⁴³. Risking life for Alana

Hans goes into his father's study and sees his father holding a box that has the same motif and size as the last box that Hendrik had burned.

Soon Hendrik's face looked pale as he watched his father play the box.

"What do you want?!!" Hendrik asked, gritting his teeth.

Will he threaten her again? If that were to happen then today in as well he would kill that man!

He would attack her and make her lose her breath!!!!

"Ha ha ha.. I didn't know you cared so much about that woman. Do you love her?" Hans asked as he played the box in his hand.

"Tell me what do you want to do?!" Hendrik said he would not answer his father's questions.

"Well, okay, I'll tell you. Romi already knows what happened to his daughter, he has done many things that make us big losses! Your job is to deliver this box to him and make sure he doesn't do anything else to hurt our company!" Said Hans throwing the box in his hand at Hendrik.

Hendrik picked up the box and held it with trembling hands.

How could he possibly do that? How could he use Alana for his father's company?

"Why? You don't want to do it?!" Hans asked when he saw his son standing with a trembling body holding a box in his hand.

Hendrik clenched his teeth and tried to say "Didn't we agree that these photos would not be seen by anyone?! Even if it's you, you can't see this photo!!"

Hans sighed again, Why hasn't his son behaved like this in the past?

"Dad didn't tell anyone to show it. I just gave you the box just in case, I know you opened the old box I gave you. So your job now is to prevent Romi from interfering with Dad's business again, and that box, I'm handing him over if you might need him because you have no other way out but to use that box!" Hans said with a smile.

This is the best way to pressure his son, if he wants to keep Hendrik obedient to him then he must make Hendrik not dwell in front of him.

"You..!!" Hendrik is desperate to kill the man in front of him, but thinking back to Alana, he does not want the woman to be injured again when the photos of Alana are scattered.

And those photos were in his father's hands!!

If he acted rashly and offended his father then most likely the photos would.... Can't..!!!

Alana's heart will get hurt even more if the photo is spread..!!

Finally Hendrik had no choice but to agree to his father's request and the man walked out of his father's room and returned to his room.

"Alana, what am I supposed to do? Can I protect you? Or maybe I'll fail like when I failed to protect my mother?" Hendrik closed his eyes and tried to clear his mind.

'I have to survive. I will buy time while thinking about how to delete all copies of the photo.' murmured Hendrik sighed.

Alana is currently angry with him, but she deserves it. But he, he doesn't deserve to do anything, except make himself useful to Alana.

He will be protected by Alana, even his life will be at stake for Alana.
