"Zal, I love Jihan."

Instantly Rizal's hand joint felt stiff, his hand movements stopped. His head seemed to have all the blood flowing to his brain. Rizal's ears stopped functioning, there was nothing he heard other than the pounding of his own heart. His eyes were fixed on the iris of Aquamarine Kurnia who was looking at him with a serious and deep gaze. Somehow his brain did not want to cooperate with him, he could not think logically.

Rizal doesn't know what to do.

"Zal..." there was a voice that called out his name, "Rizal!"

Rizal felt like he was back inside. He blinked his eyes occasionally while shifting his gaze to awaken himself to be more conscious. His hand moved back to fold his remaining dirty clothes while thinking about what he had to say.

Kurnia looked at Rizal with a hard to interpret gaze. Did Rizal hear what he said? To ensure further, Kurnia also repeated the words—or arguably his confession.

"Zal, I love Jihan."

Rehearing those words made Rizal growl annoyed. His onyx eyes were staring at Kurnia. "If you really love Jihan, tell her straight, not to me." Right after Rizal finished his sentence, suddenly the young man realized what he was saying. Argh, it seems like regret always comes later.

The reaction shown by Rizal made Kurnia a bit of a shock. All he could do was smile. "True too, yeah! Yosh! If there is a chance one day I will deliver it myself" said Kurnia optimistically as she clenched her hands together. In his heart he felt a little grateful because it seemed like Rizal did not care about the name of love.

While Rizal himself can only curse himself who is not too concerned with ego. He himself also did not understand why he could suddenly answer Kurnia's confession of his delights-against-Jihan with a sentence that impressed his foolishness.

Since Rizal did not want this uneasy feeling to continue, in the end he tried to fight Kurnia subtly through his question.

"Did Jihan have the same feelings as you?"

Kurnia turned her head towards Rizal because she heard the friend make his voice. Kurnia squinted. "You mean?"

Instead of getting the right match even got a deep suspicion from Kurnia.

Rizal cleared a little. "I mean, you know where Jihan would love you?"

Kurnia went to the waist to hear Rizal's words. "Rizal, my friend, haven't I expressed my feelings to Jihan yet? So, how do I know if Jihan loves me too or not?" kurnia said in a high tone in her last sentence.

Oh, well, it looks like Rizal has to stop this conversation before he becomes more stupid in front of Kurnia. All he could do was respond to the words of Kurnia in a short word, "Oh".

But it looks like Rizal's response adds to his stupidity in front of Kurnia, it all seems from how Kurnia looks at Rizal who now looks very stupid next to him.

Because they feel their thoughts are not in sync with each other, they finally choose to continue the activity of folding their dirty clothes with a sense of awkwardness. And get swept away with the feeling that envelops them.

.......

Jihan opens the pedal door to her villa room with Novi who has not slept for a long time considering Rizal and Kurnia ask that she sleep one room with them. It was probably the death of Novi and Jendi that made the two young men become protective of Jihan. It's just his thinking.

Jihan slowly put all her luggage that was still on the table and bed. After everything was collected in hand, Jihan immediately went to her kit bag—which she deliberately did not take to Rizal and Kurnia—'s room and put it one by one neatly.

When Jihan closed the zipper of the bag and was about to carry it, suddenly her eyes were pulled by something that caught her attention just below the dresser to her right. A purple bag that appears to be blocked by a chair. Well, Novi bags are her favorite color.

Jehan's throat choked as soon as he realized what he saw. With hesitation, Jihan pulled the purple bag closer to her and tears flowed down from her eyes. He covered his mouth to hold his sobs so as not to break. The bag restores the memories of his past where Novi is still alive as well as the memories of where they often went together. In tandem.

The memories left Jihan stunned for so long. I don't know how long he spent that time.

"Novi.." said Jihan in a trembling tone as she could not help but feel her sadness. Her tears are getting worse.

When Jihan was about to open the zipper Novi bag, somehow he seemed to hear the voice of his heart that said 'don't' so that the movement of Jihan's hand stopped just like that. Given that he did not want the sound of his crying to reach the ears of Rizal and Kurnia, he just stroked Novi's bag slowly before he put the bag back in its original place.

