The Lee Family's Second Son-in-law

The Lee Family's Second Son-in-law
Rinse the Past

It has been three days that Celia and Joon have been living in the humble Celia family home. Joon can now see the other side of Cerelia Park, a top celebrity in many circles.

It turns out that not only the celebrity lifestyle is glamorous. Celia proves it by being an ordinary person when gathering with her mother and daughter.

Actually Joon is curious about Celia's life in the past. Who is Mi Ran's father, that's what she always thought. But because they are not that close to exchanging stories, Joon just keeps quiet and will only comment if Celia herself tells the story.

"Mi Ran, where are you going?" joon asked who saw the little girl going out of the house.

"I want to play ball in the park, Uncle. It's a holiday, Mom and Grandma allow me to play" Mi Ran replied.

"Can uncle come?" Joon seems interested in refreshing his mind.

Mi Ran nodded. The two of them left together hand in hand. Their closeness seemed to show like father and son. Maybe that's what people have in mind when they see them.

Plus, after Celia decided to move to this area, the surrounding neighbors never met Mi Ran's father who was rumored to have died.

Celia who just came out of the room saw if the house looks lonely. There was only Sang Mi who was cooking to be taken to her small food stall.

"Mom, where is everyone?" ask Celia.

"Mi Ran is out with Seok Joon. Today is a holiday. They must be in the park."

"alright. I'll catch up with them."

"Eum Chae, help Mom to bring things to the stall." Sang Mi asks Celia for help.

"Mother! Don't call me by my real name!" grunts Celia.

Sang Mi laughed. "Why? You're afraid Seok Joon knows your real name?" seducer Sang Mi.

"Ish, Mommy!" Celia melengos away with the stuff in both her hands.

When Celia crosses the park with Sang Mi, there is relief in Celia's heart when she sees Joon and Mi Ran together. They are like a real father and son.

"Look at them! They're like father and son, aren't they? I see Seok Joon is a good guy. Don't you want to make him Mi Ran's father?" chirps Sang Mi.

"Mother! Don't talk so recklessly! We were married for 6 months. After that we parted ways," Celia replied.

Sang Mi let out a long breath. He himself did not understand the way his daughter thought. When deciding to become a single mother, Sang Mi could not prevent it.

Though scorn always Celia received from the people around. Until they had to move out of their old house because they did not want people to sneer at Mi Ran as well.

"Didn't you want to give Mi Ran a whole family? He needs a father figure, son. Did you ever think about how Mi Ran felt when she saw her friends together with their father and mother. Have you ever thought about that?"

Sang Mi's question made Celia speechless. Sang Mi stepped back to head towards her stall and left Celia.

Celia reviews the smile when she hears Mi Ran's laughter while playing with Joon. Joon is a really good guy. Celia didn't deny that.

"Ouch!"

Joon and Mi Ran's game stopped because Mi Ran accidentally threw a ball to hit Joon's head. The man held his head.

"Akh!" stub Joon.

"Uncle! Uncle is okay? I'm sorry, Uncle. I didn't mean it!" Mi Ran panicked to see Joon in pain.

"Akhs! Mi Ran's..." Joon fell and was unconscious.

"Uncle! Awake, Uncle!" Mi Ran called Joon's name.

"Mother! Help me!"

The dreamy Celia suddenly regained consciousness from hearing Mi Ran's scream. Celia ran over to Mi Ran.

"Mother! Uncle Seok Joon passed out. How'this?" Mi Ran was crying from fear. He was afraid something might happen to Joon.

Celia has no other choice but to take Joon to the nearest clinic. He asked for help from people around.

...***...

Arriving at the clinic, Celia calms down the frightened Mi Ran.

"Dear, it's okay. Fear not! Uncle Seok Joon won't do anything."

"Mothers... Ii'm sorry... It's all because of me!" Mi Ran cried as she pleased.

"No, Son! You are innocent. Don't cry." Celia hugged her daughter.

Sang Mi also came to the clinic after being contacted by Celia. Celia asks Sang Mi to bring Mi Ran back home. Mi Ran needs to rest.

Once again Celia reassures Mi Ran if Joon will be okay. Mi Ran complied and followed her mother's orders.

After the death of Mi Ran and Sang Mi, a doctor approached Celia.

"How's he doing, Doc?" ask Celia.

"Sorry, Miss. The patient has experienced severe trauma to his head. So that when hit by a hard enough impact, his head hurt and buzzed."

Celia gawked at the doctor's explanation. "Then, how's the situation now?"

"For the time being, his condition is stable. But you'd better take the patient to a bigger hospital. It's just a small clinic, we can't do any further checks. Then excuse me!"

Celia nodded and thanked him.

In the middle of the night, Joon woke up feeling he had been asleep for a long time. Joon sees Celia sleeping next to his safe.

"I where?" muttered Joon.

His head was back. Flashes of the past fluttered in his brain.

"Akh!" Joon complained of pain. To wake Celia up.

"Joon Seok! You okay?" ask Celia to panic. "I'll get a doctor!"

"Don't! Not necessary! I'm fine!" Joon closed his eyes.

Various pieces of memory were replaying in his mind. A memory he had long forgotten.

"Yes, I know why I feel familiar with this area. I've been here, "inner Joon.

The next day, Joon was allowed to go home. His condition is starting to improve.

Along the way to Celia's house, Joon smiles with relief. A memory he had forgotten for 20 years, now he remembers. The accident that day cost Joon his memory.

And now because of the 6-year-old boy's ball punch, Joon managed to regain his memory. Strange indeed. But this is what happened.

Joon got off Celia's car. He looked around Celia's house. This place was not a place he had ever been to.

"Let's go in! You need to rest a lot. That's what the doctor said," Celia's advice.

Joon nods then goes towards Celia's room to rest. Joon looks at Celia's room carefully.

Suddenly, the net was fixed on a photo on Celia's desk. An old photo was posted there.

"This photo...? Why didn't I see her when I came here yesterday?" Joon took pictures of two smiling teenage boys and girls. Joon recognized the figure in the photo.

"This is my picture and..." Joon did not continue his sentence.

"How could Celia have this photo? Is he...?"
