LG Balfour is a major jewelry store in California. There is only one store in California, so it is easy to find.

It was already half-eight by the time Alex reached the store. Fortunately the store has not closed because there are still some customers who are still looking around inside.

The shop was huge, with a total of three floors. They are stocked to the brim with all sorts of expensive and exclusive jewelry. It is difficult to estimate the total value of all their goods. The security measurement in the store is really best.

Alex wants to find a shop assistant, but she meets a familiar face. It was the nurse from hospital—his ex-girlfriend, Chloe.

Chloe was surprised when she saw him and immediately walked up to him and said playfully, "Oh my goodness, did I step on the dog poop today? Why does my luck have to be so bad to see you again? What are you doing here? You can't afford jewelry here!"

Chloe was not wearing a nurse uniform and was wearing a tight gown that revealed her alluring figure. He was with a fat man in a suit and leather shoes, and he depended on him as if he was part of his body.

Alex replied, "It's none of your business!"

Chloe sneered, "Don't forget what your wife had to do just to get money for your mother's surgery. Don't tell me that you used the money to buy gifts for her? You should just go home this isn't a place that welcomes poor people like you."

Alex angrily replied, "You can't even imagine how much money I have. Do you believe that I can buy this now?"

Pointing a necklace on a billboard, named Love in a Fallen City, with a price tag of thirty million dollars.

Chloe laughed out loud and said, "Are you daydreaming? If you can afford it, I'll kneel down and lick your feet!"

Alex shook his head and sneered, “Chloe, you are not qualified to lick my toes. You should go home and

this fat guy's toes. If you make her happy, she will probably buy you two thousand dollars worth of trash.”

Chloe's anger is so strong, she's like a time bomb about to explode.

The fat guy finally chases after Chloe, when he was about to coax her into bed, Alex fools her.

“What if I can afford it? Can you buy it? Will you buy one too?” ask Alex.

Alex has decided to buy the jewelry. He has owed too much to Lady Dorothy Assex over the past ten months. Buying a necklace worth thirty million dollars might make him happy, and earn his trust in his abilities

to protect.

The fatty said furiously, “Where did this idiot come from, bullshit, Chloe, how do you know someone like this? It embarrassed me every time I talked to him.”

Alex sneered, “Tell me directly if you have no money, no need to make excuses. I'm not going to make things difficult for you. After all, there's only one 'Love in Fallen City', only my wife is worthy of it, your boyfriend doesn't deserve that necklace. It is better if you can buy the one next to it, which is three million dollars, how, want to bet?”

Alex frowned, “I'm here to buy stuff, why do you want to expel me? Cassandra, did you try

to get yourself fired?"

Cassandra waved, and the two security guards who had already noticed what had happened earlier rushed over.

A security guard said, “Cassandra, what's up?”

Cassandra said, "This guy is here to cause trouble, please get rid of him."