His hand moved to wipe the tears from his white cheek. His puffy eyes paid attention to Novi's purple bag for a moment. "Sorry, Novi... I can't take your stuff home... Sorry," said Jihan Lirih.

With a definite step, Jihan walked towards the door of the room with the bag she had held tightly. Before Jihan opened the door pedal, she kept silent for a while, sighed loudly, then walked out of the door with her usual smile.

.......

Rizal and Kurnia kept her mouth shut—no one intends to open the conversation. Ah, more precisely Rizal who still locked his mouth.

Rizal's mind is now in a mess, this is all because of the idiot who suddenly 'chat' about his feelings for Jihan. Though he was already standing facing the open window, but still the wind that hit his face could not clear his mind even just a little. He just hopes to find an answer soon. And it doesn't seem easy.

Damn, why should Kurnia tell Rizal, Rizal is his mother. Or.. lest Kurnia already know how Rizal really feels to Jihan? Heh, but it seems impossible, Rizal himself is still confused by the feeling he feels.

But, being quiet like this with Kurnia feels lonely too, huh...

"Yes! It's finally finished!" kurnia shouted with excitement because in the end she managed to zip her bag filled with dirty clothes. Both of his hands were raised up, a sign of being done with his task.

Rizal turned his head slowly towards Kurnia, seeing how the result of his teaching was. "Hn, that's fine."

Kurnia narrowed her eyes. "Just 'lumayan'? You know Zal, this is a masterpiece I just did this time. And you still say this is good?" asked Rizal in a pushy tone.

"Yes, yeah, that's good."

Right after Rizal finished, the sound of the door opening was heard up to Rizal and Kurnia's eardrums, making the two young men look at the door leaf.

"Zal, Kur, have you cleaned up all your luggage?" ask a girl while entering the room with a bag that she just neatened in the next room. Room door was tightly closed.

"Of course it is!" exclaimed Kurnia while pointing her thumb.

"You haven't tidied up your things in the bathroom, Kur." Rizal reminded Kurnia that her education had never changed.

Kurnia's hand moved to pat her forehead. "Ah, yes! I forgot."

Seeing the small talk of Rizal and Kurnia alone was able to make Jihan laugh. "If Kurnia never changes, yes!" say Jihan briefly.

Rizal was only speechless to see Kurnia replying to Jihan with her grin while scratching her non-itchy back head. All right, looks like Rizal has an abnormality in his body. For some reason when he saw the scene in front of his eyes, the organ right in his chest was painful. All Rizal could do to endure the pain was clench his hands tightly. Well, at least it's reduced a little.

"I want to check out the rest of the room first" Rizal said as he walked past Jihan to the door. When Rizal's cold hand touched the door pedal that was colder than his body temperature, Rizal took the time to say, "Kur, after finishing your things, check the other room as well." Then Rizal left and disappeared behind the door.

"Yes, Sir!" exclaimed Kurnia even though she did not know Rizal could still hear it or not.

Seeing Jihan moving back to pack her things in the room, Kurnia immediately moved from where she stood and immediately shot towards the bathroom. He came out with various toiletries: towels, brushes and toothpaste, soap and shampoo.

The tan-skinned hand picked up a plastic bag from the side of the bag, then put it all in without setting it first. It is typical of Kurnia.

A smile of pride adorned the lips of Kurnia. For a moment he compared his luggage with all Rizal's luggage that was lined up neatly on the bed. Kurnia walked back to pick up all her luggage that was right next to Jihan and she put it all on the bed neatly. Then, Kurnia compared it back. Then insert a plastic bag containing the toiletries into the bag that still has room to store. After feeling everything was similar to the arrangement of Rizal's bag, he nodded his head.

Jihan who had seen Kurnia's behavior was smiling little made. Not to lose, yes, Jihan thought to herself. Then, he continued his stalled activities.

Feeling satisfied because the luggage was neatly arranged like Rizal, Kurnia accidentally turned her head towards Jihan. He looked at Jihan's back with a different look. He slowly approached Jihan. When she was about a meter away from Jihan, Kurnia stopped her steps.

"Ji" call Kurnia in a deep tone.

