ch. 63 tumbles

" The villagers in this village are very strange, still confused why they hate people who visit their village." Said Xue Yun.

" The possibility is that there are foreigners who have visited this village and done something that makes the residents feel so angry that they hate the immigrants. I used to come across cases like this so this I think is normal." Answer WU Shen.

" What about you?" Xue Yun said to Hao Tian who was picking up a broom near the door.

" I just found something like this too."

They continued to talk but Hao Tian reprimanded the two. " If you still have the energy to chat then it should be used to clean this room."

" Ah, you really like to ruin the mood."

" It's true Hao Tian said, hurry up and clean all this up so we can rest and clean ourselves up."

Seeing the two who were starting to clean up made Xue Yun also decide to come along too even though the look on his face was still upset.

After a few minutes, they finally finished cleaning all the rooms in the house. " Ah it seems like everything is clean so, I go take a shower first." Without waiting for Hao Tian and WU Shen's reply, Xue Yun directly walked into the bathroom and Lang closed the door.

" Why is he so disrespectful." Hao Tian permeated irritatedly with Xue Yun's attitude whereas WU Shen only smiled.

The three of them then took turns to bathe, in the house they lived in, there were two rooms in it. After they chatted, they then decided one room would be used by Xue Yun alone and the other Hao Tian and WU Shen would share a room.

After late at night, the three of them then decided to sleep as they were going to leave this village early in the morning.

The next day before sunrise Hao Tian and WU Shen got up and called Xue Yun to get up and prepare to leave immediately. Xue Yun finally woke up even though he was still very sleepy but he still forced his body to prepare to leave.

This was because Xue Yun felt uncomfortable being in this village and wanted to leave immediately even though he was still sleepy.

" Let's go."

After they got ready, they then left the village without saying goodbye to the village chief. This is because the village head is not in his house so they then decide to leave.

" Didn't you feel strange earlier, when we went the village state was very quiet as if they left their village. And also the village chief is not in his house." Xue Yun was still curious about the villagers who disappeared.

When they met the village chief but he did not find him and also the residents there was nothing to see when they were about to leave as if the village was just staying.

" It's no longer necessary to think about it, we better hurry to hurry to the city so we can ask for help to defeat the bear demon." Hao Tian still remembered his words.

" That's right, let's speed up our pace." At WU Shen's words they then ran away from the village. After running around for tens of minutes suddenly came the sound of music not far from them.

Because the sound stopped. " Why is there music here? Is there a wedding?" Ask Xue Yun.

" You're crazy, who's getting married in the middle of a forest like this, not to mention that there are so many demons in this forest that there can't be a wedding here." Hao Tian.

Hao Tian could only sigh and could only follow the two. After a while, the source of the sound was finally found.

It was sourced from dozens of people and five of them were playing drum music. And behind the music player was a 10-year-old boy tied up in a wood lifted by four people and the boy was crying hysterically while calling his mother.

";What happened? What are these people doing?" Asked WU Shen who was very upset by what those people did to the boy. Until he wanted to meet those people but was stopped by Hao Tian." Wait a minute, let's just look at what they're doing from afar."

" I know, but..." Just as Hao wanted to reply to WU Shen's words, suddenly the two were stopped by Xue Yun's voice.

" Friends, aren't they the villagers who where we lived before, look it's the village chief." Xue Yun pointed towards one of the dozens of people.

It was a forty-year-old man, and unmistakably, it was the village chief.

" It's true that's the village chief, but what is he doing here?" Hao Tian also looked towards Xue Yun pointing and he found the village chief who gave them a place to stay before.

";let's follow first, what are they going to do to the boy they tied up with." Said Xue Yun while staring at WU Shen. Although WU Shen did not want to wait but after being persuaded by Hao Tian and Xue Yun, he finally agreed and followed where the villagers were going.

After they followed the villagers finally they were somewhere a few kilometers from their village. Yet Hao Tian felt no stranger to the place the villagers had come to.

They tried to remember but they forgot a little, until Xue Yun's voice startled the two. " Isn't this where the bear demon is."

Hao Tian and WU Shen were startled and looked around and sure enough, this was indeed the place where they met the bear demon. That is evidenced by their former battle that is a large tree that was toppled by a bear stealth kick.

After confirming that, WU Shen was even more furious than before and directly came out from his hiding place and headed straight towards the villagers.

Hao Tian and Xue Yun also did not stop WU Shen's footsteps and instead came down together to meet the villagers.

WU Shen came first and shocked the villagers because of his sudden arrival." What are you guys doing?"

And also Hao Tian and Xue Yun also started arriving and standing beside WU Shen." Are you going to crush the boy?" Hao Tian.

Seeing the three who were here made them shocked for a while, but then the village chief made a sound." It's none of your business, get the hell out of here."

" I'm sorry we won't let you guys, have you gone mad about subverting let alone a child as that stealth food." Said WU Shen.

" What do you mean?" WU Shen had no idea where they were going to save so many lives.

" You're crazy, how do you know that the one protecting your village is the bear demon." Hao Tian.

Hao Tian and Xue Yun were shocked by his words and intended to stop his stupidity. However the village chief immediately answered WU Shen's question. " It's true that if you can beat him in three days then we'll stop bringing the tumbals."

" Alright, then I'll kill the demon, and you guys stay here." After saying so WU Shen immediately walked towards where the bear demon was, yet Hao Tian and Xue Yun tried to stop it."

" Aren't we agreed to ask others for help in order to defeat the demon" Hao Tian and Xue Yun said. " Not true, don't get carried away."

" That's true, but the current situation doesn't allow us to, so I've made up my mind, so if you don't want to fight then you don't need to come along, I won't force you or hate you for the decisions you've made." Said WU Shen while leaving Hao Tian and Xue Yun.
