Chapter 22: The Rasengan!

Ryo's hand looks like he's starting Chidori.

“What is Chidori? No. gabe. Shape changed!” Minato had observed Chidori before. He knew it well because it was a technique used by Kakashi.

In Ryo's hands, Chidori gradually turned into: [Lighting Beast: Tracking Fang]! Right after the Lightning Hound was made, he used his Ice escape and teleported right behind Minato!

Ryo's chakra is running out. He could no longer use Ice Escape to follow Minato, and he could not sustain Chidori for long enough. The distance that Minato made made made her much effort nailed. “Ryo, I think I won!” Minato Smiled at his opponent across the street!

"That's the Jutsu I'm working on, Rasengan!"

“Not finished?”

Hearing this Ryo understood that his development was actually nearing completion.

With the Rasengan, you collect the Chakra in your hand, continuously compressing it by relying on high-speed rotation. This creates a huge tearing force that can inflict a lot of damage. A person who is exposed to the Rasengan not only experiences physical damage; it also interferes with one's Chakra thus making it more difficult to use Ninjutsu. And the Rasengan also does not require a seal, and has many possible variants. Naruto was able to combine it with the affinity of his Chakranya nature: Wind, thus creating: "Futon: Rasenshuriken!"

The development of this Jutsu is not finished now. If Ryo helped Minato do it, he would be able to use it openly later. This would also help Minato evolve, as he would be able to complete this technique earlier in his life.

“Minato nii-san, it looks like I know the key to making it last longer. Kakashi, bring me some balloons and fill them with water, and also some rubber balls.” Kakashi went to take them.

The 6-year-old was quick. He came in a short time with the scroll he opened, taking out a ball and a water-filled balloon from him.

Ryo looked with envy at Kakashi's scroll. This was an expensive item that he could not afford.

Kushina noticed the look in Ryo's eyes, she looked at the scroll as if it was nothing.

“So nii-san, break this water balloon by injecting chakra into it to make the water flow irregular. Kakashi you can try. ”
