Chapters 2. The Arrival of Family

"You're late, Mavra."

"Oh I'm sorry. There was a little obstacle earlier, but I got rid of that obstacle earlier," said Mavra as she hugged her cousin named Diandra. Diandra is currently 20 years old, two years older than Mavra and Marvel.

"You got a problem, Mavra?" Suddenly the resolutely authoritative voice distracted the two girls of Alexander's descent. It was the voice of Jackson Diandra's father.

"Hmm, no uncle. Everything is safe and okay."

"You sure?"

"Very sure," answered Mavra steadily. He knew that one of his men must have reported to his uncle about this.

"Your mom and the others will arrive tonight. He's quite disappointed that you didn't pick up the phone last time" Jack said. Although Mavra's status is only as a nephew, Jack treats Mavra as his own biological daughter.

2 Years ago, Mavra came to his mansion on a motorcycle. However, there was a visible wound in his eye. He came and said he wanted to stay there.

As an uncle, Jack and his family accepted Mavra with open arms. They knew something was wrong with his nephew. During the week of her stay, Mavra often confined herself in her room. Jack was worried. He contacted Celine, his sister and Mavra's mother to ask what kind of problem Mavra was facing.

Damian was angry when he heard Jack's report. He flew from L. A. to San Francisco at night to scold his daughter. This is the first anger directed directly by Damian. Damian threatened to drag Enrique to account for everything to Mavra that very second. And the threat managed to stop Mavra's madness. Although now Mavra no longer drink liquor, but he still can not be separated from cigarettes. For this one thing, Jack could still tolerate it.

Returning to the present, Mavra was silent for a moment when she heard that her family was coming. Missing, it was certain that she missed, but there was something else Mavra was thinking about right now, What if Enrique knew of her whereabouts?

For the first time, Mavra cried. His mood since this morning had been bad and added today he killed 3 people at once without mercy. His energy, his emotions like being drained all out by circumstances.

Diandra came in tears to see his strong cousin, now fragile.

Celine and Damian and their two sons arrive early to surprise Mavra. However, they were surprised to see Mavra crying in Louisa's arms.

"Darling, what happened to you?" Celine took off her 1 billion handbag just like that on the floor and walked quickly up to her daughter. Mavra straightened her body hearing her mother's voice.

"Mom," called Mavra in a hoarse voice.

"Yes, Honey. It's mommy. What happened to you, why are you crying, hmm?" Celine hugged her first daughter tightly. Her heart ached watching her daughter cry like this.

"I miss you, Mom," replied Mavra to divert the conversation.

"You just miss mommy?" Damian's voice sounded unacceptable, but it was all one way to comfort his daughter. And sure enough, Mavra laughed at her father's protest.

"Don't you miss me, brother?" Helios Mavra's 14-year-old younger sister protested. As Celine releases Mavra's embrace, Mavra stretches her arms, Damian and her two sons come closer and hug Mavra together.

"I'm miss you all, so bad."

"Why don't you come home if you miss us?" ask Helios frankly. Celine smiled and rubbed Helios' head gently.

"I'm busy."

"You think I'm stupid. I even know your college schedule, sister," said Helios. After their embrace was released, Mavra kissed Helios' cheek in dismay.

"You're so smart, too smart to want to hack my satellite." Helios's face flushed immediately upon hearing the brother's accusation. Everyone laughed at Helios' reaction.