Hearing someone call her name, Jihan stops her activity and turns to the source of the voice right behind her. His iris emerald caught Aquamarine's iris looking at him.

"Yes, what's wrong?" answer Jihan with a question. Jihan saw Kurnia's mouth open slightly, but quickly closed. Like I'm not sure of something.

Kurnia's brain thinks quickly about what he will reveal. Just now he wanted to say his feelings for the real Jihan, but suddenly Rizal's words that previously rang in his mind.

"Did Jihan have the same feelings as you?"

It was Rizal's words that succeeded in silencing Kurnia's courage to express love to Jihan. Words that make Kurnia think twice.

"What's up, Kur? Is there anything you want to talk to me about?"

Jihan's voice took Kurnia out of her thinking. A smile spread across Kurnia's face. "It's okay. If I thought again, I'd talk to you later."

Jihan tilted her head, feeling strange with Kurnia's answer.

"Just calm down, Ji... What I want to talk to you about isn't very important." To convince Jihan of his words, Kurnia also formed a sign piece, "Right, really."

Jihan sighed. "Yes already..."

"Then, I check the other room first. Hye!" kurnia said as an excuse to walk away from the conversation.

He also left Jihan alone who was still confused by his behavior.

.......

...+++~Lost~++...

.......

Rizal took his foot to the other room. Honestly, he reasoned to check the other rooms just because he did not want to see Jihan and Kurnia in that room. It just added to the pain in his chest. Not getting better, even the mind that does not control him. Is this action wrong?

Rizal's steps came to a halt in the middle of the corridor when he was between the door of Joints' room to his left and Jihan-Novi's room to his right. Because Jihan is a type of forgetful woman, in the end she chose the door on her right. And that door was open.

One thing that came to Rizal's mind, the contents of this room were not much different from his room with Kurnia. The only difference is the size of the room, considering the room and Kurnia is the main room in this villa.

Among all the ones in this room, Rizal was only interested in one thing; the window. Rizal walked up to the window of the room, then opened it so that the room temperature was equivalent to the outside temperature. Ah, one more thing that distinguishes this room from his room. A view from a different window. If the window of Rizal's room is right facing the forest, then the window of this room is right facing the mountains. At least that was caught by his normal eyes in a dark atmosphere like this.

The young man closed his eyes for a moment and enjoyed the natural air and quiet atmosphere in this room. He tried to forget all the pain that hit him. When his thoughts and feelings calmed down, his eyes opened again. Once satisfied, he closed the window again.

Rizal re-examine all the items that are here, ranging from a small desk drawer next to the bed, wardrobe, bathroom, to under the pillow. Nothing left, clean.

When Rizal wanted to move out of the room, something caught his attention. A purple bag under the dresser. The bag was right behind the chair, like it was covered. Rizal snorted softly, one corner of his lips pulled upwards.

"Heh, Sandi, yes." said Rizal to himself.

He did tell to hide Novi's stuff considering that the owner is gone— and more especially so that Jihan does not remember it anymore, but she never thought that Sandi would hide in a place like this.

"Is the closet full? Luckily it looks like Jihan isn't me—"

Rizal's words came to a halt when he saw a small cluster of water reflecting the light of the room. As curiosity has enveloped him, Rizal bends one leg so that he kneels on one leg. He touched the water and let his tongue taste it. Tears.

Quickly, Rizal pulled the bag out of there. And as expected, there was a trace of tears dripping down there. Oh, well, Jihan already knows about the whereabouts of this bag.

Slowly Rizal opened the bag to check if Jihan left anything there as he expected. Hey, Rizal, did you forget that opening the bag was forbidden?

The first thing he saw was a large towel that folded so that it covered the entire room of the bag. Nothing is suspicious. When Rizal was about to close the bag back, he suddenly became interested in something located on the left side in the bag.

His right hand moved to retrieve the book. The right corner of Rizal's lips lifted. He began to open the book and read it with a speed reading technique while hoping he found the answer he was looking for.

.......

...+++~Lost~++...

.......

Kurnia managed to get out of the room with a racing heart. Not just stating love is like this, especially if it was declared love? He could not imagine what his heart would look like. Love is terrible.

