¹³⁴. Romantic lunch with Patra

Thirty minutes before lunch.

Hendrik was still temporarily working on his share transfer files when the phone that had been placed next to his desk suddenly shook.

Drrt..... Drrt..... Drrt.....

The man immediately took his phone and smiled when he saw the name of the caller was My Son.

"Hello," he told the person across the phone.

"Dad!!!" Suddenly the exclaim of a small man from across the phone made Hendrik stunned to hear the call that was thrown grand at him.

Finally the little man who never called him father, now called him father.

Hendrik felt his heart rustle and his hand held tightly to the cellphone that had been stuck in his earlobe.

"What did you just say?" Hendrik asked still with his heart pounding.

"I'm telling you, are you going back to lunch with us or not?" Tanya Agung from across the phone increasingly carved a beautiful smile on Hendrik's lips.

His son was calling him to ask about their lunch.

However, since Hendrik had an appointment for lunch with Patra that day, the man had to upset the little man across the phone.

"I'm sorry Dad, I had an appointment for lunch with a waiter this afternoon, but I promise I'll come back sooner and cook for you." Hendrik answered his breath from across the phone.

"Don't be angry, you can make a list of the food menu that I'll cook tonight, I'll make it all." Hendrik.

"really?? Then me and mom will make the list!!" The cry of the little guy from across the phone made Hendrik smile again.

"Well, send it to me as soon as you're done making it so I can get someone to look for the ingredients." Hendrik said with a rustling heart because he felt he had become a perfect father.

"All right!!" Grand answered from across the phone and they ended the call.

Dirga who had been standing near Hendrik could only be astonished to see Hendrik who first received a phone and smiled up several times because of his conversation with the person across the phone.

"Alright, let me finish this one last file." Hendrik said back down to finish the last file in his hand and put his signature on the file.

Afterwards, the man stood up to tidy up his suit and set off with Dirga to a restaurant that had been arranged as his meeting place with Patra.

Once there, Hendrik frowned looking at Dirga when he saw the restaurant was so quiet.

The man thought that this was a date that no one else could interrupt.

"Sorry sir, this is just in case." Said Dirga who could read Hendrik's mind.

Though, she arranged everything like that due to Patra's request, today the woman is so busy, she is, but because Dirga lied about having a romantic lunch, the woman agreed to take her lunch time with Hendrik.

"Next time don't make this kind of arrangement. It just adds to people's suspicions." Hendrik.

"Okay sir" replied Dirga.

After talking to Dirga, Hendrik then stepped foot into the restaurant and he was led by a waiter to a room on the 2nd floor.

Entering the second floor, the room was dimly lit and the lights inside were turned off using electric candles.

A romantic atmosphere adorned the place with a woman sitting on an empty chair in a red dress wrapped around the woman's body.

"Hey, honey," Patra greeted Hendrik as she threw her best smile.

"Hm," Hendrik answered modestly as he moved his foot closer to the woman.

As soon as he sat down, Hendrik was surprised to get a flash of the camera from an angle.

"What's that?" Hendrik asked while looking at the camera that Patra had rented.

"Ah, I just want to capture our moment together like this." Patra threw her smile.

He will use the photo to officially publish their relationship on his Instagram account!
