CHAPTER 123

Fandi rushed to the treatment room, Mr. Irwan. Fandi saw Laura sitting in front of the room.

“Laura, papa why?” Ask Fandi worried. Laura looked sobbing. Her tears fell.

“Papaku Fandi.” Laura was still crying.

“Calm Laura. Papa must be fine.” Fandi pulled Laura into his arms. Laura was crying sobbing. Fandi tried to calm Laura, although her heart was also not careless to think about Mr. Irwan's condition.

1 hour passed, the doctor came out of Mr. Irwan's room with a lethargic face. Fandi and Laura immediately approached the doctor expectantly. But the doctor's explanation this time made Laura cry hysterically until she fell unconscious. Mr. Irwan has died. His body could no longer survive the heart disease that had been eating away at his body. Mr. Irwan surrendered. Although he was disappointed with Laura's behavior, but before he died, Mr. Irwan was sincere with Laura's decision to divorce from Fandi.

“Laura.” Fandi rubbed Laura's hair. Laura's lying in the other room next to Irwan's.

“Fandi, papa where?” Laura asked with her voice.

“Laura, papa is dead. You must be sincere.” Fandi calms Laura.

“Fandi, I caused papa sick and died.” Laura blames herself many times.

“This is Laura's destiny. It's nobody's fault. Now you accompany papa's corpse. Let me take care of all our departures to Indonesia. Soon we will bring papa's body to be buried in Indonesia.” Said Fandi while helping Laura to get up and stand up.

“Thank you Fandi.” Laura said before heading to Irwan's room.

Fandi took her phone call. Fandi seemed serious about taking care of all the process of returning Irwan's body to Indonesia. Laura was endlessly crying looking at her papa's face.

After completing all the hospital administration and the paperwork to return the bodies to Indonesia, Fandi and Laura went straight to the airport. They're going to leave on Laura's private jet.

Fandi looked at Laura. Although soon they will officially divorce, Fandi still cares about the circumstances of Laura. Laura's eyes looked puffy. Fandi approached Laura and invited her to speak.

“Laura, you want to eat?” Ask Fandi while bringing Laura some fries.

“From noon I haven't seen you eat. You should eat a little. Or you could get sick later.” Persuaded Fandi to offer the fries to Laura.

“I don't want anything Fandi. I don't taste.” Reject Laura again.

“Pleasa! Just a little.” Fandi feeds the fries into Laura's mouth and Laura is willing to eat them.

“Thank you Fandi.” Laura said as she chewed the fries.

“Sama-sama.” Reply Fandi smiled.

“Have you notified Sam of your lover?” Ask Fandi curious.

“I've contacted him. But Sam can't come along, because he has a sudden affair.” Laura smiled heavily.

“It's okay. I'll help you take care of everything.” Reply Fandi again calms Laura.

Finally they reached the International Airport in Indonesia. Airport officials immediately lowered Irwan's coffin. Fandi and Laura were with him from behind.

“Laura, you why?” Fandi held back Laura's body which started to stagger. From last night Laura did not sleep and continued to cry.

“I'm okay Fandi. I'm just a little dizzy from not sleeping all night.” Laura held her forehead.

“Allow me to hold you so as not to fall.” Fandi volunteered to hold Laura's hand.

“Iya Fandi. Thank you.” Laura smiled heavily.
