In the distant past when the world had just been created, the Ancient Ones built the Celestial Palace on top of Sanctum Island in the Sea of Hope.

The island is part of an underwater volcano. Submerged rocks and atolls are scattered around the island, and the waters near are often shrouded in a thick sea mist, which causes many ships to simply pass by.

Remote and undisturbed, the island is an ideal location for ancient magic. The Ancient Ones were established to build temples and workshops with their exceptional skills and technology. As the Celestial Palace began to function, the temple mechanism on the island received a surge of energy from the palace, as well as the island on land began to coordinate with the palace above the sky.

Before the Endless War broke out, the Ancient Ones attempted to control the orders in the Land of Dawn. They send Kaja and Uranus to capture the mischievous Evil God and imprison them at the Thunder Temple on Sanctum Island, where a female priest loyal to the Ancient Ones will ride the Mecha Guard "Phylax" and keep an eye on them.

Mecha was driven by Primal Lightning, a unique magic that could control lightning with Ancient power, and could only be done by those specifically created by the Ancient Ones. Among them were Kaja and Uranus above at the Celestial Palace, as well as the priestess below at Sanctum Island.

The pastor was named Edith. He accepted the immortal youth and the holy power given by his master and punished the prisoners with the cruel Primal Lightning. Hearing his name alone could make even the most frightened Evil God.

However, after the Endless War broke out, the Ancient Ones disappeared from using the Twilight Orb to seal shadows and light. Edith, the eternal Primal Guard, was sound asleep when her master disappeared.

Times change, and several shipwreck victims appear on Sanctum Island. These poor people struggle to survive on the barren island, and many trudge to visit the island only to find scarce resources.

After a devastating earthquake, the ruins of the temple were revealed. It was buried deep within the valley and scorched by lightning strikes. While searching for metal remains, an old man finds a palace, but what he finds is a blonde girl lying in the rubble. He could strike lightning at any time!

The old man risked his life and took the girl back to the seaside fishing village. After being injured in the head, the girl could only remember her name – Edith. The childless old man took him, and together they lived in a small village.

Edith's adoptive father displays the daughter he found miraculously, and makes no effort to take care of her. Edith could take a walk in the village when she didn't have to help with homework, but the old man had one rule: to: she can't go near the valley – she has a hunch that one day she will lose a daughter there…

When Edith was bored, she often saw Celestial Palace above – the villagers said that it was the temple of the gods, and sometimes he could see strange people like birds gliding into the sky with lightning. But every time he saw them, a strong feeling of uneasiness would fill his heart, as the past he had forgotten felt connected to a flash of lightning. So, he would always run back home and carry himself in his father's arms, calming down as the old man held his hand.

Ten years passed, and the old man became weaker. The other children all grew up, except for Edith who remained as young as when she was first discovered.

Finally, his adoptive father was too old for physical labor. In order to survive, he had to fight the rule he made himself – he took Edith with him to pick up the pieces of metal in the ruins of the valley.

After searching outside in vain, the old man had to take the risk and step inside the temple with Edith. As they walked deeper, Edith felt that her memories had appeared once again, and suddenly lightning struck as a gigantic flying sword was fired at her father! Edith ran forward and intelligently stopped her blade with her power, the blade fell to the ground and split the rock with a burst of lightning.

This is – Uranus, Guardians of the Heavenly Palace! At that moment, countless memories of Edith's responsibilities: Ancient Ones, priestesses, temples, Evil Gods: “Earthquake accidentally woke me up from my memory . asleep, and that old man who raised me when I barely knew anything.”.

"Dead, invaders!" Uranus waved his giant hand at the old man, a flying sword that shot towards the ground! Lightning-fast, "Phylax" came on call and removed its powerful metal arm to catch the blade. Edith spoke of "Phylax" the Mecha, "Let my father go."

Uranus shouted at Mecha in front, "Traitor!" And Edith calmly replied, "Or let's fight to the death."

Among the ruins of the temple in the depths of the valley, Edith and Uranus were locked in a violent battle, rumbling thunder resounded in the mountains as lightning strikes collided with each other, smashing stone pillars and statues.

While the two were still in a stalemate, the bird-like Celestial Palace Guards – Kaja closed its wings and descended into the ruins, “Stop the stupid fight! Celestial Palace is in danger! ”

They looked at the sky, and as expected, Edith could not feel the energy of the holy city anymore. And soon, pieces began to fall from the – heavens in the blink of an eye, the majestic Heavenly Palace began to collapse!

Ever since the palace fell, the temple on Sanctum Island could no longer receive energy from above, and the sealed Evil God began to flee.

Uranus commanded in a voice like thunder, “Kaja, we will stay and repair the seal! Edith, catch the Evil Gods!”

To that Edith replied, “I understand my duty. Let me send my father back first! ”

Kaja and Uranus remained at the temple to watch over the other Evil Gods, while Edith rode the "Phylax" and brought her foster father back to the village.

As Edith stared at her senile and unsteady father, she could not help but tear down her cheeks. After ten years of living with the family, he was no longer the cold and heartless Primal Guard. I am his only child, his hope for the future. How will he survive if I leave now?
