The servants of the sky kingdom bowed slightly as soon as Ijima passed before them, Ijima walked slowly towards the main hall of the Sky kingdom.
Arriving in the room, Ijima was greeted warmly by the goddess Emina, "We haven't seen each other in a long time, Ijima."
"Right, this time what made you call me here, goddess?"
Dewi Emina took out the life sphere of Ijima whose color had become pitch black.
"Seeing this you must have known my purpose in calling you here" said the goddess Emina.
Ijima was pensive, fixated on seeing the change of the ball of his life when before the ball was still pure white.
"Am I not going to be the next leader of the heavens?" Ijima asked with a feeling of disappointment to himself.
"You've broken some rules, after Shwan is no longer there to guide you, you married the demon container and worse yet you replaced it to become the container of that terrible demon, you're a descendant of the goddess." Goddess Emina sighed for a moment, neutralizing the almost overflowing emotions, "You can become the leader of the sky on condition that the monster has to come out of your body."
As the goddess Emina would have guessed would have said it was the same as Anya, "If it was like that, I wouldn't. Sacrificing innocent humans is an act of evil, I better not be the leader of the heavens any more I have written the covenant on the sacred paper."
"You did that too? Ijima, it's a pity that if you're like that, Shwan's efforts will be in vain."
"Shwam? She's gone, goddess. Since that incident I have not been too interested in becoming the leader of the sky, " said Ijima with a sad look.
Goddess Emina understood, if only Shwan were still alive they would both be a suitable match to rule the Sky kingdom.
"Ijima," call the goddess Emina softly.
"Yes, goddess?"
"Are you sure of your decision? That monster can't be killed if the container is still alive."
"That's better, isn't this monster the last creation of the Black Sage?"
"Yes, well then your decision. There will be a time when you can't hold the monster anymore, I will plant the bell in the sacred forest and only you can ring it, and then all the armies of heaven are ready to finish you off." For the sake of Emina put the life ball Ijima to its original place, he told Ijima to approach him then Dewi Emina hugged the woman tightly, although she was disappointed he could not force Ijima to replace her, and she was not able to push him, for many years the candidate of the sky leader always fell before being inaugurated and now Ijima became one of them.
"I'm sorry goddess, I let you down" said Ijima.
Goddess Emina let go of her embrace, "It's fine, I respect your decision, and also it seems like it's time you knew the truth."
"The truth?" tanya Ijima was confused.
"The truth about who Shwan's killer really is."
...๐...
"Let me in!" yelled Ijima against the royal guard of Celosia who forbade him from entering.
"Miss, have you made an appointment with His Majesty?" ask one of the guards.
Ijima gritted his teeth furiously, "Say once more, let me in! Your king is my friend!"
The woman still insists on seeing Awldo, she wants to prove that what Goddess Emina told her was a mistake.
Hearing the commotion, the king came out to make sure, he was surprised by the presence of Ijima in front of the gate of his work.
"Soldier! Let the woman in" Awldo said, she was a little upset that the guards grabbed Ijima by the arm.
Getting an order, they let Ijima step in to get to the former hunter.
"What interest did you have to come here alone, miss?" ask Awldo gently and then let Ijima into the kingdom. Ijima had not been to the kingdom of Celosia for a long time. The memory of Shwan spinning automatically made Ijima's eyes glaze over.
"There's something I want to ask you, Awldo," Ijima said in a trembling voice.
They arrived at the main room, Awldo asked the ladies to serve dishes. They both sat facing.
"Say, I'll answer."
The woman bit her lower lip nervously, "Tell me that the person who killed Shwan is not my husband."
Deg
Awldo's heart seemed to stop for a moment, how Ijima could know.
"An Awldo! I'm here to hear your answer not to see you quiet like this."
"Miss, how do you know?"
Ijima's eyes widened, "So right? What does Goddess Emina say is true?"