Not wanting to remain silent at the door of the room, Kurnia began to walk while calming her heart. He thought that he would check the back porch first, considering that Rizal would check the room. So, Kurnia immediately shot towards the back porch through the other two bedroom doors.

Arriving there Kurnia immediately checked around the terrace, perhaps there were items left behind when they talked here. Feeling that nothing was left behind, Kurnia also approached the porch pole. He rested his body on his arms which he hung on the porch pole.

Just below it was a pool where Joints breathed their last. Suddenly he remembered about the luggage brought by his friend who had died, he felt unwilling to leave all the items left by his friends in this villa.

All he could do was forget such thoughts and look straight ahead. He knew there was nothing he could see up ahead, but somehow he wanted to look straight ahead. Don't want to think about anything for a few seconds from now.

"Kurnia! Rizal's! Please come here for a minute!"

Jihan's voice echoed throughout the second-floor villa. In a hurry, Kurnia immediately came out of the terrace and headed to the room where Jihan was. Just wanting to pass through the door of the other room, Rizal suddenly appeared from one of the existing rooms. So there was a great head-on from both.

The sound of pain ringing from the two was heard to the hearing of Jihan who was outside the room.

"You guys are okay? Your clash was really tight," exclaimed Jihan from a distance.

Kurnia responded to Jihan's words by raising her hand and exclaiming in a loud voice, "We're fine!"

"Kur, can you not run in the corridor like that?" asked Rizal while stroking the soft part of his head that was the victim of the collision did not plan it.

"Zal, I don't run, I just walk fast. Anyway, you also suddenly appeared so," Kurnia replied not to lose.

"What should I do when I get out of the room, huh?"

Kurnia raised her hand. "Put out your hand first so that others passing by the corridor know you want to get out."

"Zal, Kur, is your conversation over? I need one of you!"

Jihan's voice made the two young men turn towards her. "Yes, in a moment," they exclaimed together with the compact. Then look back at each other.

"So, who's going there?" kurnia asked later against Rizal.

Rizal sighed. "You are all." Before Kurnia let out her voice, Rizal added her sentence. "I still want to briefly check Joints-Sandi's room." Rizal walked towards the door of the room he wanted to examine.

Kurnia raised her eyebrows. His eyes followed where Rizal was walking. "What did you do earlier?"

"Sleep," Rizal answered briefly before the door of the Joints-room closed tightly.

Rizal closed the door of Sandi-Joint's room slightly firmly in front of Kurnia, hoping that the young man realized his feelings. Well, this is about the feeling he felt during the previous scene, not the scene that just happened—if you know what I mean.

And he just lied.

Because it does not want to spend more time considering it is now half a dozen less—at least that according to the watch clock hanging on his left arm—Rizal immediately check every corner of the room.

As in the previous room, here was treated the same by this one youth. Checking drawers, bathrooms, under pillows, and under tables. No scattered, all Joints and Passwords are neat. Only one has not been checked. Room closet.

Leisurely, Rizal approached towards the closet and opened it. Right in front of his eyes was a fairly large square-shaped object covered in a white cloth. Out of curiosity, Rizal also took the object and opened the thick fibrous wrapping cloth.

Rizal's eyes were slightly wide. "It's..."

...+++~Lost~++...

.......

"Oh, okay.." said Kurnia after the door was closed Rizal with a little tight—or maybe it was just his feeling because it was too close to the door?

Kurnia walked towards Jihan who had been waiting for one of them to come closer to her. "What's up, Ji?"

Rizal's leaving the waist. "Since it's twelve and a half hours now, I'll call the waiters to help us get the goods into the trunk of the car" Jihan said at length. "So, would you please move my bag that's still on the floor to the top of the bed, huh?"

Kurnia's thumbs pointed upwards and threw a smile at Jihan. "Of course, leave it to me!"

Rizal returned Kurnia's smile. "Thank you, Kur!" Jihan immediately ran small to go downstairs. "Please, yes!"

After making sure Jihan had gone downstairs. Kurnia went into the room and did what Jihan asked for help. Since the default Jihan is not too much, so Kurnia can do it only in one go.

Kurnia circulated her gaze around the corner of the room, all looking neat and empty like she had first come. Checking drawers and cabinets, empty. Looking at the state of the bathroom for the last time, there was nothing.

