The Legend of Hao Tian

Ch. 81. Gathering

The sun began to rise which signified the morning had arrived, along with that Xue Yun had also been Bagun. He began to sit cross-legged to absorb the drugs he consumed so that he could recover faster.

While Xue Dao went out to look for food, and after an hour later he had returned and brought a deer on his shoulder. As he entered Xue Dao saw Xue Yun still sitting cross-legged, so he tried not to be noisy so that he did not disturb Xue Yun.

Xue Dao started to re-create the campfire and prepared the deer he had caught for them to eat later.

But after a while, Xue Yun finally began to open his eyes again and saw the sight of Xue Dao trying to slaughter a deer in front of him. " It looks like uncle managed to get a good hunt." Said Xue Yun softly.

" O lady has finished absorbing the medicine. He, lucky enough to have a fat deer, we can eat until tonight." Xue Dao began to dismember the venison from starting its head and and body.

After that, he stored some of the venison into his space ring and so again he started burning it.

" It looks like we're gonna eat good again." Said Xue Yun with a happy smile.

But soon a voice was heard from one of the two people who were with them at the moment. " Aah, where am I?"

Hearing that voice Xue Yun and Xue Dao then turned towards that voice. " Hao Tian, you've already..." Hearing that voice Xue Yun thought that it was Hao Tian so he subconsciously called out his name. But it turned out that it was not Hao Tian but rather his father Hao Long.

" O.oh, it turns out that it's Uncle Hao, thank goodness you're awake." Although his words sounded ordinary but his tone sounded a little disappointed about something.

" O miss, it's you." Hao Long said but after a while he then remembered Hao Tian. He then attempted to seek Bagun and looked left and right as if looking for something.

However he then breathed a sigh of relief, it turned out that Hao Tian was leafy nearby and he already looked fine. " Thank God."

" How is uncle? Are you better?" Said Xue Yun and walked over to Hao Long.

" I'm fine, it's thanks to Miss's care."

" Oh it wasn't me but my uncle who took care of you and also who saved us when we confronted the king's swordsman of that time." Xue Yun pointed towards Xue Dao who from earlier was sitting quietly in front of the fire.

" O it turns out it was you, thank you for saving us brother, this service will always be remembered." Said Hao long while slightly bowing.

" Oh that's nothing, I'm just helping out because seeing as you guys seem to be Miss Xue Yun's friends, if it's not like that then I'm not doing it." Xue Dao said without looking at Hao long as if he didn't care.

" Hehe, my uncle's nature is like this uncle Hao, he's a little shy so please understand." Xue Yun was trying to fix the ugly atmosphere because of Xue Dao's words.

" Haha, of course, I understand that." Hao Long replied kindly.

" Good, oh and take this, it can help you speed up your wounds to heal completely." Xue Yun took out a medicinal pill and gave it to Hao Long.

" Thank you miss" Hao long also did not hesitate anymore and immediately took and ate the medicine.

" How is Uncle Hao, does the medicine work?"

" I am, my body is a little better now."

" Oh he, uncle must be hungry, wait a minute uncle, I'll get you some food. It just so happened that my uncle caught a deer and had it burned in a minute that the food would be ripe."

" It's okay Uncle Hao, I'm happy to do it" Xue Yun said with a smile.

Not long after, Xue Yun finally returned with a piece of meat to Hao long." Please uncle"

Hao Long happily accepted it and ate it voraciously. After that they then went back to chatting together with various topics. But not long after, Hao Tian finally came to his senses. " a-ah"

" Hao Tian, have you come to a realization?"

" Tian'er are you conscious?" The two looked worried about Hao Tian but slowly the worry slowly disappeared.

" He's dad, I finally met you again, I miss you so much." Said Hao Tian with a smile and tears without him noticing it coming out.

" Dad misses you so much, son, every day I remember you, and without feeling like we've been this big." Hao Long immediately hugged Hao Tian with a face full of anxiety mixed with delight. His mood was so mixed that he did not know what to say.

" It's thanks to Miss Xue Yun and her uncle that we managed to survive the cave." Hao Long pointed at the two.

" Thank you Xue Yun and uncle for helping us."

" Of course, let's just say it's a reply for having helped me before." Said Xue Yun with a wide smile.

" I'm only helping you because Xue Yun is no more." Said Xue Dao in a cold tone as usual.

" Whatever I'm still thankful."

Two days had passed, Hao Tian and Hao Long had started to improve, both of them were able to walk even though they had not fully recovered yet but their conditions were already much better.

And on that very day Xue Yun and Xue Dao would leave just as they had planned.

" Hao Tian, uncle Hao, see you later." Said Xue Yun as he waved his hand towards the two of them.

" He's careful there, don't get there surrounded again by bandits." Reply Hao Tian in a joking tone.

":It won't happen again." Reveal Xue Yun with a smile.

" Be careful there Miss Xue Yun." Said Hao Long.

" He's an uncle."

Xue Yun and Xue Dao finally walked towards a large Griffin and then rode it. Without long, the Griffin finally flew out quickly and headed westward.

It looked as though Xue Yun was still looking back which made Xue Dao ask." Why miss? Is there something left?"

Xue Yun did not immediately answer him, he was silent for a while but after that he turned his face. " No uncle, I just feel a little sad."