"It's true, Chriss who killed Shwan, the masked man who was playing his dagger at the time, was him" Awldo said, causing Ijima to cry, he had started to love the man but why did he even know the truth like this.
"Why did he kill Shwan?"
Awldo shook his head, "I don't know for sure, all I know is that Chriss is jealous of Mr. Shwan's achievement."
"Oh my God, I didn't expect this fate, I married until I had a child with my lover's killer."
Awldo let Ijima do as much as he could, he would do the same if he was in the woman's position. He wondered what Ijima would do after this.
Kill Chriss or let him go?
After weeping, Awldo asked some of his bodyguards to escort Ijima back to the Neoma Kingdom, as Ijima left without saying goodbye, fearing that it would lead to misunderstandings.
During the course of the woman's mind was chaotic, confused as to what decision to make. He made the oath that day.
"There's no way I killed him" Ijima muttered, throwing a glance out the window looking at the expanse of grass along the remaining journey.
Once in the kingdom, Ijima immediately sought Chriss's presence, "Where is His Majesty?" Ijima asked one of the ladies.
"There's a lake, Queen."
Without asking much more, Ijima sped up his pace towards that place, his heart beating fast, his breathing gusts irregular.
Realizing the presence of his wife, Chriss approached Ijima, as he was about to ask what had happened so that Goddess Emina called out to him, a slap landed on the man's right cheek. Chriss was shocked as were the ladies-in-waiting who looked over from the top floor of the kingdom.
"Ijima?"
"Stop that cipher! I never thought it would be you, Your Majesty!"
"Whatchu mean? The perpetrator?"
Ijima said, "Don't pretend to be stupid, you killed Shwan!"
At the instant of silence, Chriss rubbed his face rough, perhaps Ijima tau from Goddess Emina.
"After knowing that what are you gonna do to me?" chriss asked considering Ijima made an appointment.
"Certainly finish you off" Ijima replied then he played his finger, from which a sword appeared.
With a nimble motion, Ijima injured every inch of the man's body, after the blood started to come out from between the wounds he made, Ijima stopped his movement.
The man slowly plopped down on the ground, enduring the attacking pain.
Hearing the hysterical screams of the maids, Sam and King Kodama asked what had happened.
"Queenโ injured His Majesty," he replied in a trembling voice.
Sam looked at King Kodama, "Did Ijima know?"
"Looks like that, we have to stop him" said King Kodama. They both set foot on the lake.
They also see Ijima raising Chriss's chin with his sword, King Kodama thinks the woman will kill his son.
"It's a pity that if I kill the only remaining disciple of the White Sage, this time I let you go because you're the father of the Archlys, prepare for my abdication next week with it all done."
...๐...
Just a week later, Chriss performed the abdication ceremony in front of hundreds of people. Almost all the people know the king's quarrel, they chose to keep quiet not dare to spread gossip because Sam who is the brother of Chriss threatened to slit the throat of anyone native Neoma if the news spread out of the city.
Chriss, the man hesitantly raised the crown that Ijima had attached, and he took off Neoma's oversized robe and jewels, leaving Ijima with a white dress and bracelet that he accidentally did not escape as a memory.
The woman kissed her son's forehead before descending from the throne towards the horse-drawn carriage that was already parked in the royal courtyard. Ijima leaves the Neoma kingdom with Annie's maid.
Sam could not bear to see the sad gaze of Chriss who focused on seeing the body of his ex-wife who was getting away, there was an unwilling look clearly displayed on his red net.
"Are you sorry now, Chriss?" inner Sam before seeing Chriss leave the royal hall.
Along the hallway Chriss unceasingly cursed, his heart was now as if squeezed to shreds. Be ill.
Failing to become a companion to the goddess's descendants, Chriss could not imagine if the woman had married and started living with someone else, imagining that she had made her breath hunt.
"Sometimes, when things start to get better, I'll take you back to my end, Ijima. You're only mine" murmured Chriss who further accelerated his pace.