"Yes! Ready to go home!" he cried with a feeling of relief.

"Before going home put all the stuff in the car first."

"Eh." Rizal bares his way inside, leaving the door wide open. His head moved to the left and to the right looking for something. "Damn?"

Kurnia folded her hands on her chest. "He told me to put his luggage up to the bed, and he himself went to call the servants to help us carry the luggage to the trunk" Kurnia explained at length.

Rizal raised one of his eyebrows. "Are we not disturbing the servants in the night's hands?"

Both of Kurnia's shoulders were pulled up short. "Don't they offer to help us one last time?"

Rizal's gaze shifted from Kurnia's eyes to the villa's cold floor. There was no reply from him, it seemed that Rizal was thinking. "Hn, you're right."

The sound of footsteps grew bigger in their ears, some people were walking towards the room where Rizal and Kurnia were. Before the group of people appeared in front of the door, the slices of Aquamarine and onyx had already greeted them first.

"Excuse me, Young Master, we have come to help bring all your belongings to the trunk" said New Servant Chief Indra. His right hand was crossed in front of his chest. He was alone with one of his colleagues named Rizki.

Iris onyx observed them one by one. "If you've come, where's Jihan?" Rizal's question moves Kurnia's heart to find her maiden among the servants.

"I'm here!" jihan said from a distance, then walked into the room past the two loyal servants standing outside the room.

Kurnia took a deep breath. A feeling of relief enveloped his heart. "I thought you disappeared."

"No one wants to kidnap me Kur" Jihan replied when she was next to Rizal. "Rather than thinking of me, how about we start moving things now?" Iris emerald Jihan pulled Rizal's left arm around at will and saw something hanging there for a while. The treatment of Jehan was left alone by Kurnia. "Now it's been twelve and a half hours, my friend."

Rizal gave the entry code with a short head gesture to the servants. "You can do your job."

"Rizal, Kurnia, you arrange the goods in the trunk," Jihan orders them, "I'll arrange here."

"Eh."

"All right!"

Indra and Rizki started to lift things according to the capacity of their hands and started walking outside the room. Rizal and Kurnia just followed them from behind. They went down the stairs to the first floor of the last room. While in the room, Kurnia took the time to check if there were any items left in the room.

"I checked it out, Kur. Nothing is left behind" said Rizal flat.

"Oh." Kurnia responds to Rizal very simply. His eyes caught that Rizal was only looking straight ahead, at the servants. Not to the others. Does Rizal suspect them? Or... what? Because Kurnia did not want to get involved any further, so she let Rizal do as he pleased.

After passing through several rooms on the first floor, they finally arrived outside the villa. Cold air that pierced to the bone without hesitation directly hit the bodies of those who were still accustomed to the warm air inside. Even though they were already wearing thick jackets, still the cold air of the mountains continued to break into the deepest layer of the jacket.

"Ah, cold!" rutuk Kurnia will be the reality that exists.

"If you keep quiet like that, then the cold air will make you freeze" said Rizal who had opened the luggage door to open completely. "You may put the goods here" Rizal ordered, pointing at the ground not far at his feet.

Calmly, the two maids put all the items brought right where Rizal showed the location of the laying. The waiter named Rizki said, "Then we will transport the other goods. Excuse me."

After finishing his sentence, Rizki and Indra left Rizal and Kurnia behind.

Without further ado, they immediately arranged the items the servants had just placed one by one. There is no talk between them, either because of the temperature factor so they do not want to talk to each other?

Soon the two servants came back with different items. Rizal's stuff is complete in the car, meaning it's Kurnia's luggage and a bag belonging to Jihan. And that means there's still some of Jihan's bags on top.

The two maids immediately put down the second luggage they had brought in the first place they had placed it, then left without saying a word. Perhaps they were in a hurry to finish this job considering that it was twelve hours and fifteen minutes.

Rizal and Kurnia re-arrange the existing goods. It initially happened without a conversation, but suddenly Kurnia started their conversation.

"Zal, I've decided!"

Hearing the baritone voice of the young man next to her coming out of his throat, Rizal turned to him without stopping his activity. Her face is flat.

