind or do you not know yourself? Enrique never cared about you. As a woman you should be self-conscious and not pursue her anymore."

"It's none of your business" said Ramona. Logan shook his head with Ramona's stubbornness. Though he thinks Ramona is beautiful, but unfortunately he was wasting time by continuing to pursue Enrique.

Logan finally leaves Ramona. He had to tell Enrique about this. He fears Ramona will disrupt Enrique's already improved relationship with Mavra.

Currently Mavra and Enrique are sitting in the cafeteria on his campus. Enrique started his studies today. Since the two got along, both Mavra and Enrique have been like stamps and envelopes that continue to stick without any intention to release each other.

"What time are you going to finish college?" ask Mavra.

"I'm done at 10. What's up?" Enrique stared intensely at Mavra.

"I think it'll be longer" said Mavra. He put his head on the table. Enrique placed his palm as the head pad of the girl.

"Ma'ra."

Enrique frowned as a geeky-looking man approached6 towards them. Mavra raised her head and looked at the man in front of her with furrowed brows.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Can I join you here?" Rocco looked at Mavra with an adoring gaze, Enrique stared intently at Rocco. Mavra could feel the aura of hostility from Enrique.

"There are a lot of empty seats. I'm sorry but my boyfriend doesn't like me talking to other men" Mavra said as she continued to stare at Enrique. A faint smile rose from the lips of the geeky man.

"alright. I'm sorry to bother that I just feel uncomfortable being alone" Rocco said, trying to draw Mavra's sympathy.

However, unfortunately what Rocco expects is not in line with reality. Mavra remains indifferent, even though Rocco has put on a clear face. Rocco turned around, he displayed a sad face to make Mavra pity. However, Mavra was staring at her lover without blinking.

'Shit, just wait. I'll make sure you're mine, Mavra. You've made me crazy about you.'

Rocco leaves with his increasingly passionate obsession with Mavra. The man was very confident that he could conquer the girl later.

"You think something's weird?" enrique asked still not turning his eyes away.

"of course. Don't call me Mavra if I can't sniff out such cheap tricks" Mavra replied grinning sadistically. At first he had no intention of caring about Rocco's whereabouts, but apparently the man dressed in geeky clothes was indeed targeting him.

"We'll just keep an eye on it first. Later after that we will act," said Enrique. Mavra agreed. While the two are still seriously thinking about Rocco's strangeness, Enrique's phone rings, Logan's name on the screen. Mavra glances at Enrique's phone and Enrique does the thing that surprises Mavra.

Enrique thrust his phone at Mavra, saying, "Thank God!"

"You alone, I believe in you" Mavra said, giving Enrique his most sincere smile. Enrique immediately raised Logan's call and did not forget he turned on the speaker.

"Hello, Logan. What's up?"

"Ehm, I want to have a serious talk with you. It's about the crazy woman's obsession."

"Crazy woman?"

"Ah, I mean Ramona. He came to me and asked where you were."

"Then ...?"

"I didn't say where you were. It's just that I wanted to remind you that women seem very dangerous. He no longer uses his logic to act" Logan said

"Just tell me where Enrique is, I'll welcome the mad woman with joy." Mavra suddenly made a sound to answer Logan. Logan was even slightly surprised to hear Mavra's tone.

Enrique smiled, he rubbed the top of Mavra's head in a fit of anxiety. He won't stop Mavra from doing whatever he likes. As long as it does not harm him.

After finishing talking with Logan, both Enrique and Mavra went straight to their respective faculties.

Enrique's first day at his Faculty, he's already got enemies. The man was predicted as a genius of his class. However, this morning Enrique managed to defeat him.

Enrique was just plain ordinary even though his genius friend had been trying to provoke him. As a descendant of the Mafia, Enrique is quite able to control himself very well.

"I heard her boyfriend is a beautiful playgirl. You know Claude Dellon, he was also once the girlfriend of his woman," said one of Enrique's classmates who joined the group of genius men earlier.

"It's so cheap" said the genius with a look of disdain for Enrique. Out of annoyance to hear Mavra denigrated Enrique pulled the collar of the man's shirt earlier.

"Shut that rotten mouth of yours, Arnold. I've been quiet ever since, but you're a typical guy who doesn't know himself. Once again I hear you insulting my girlfriend, I'll make sure you won't be able to use your mouth to talk forever.
