The Ice Blade in Ryo's hand was surrounded by the Lightning Chakra. As it flickered, Kitsuchi felt an enormous Lightning Cakra within, and he shivered.
"I shouldn't be cut by it, or I'll actually die!"
Kitsuchi, a veteran of the Kage level, had a very accurate assessment. Ryo named this technique [Ice Lightning Blade], which revolved around making Ice Blade into a state similar to Lightning Chakra Mode.

Ryo did not hesitate, and immediately threw a second knife at Kakuzu, but it hit the ground. The broken Kakuzu could still make an imitation and blink.
His current location did not have an Ice Surgical Blade, and there was no Kunai Flying Lightning God.
He looked back at Ryo with hateful eyes, turning to the left.
Ryo wants to chase after her, but she is stopped by Minato. Yonbi Jinchuriki is still there, and he is the biggest threat to the Konoha Ninja.
