Celia walked back and forth in front of the IGD room. Ae Gyo tried to calm her second daughter-in-law, but Celia still did not want to calm down.

Mi Ran suddenly regained consciousness after some time his condition was fine. Of course Celia's panicking isn't a bitch.

Shortly after, Kang Joon came and immediately approached Celia.

"Darling, what's going on?" ask Kang Joon.

"Kang Joon, Mi Ran..." Celia could say nothing and could only cry.

"Mi Ran must be fine. He's a strong boy." Kang Joon hugs Celia and holds her tightly. This must be a tough time for him.

A doctor approaches Celia and Joon.

"How's our daughter doing?" ask Celia impatiently.

"Madam, you better find a donor soon for Mi Ran. His condition is starting to deteriorate. Usually the closest family is the most suitable" said the doctor.

Celia looks at each other with Kang Joon. None of them matched the condition of Mi Ran's body. Even Jae Joong's real father doesn't fit in either. The only hope is Mi Ran's own biological mother. But Celia and Joon don't know who Mi Ran's real mother is.

"Doctor, please try your best for our daughter." Kang Joon pleaded with the doctor.

Celia sat down. It felt like his world had collapsed hearing the doctor's explanation.

"Dad, Mother. You better go home. Celia and I will stay here." Kang Joon met his parents after driving Celia into Mi Ran's room.

"Yes, you take care of your health too. If there's anything contact us directly," Byung Man's message.

Kang Joon nodded. He escorted Byung Man and Ae Gyo to the hospital lobby.

Arriving at the Lee family residence, Byung Man and Ae Gyo are greeted by Eun Ji as the butler there.

"Has Kang Moon gone home?" ask Byung Man.

"Hmm, it's Sir. But..." Aunt Eun Ji hesitated to say.

"What's up, Bi? Just say!" Ae Gyo followed.

"Hmm, look, Madam, sir. Actually, there was just a commotion between Mr. Kang Moon and Ms. Hye Ri. They're fighting, sir."

Byung Man immediately opened the contents of the letter that Kang Moon left behind.

"Darling!" ae Gyo strangles Hye Ri out of her room.

"Auntie, call an ambulance!" the Exclamation of Ae Gyo.

With a swift response Aunt Eun Ji pressed the emergency number. He also looked at Hye Ri cynically.

And the letter written by Kang Moon, Ae Gyo had already put it in his pocket. Ae Gyo will read it later when her husband's condition is dealt with.

With tears in her eyes, Ae Gyo contacts Kang Joon and informs him that his father will be taken to the hospital. Of course Kang Joon was very shocked.

Kang Joon looks at Celia who is sleeping next to Mi Ran's bed. There's no way he's telling Celia now. His wife was also saddened by Mi Ran's deteriorating condition.

Kang Joon decides to meet his mother alone. Kang Joon awaits the arrival of his mother in the hospital lobby.

As soon as the ambulance came in, Kang Joon ran over.

Ae Gyo could only cry as he pleased.

"Kang Joon!" Ae Gyo hugged her son.

"Mother just relax. I'll be fine." Kang Joon tries to calm down. Her own heart was also muddled thinking about Mi Ran. Now coupled with the condition of the father who suddenly fainted.

After a bit of calm, Kang Joon tries to talk to Ae Gyo.

Ae Gyo suddenly remembered the letter from Kang Moon. She reached into her dress pocket.

"Your father read this before he was unconscious."

The next day, Jae Joong gets a phone call from Celia who tells if Mi Ran is back in the hospital. Of course Jae Joong panicked. As Mi Ran's biological father, Jae Joong wants Mi Ran to be able to recover like children her age.

Jae Joong immediately heads to the hospital to see Mi Ran's condition. Arriving at the hospital, Jae Joong is surprised by the presence of Kang Joon and Ae Gyo who are sitting on the hospital bench.

Jae Joong wanted to say hello to the two, but he paused after hearing what they were talking about.

"So, Hye Ri has been lying to all of us?" ask Ae Gyo.

"Yes, Mom. I've got the evidence. But, what is hidden by big brother, I myself do not know. I need to find my sister first. If indeed he wants a divorce, then he has to deal with it manly. Not by running away like this."

Ae Gyo holds Kang Joon's hand.

"Thank you for being here, son. You better meet your wife. He needs you too."

"Let's go there. I'll wait until my test results come out, and then I'll see Celia."

"Kang Joon, don't tell this to Celia. He's got a lot of thoughts. Don't let him think about your father either."
