Inner Bond

Jae Joong takes Byung Man to a hospital owned by the Lee family. There Byung Man was directly handled by doctor Lee Jun Ho.

"What happened to Uncle Byung Man?" ask Jun Ho.

"I don't know either. Mi Ran who contacted me," Jae Joong replied as he was.

Jun Ho looked at the crying little girl. Apparently Mi Ran was scared because she saw Byung Man sprawled. Mi Ran blamed herself.

"alright. You accompany Mi Ran. I'll handle Uncle Byung Man." Jun Ho immediately went to the IGD room.

Jae Joong approached Mi Ran. "Hey, don't be afraid. It's not your fault, Mi Ran." Jae Joong gently stroked Mi Ran's back. He also wiped away Mi Ran's tears.

"Uncle, is grandpa going to be okay?"

Jae Joong nodded. "Yes, your grandfather will be fine. Believe me!"

Mi Ran immediately hugged Jae Joong. A strange vibration is felt by Jae Joong.

An invisible inner bond is so visible when seen using the heart. Jae Joong clutched the little girl tightly. He wanted to give the warmth he never gave Mi Ran.

After waiting for a while, Byung Man was already taken to the treatment room. Byung Man is dead. Inside the room Mi Ran approached the grandfather.

"I'm sorry Mi Ran, Cake." Mi Ran looked sad.

Byung Man smiled. Such a small girl already had a very high sense of empathy. Celia must have taught her daughter a lot. That's what Byung Man thought. It turned out that his second son was indeed not wrong to choose Celia as a wife.

"Grandfather is fine, Mi Ran. Grandpa's fine." Byung Man replied softly.

"I'll call Mr Kang Joon!" said Jae Joong.

Jun Ho orders Jae Joong to keep contacting Kang Joon. Jun Ho called Ae Gyo.

Of course it was surprising for Kang Joon and Ae Gyo. Soon they went to the hospital where Byung Man was being treated.

Jun Ho explained Byung Man's current condition. Apparently Byung Man had long hidden his illness. Byung Man does not want his family to be worried about his condition.

"Mother, go home with Jae Joong and Mi Ran. Let me take care of you here." Kang Joon feels he has to make up for all the mistakes he ever made to his father.

Years of leaving home for an ego, he now regrets it. Ae Gyo complies and leaves with Jae Joong and Mi Ran.

Kang Joon sits on the edge of his father's bed. The father's dark face that was sleeping made him full. His heart felt pinched at the fragile look that was already getting weaker.

"I'm sorry, Dad. I'm sorry..." Kang Joon shed tears when he remembered the quarrel for the sake of the quarrel he had with his father. Kang Joon feels that he has hurt his father because he is against his wishes.

Meanwhile, Jae Joong has arrived at the Lee family home with Ae Gyo and Mi Ran. Ae Gyo immediately entered the house because he wanted to rest. Tomorrow she will return to the hospital to see her husband.

Mi Ran is still silent with Jae Joong.

"Mi Ran, come in!" jae Joong's orders.

"Mi Ran's..." Jae Joong immediately held the little girl in his arms.

"Mi Ran, forgive uncle who can't admit it directly. For uncle, you'd be happy living with your mom and dad now. Forgive me uncle, son..."

Mi Ran nodded in understanding. Together with Celia and Kang Joon, Mi Ran will have a whole family. Mi Ran will get abundant affection from both of them.

"I understand, Uncle. But, I want uncle to also always be by my side. Watching me and also accompanying me."

"of course! Uncle will always be with you. Believe me!" Jae Joong clenched Mi Ran tightly.

"Yes God! What other drama is this?" A voice made both father and son immediately take off their embrace.