Kurnia turned to Rizal. "I'll confess my love to Jihan when we're on our way home."

Suddenly Rizal's eyes fell. Move his hand to a halt. "What?"

"What do you think, Zal? Cool, right?" Kurnia displays her signature grin.

Rizal's mouth opened a little like he wanted to say something, but closed back like holding something back. His jaw was tightly clenched, was he sorry? Rizal turned his head away from Kurnia. "As far as you." That's all he can say.

Hey, Rizal, can you stop hurting your own feelings?

"Please pray, yes," asked Kurnia while bringing her face closer to Rizal. And only answered an indifferent murmur agreeing with him.

Then they rearrange things with different feelings. Kurnia did so joyfully, while the other young man next to her was enveloped by an overwhelming feeling of glass. Wrong yourself, right?

When the goods they input are neatly arranged and wait for the next item to come. Rizal glanced at his watch clock for a moment.

"Kur, since I'll drive the car, I want to go to the bathroom first. Please take care of our luggage," Rizal ordered as he walked leaving the happy Kurnia behind.

"Give it to me!" kurnia said while hitting his chest. A smile still spread on his face.

Kurnia's mind is now haunted by the joyous feeling of love. This time he felt something like this. Maybe a sentence like 'love can drive people crazy' applies to Kurnia now. What his brain is doing right now is putting together the right sentences to declare his love for Jihan. The longer he thought about Jihan, the faster the pounding his heart was going through.

When his brain was busy playing composing sentences, his ears heard the sound of the footsteps of someone who was getting closer and closer to him. Out of curiosity who the person was, Kurnia finally decided to turn her head to the footsteps it came from.

Kurnia's pupils are shrinking. The man who was now right in front of him was carrying a baseball bat. Not yet had Kurnia let out her voice, someone who was in front of her directly hit the object in her hand right above Kurnia's head. The sound of a loud clashing sound was heard very clearly.

Before Kurnia fell to the ground from receiving a fairly hard blow, the man propped up Kurnia who was already drowning with her body. The head of Kurnia is right on one of the shoulders of the person.

"Jy... Han..."

.......

...+++~Lost~++...

.......

Rizal continued to move his feet towards the place where his car was in a slight hurry. He put his hands in a jacket pocket, expecting him to get some warmth there. But still, nil.

He went down the stairs outside the villa one by one and his onyx caught someone who was closing the door of the car line to both.

"Ji, since when are you here?" rizal asked when he was right behind Jihan's back.

Hearing someone call him, Jihan turned to the owner of the voice. "A, Zal... Not long, though. Just got." Jihan watches Rizal. "Where have you been?"

"I'm from the bathroom." Rizal's thumb pointed towards the back of his back. Shortly after, he spread his eyes around to look around. "Where is Kurnia?"

Jihan looked at Rizal confusedly. "He hasn't been here since I came. Isn't she with you?"

"I was with him a few minutes ago, but he I stayed in the bathroom and I also told him to put in your luggage considering that it was your luggage that the two maids brought back last."

The two eyebrows of Jihan were intertwined with each other. "My default stuff? I didn't tell them."

Rizal narrowed his eyes. "You mean?"

"Yes, the two maids did come back to carry Kurnia's luggage, but I told them to carry only my heaviest bags, while the rest I bring my own because before we go later I want to urinate first," explained Jihan with a serious tone.

"But the two servants said nothing." Rizal turned his gaze the other way. His brain thought hard about this. The two servants left in silence, Kurnia he left alone, and on returning Jihan was already in the car while Kurnia disappeared somewhere.

"Don't..."

Jihan looked seriously at Rizal. "Don't-don't what?"

"Most likely, in my mind, Kurnia is the real killer" Rizal said.

Jihan's eyes are round. "That's impossible, Zal!" reject Jihan in a tone of disbelief, "Kurnia can't be the killer! Wasn't he the one who helped you out of Sandi's madness?"

"So what, Ji?" rizal replied in a high tone, "Of all the reasons we have explained one by one only one person has a killer alibi. Kurnia."

Jihan's head shook her head left and right, not accepting the reality. Throat's choked. Just now he wanted to say something, but Rizal's voice came out faster than he did.

"And now he disappears from before us." Rizal stared in Jihan. "Then complete the alibi."

Jihan's tears are no longer contained. Cry broke. Both hands were used to cover his face. This fact was not at all expected. In his tears he felt two big hands clutching his face, putting aside his face-covering hands, and bringing his face closer while letting his onyx stare deeply into his emerald.

Both of Rizal's thumbs wiped Jihan's tears. "Don't cry. Isn't that most likely? Although there's no way he doesn't want to go home, we can wait for him."

It didn't take long to wait for Jihan to nod her head in agreement.

Rizal sighed. "We'll wait a minute."

Gently, Rizal pulled Jihan into his arms and was certainly surprised by what Rizal had done to her. Rizal's right hand moved to gently stroke the head of his female friend. If you look around, Rizal really enjoys the moment, while Jihan? I think he's busy with his heart pounding not that rumbling. Whether since when every time Rizal stared or did something nice to him, his heart would definitely pound. It felt like all the blood was going up on the head. What feelings does he feel?

At the moment when Jihan's feelings had calmed down, there was the sound of footsteps slowly approaching towards them. With a swift Rizal and Jihan turned her head towards the direction the sound came from. Wishing it was the sound of footsteps belonging to Kurnia.

Their eyes widen when they see what is in front of their eyes. The servants appeared in front of them carrying sharp objects. Not only that, there was even one carrying a torch in his hand—like about to burn something. One thing Rizal and Jihan caught.

Their gazes were thirsty kills.

"What's this?" muttered Jihan in Rizal's embrace with a trembling tone.

The butler named Indra pointed his finger at where Rizal and Jihan were. "Catch 'em!"

Several servants ran towards them, raising their sharp objects high, ready to cut off the victim in front of them.

"Damn! Get in the car!" rizal shouted while pushing Jihan away from him, followed by the sound of a sharp object stuck in the trunk of Rizal's car.

"Hurry, Ji!"

In a hurry, Rizal and Jihan run into the car. Rizal took over the wheel. Without a second thought, Rizal immediately started his car engine and immediately shot at high speed away from the servants who were still chasing them from behind.

Indra raised one of his hands up, like giving a code. "Close gate!" shouted Indra with a loud voice. His voice echoed throughout the desolate mountain range.

"Zal! The gate!" yelled Jihan who was sitting next to Rizal while pointing at what he said.

Rizal saw what Jihan pointed at in front. The large villa gate closed slowly. Not wanting to waste the time, Rizal moved his foot to step on the gears and put the speed of the car into the highest speed. The Porsche Panamera is going faster than ever. The longer, the closer they got to the gate that was almost closed.

They escaped.

The Porsche Panamera Rizal soared considering it used speeds above the average normal human drive and the downhill mountain roads out there. The sound of a loud impact and the whirring of the front bumper of the car with the ground when falling sounds painful ears. Rizal and Jihan survived, although the physical car was not.

But, they don't seem to care about it.

Now Rizal and Jihan can feel relieved about the extreme events earlier. Since they were already outside the villa area, Rizal went down the craziest speed he had ever felt became the normal speed commonly used by ordinary people. No one spoke to each other, they were still in a tense stage.

While on the way— approximately already a few kilometers away from the gate of the villa—Jihan remembered Kurnia who he was waiting for his presence while still in the villa area. He realized that Kurnia was not with them. They left Kurnia there.

"Zal, what about Kurnia?" jihan asked in an anxious tone.

Before Rizal answered Jihan's question, suddenly a small pounding sound was heard from inside the car. Knock it twice.

The look of Jihan's eyes hardened at the sound, she immediately turned her face towards Rizal who was still looking straight ahead of the road. "Zal, did you hear that?"

Rizal looks at Jihan through the tail of his eyes for a moment. "Hear what?"

Jihan gave instructions to Rizal. "wait. Just shut up and listen."

The sound of knocking twice was heard again, still with the same decibel.

As soon as the fur sat Jihan bristled at the sound of knock it. Curiosity and fear mixed into one. "Zal, did you hear me?"

"Maybe you heard wrong, Ji... Where a—"

Twice it comes back now with a decibel a little louder than before.

"That! You heard that, didn't you, Zal?" ask Jihan again. There was no answer from Rizal, nor did Rizal intend to answer it at all. Because curiosity dominates her fear, Jihan gives Rizal a command, "Stop, Zal."

Rizal turned his face several times towards the side of the wheel. "What's? You're not wrong? We are in the woods now."

"Stop, Rizal!"

Porsche Panamera was stopped driving in the midst of busy engine with a tire squeak before the car stopped completely. Can be seen now Rizal's hands are clenched tightly in his steer.

"Turn off the engine of the car" Jihan said later.

Rizal obeyed Jihan's orders. Silent. No sound of cars was heard. There are only car lights that flash on the cobblestone road. As long as Rizal was silent next to her, Jihan sharpened her sense of hearing. There's no sound. The sound of knocking it is not heard anymore. Sound knock twice. Jihan's brain thought quickly about this matter. If not wrong, the sound came from the back of the car. Baggages.

"Zal, open the trunk of the car, quickly," Jihan said as she opened the door and got out of the car. Walk towards the back of the car.

And Rizal immediately pressed a button from several buttons around the wheel. The sound of the baggage door was heard. Then, Rizal immediately got out of the car. Following Jihan who had already preceded him.

Jihan gulped her saliva, mentally preparing to accept what was there and what would happen to her and Rizal after this. On the count of three in his heart, he opened the trunk. Jihan sculpted. He felt that all the time in this world had stopped because of it.

"Kurnia.." he said softly.

Yes, it was Kurnia who was in that trunk. Seepage of blood flowed out of his head, like he had been hit with something until he fainted. His body drooped limp with a pile of stuff in there. There's no movement. There was no response. There was no sound of breathing. Maybe a while ago Kurnia was still with them, but now...

Kurnia is gone.

Jihan widened her eyes. He didn't expect this to happen. And he was not prepared to accept that he would lose one of his childhood friends. Wait, there's still Rizal next to him. Jihan turned her head towards Rizal to see how Rizal was responding.

"Rizal..."

Rizal lowered his head while grinning sharply. The sound of a stifled laughter came out of his vocal cords. His laughing voice exploded as he raised his face and looked at Jihan who was right in front of him with an affectionate gaze. His lips are still grinning.

"Jihan, I'm the real killer."

Jihan gasped at what Rizal had just said. His eyes were wider than before. Really, he didn't believe this was the real world. He wanted to run for a way out of this dream and wake up in his room.

"Why are you doing this, Zal? Why did you kill them, our friends?" jihan asked with a stifled voice.

"I do this because they disturb and harm us" Rizal said honestly with a clearly audible furious tone and a sharp gaze. But it quickly became normal. "And I killed them because I love you, Jihan."

Jihan's tears flowed down from her dam, making a tributary on her white cheek. "But why did you have to kill Kurnia?"

Rizal looked at Jihan with deep meaning. "I had to because he loved you too. I know I realized it a little later than Kurnia, but I was the first one to love you. And I will not let anyone, even if it is Kurnia, precede me."

Rizal's grin sharpened from before. His onyx looked at Jihan with a look of wanting to prey. "My personality is great, isn't it?"

The sentence from Rizal made Jihan in shock for a moment. Stay in place. What's he supposed to do?

Seeing Jihan who was fixated in her place, Rizal immediately hugged Jihan tightly. His sturdy hand gripped tightly onto Jihan's arm. As he had expected, Jihan struggled to be released. The more Jihan rebelled in her arms, the tighter Rizal hugged her.

"Rizal! Unhand me!"

One corner of Rizal's lips was pulled upwards. "I'll never let go of you, Ji. Because you're mine."

After finishing his words, one hand of Rizal lifted into the air and landed him on the nape of Jihan so tightly that the girl in his arms was unconscious in place for a moment.

Feeling Jihan who was inside the circumference of her arm was already asleep in the meaning of other words, Rizal also carried Jihan and put her in the car next to the steering wheel— where Jihan sat a moment before—after he closed the trunk door of the car containing Kurnia.

Rizal walks around the car to get into the steering wheel. Before he got into the car, Rizal pointed his index finger right in front of his mouth while turning his head.

"Shhhh..."
