13. First Day New Bride

The sunlight barging through the slightly opened curtain cracks disturbed Luna's sleep which somehow this time was the comfort she felt in her sleep. Feeling that something heavy was on his stomach made Luna look down, again surprised when she found a hand that was circular but quickly closed her mouth to hold back her startled scream.

A few seconds later, Luna regained consciousness when she saw Leo's sleeping face next to her so close to her face, Luna recalled that last night she had fallen asleep in Leo's warm embrace, coming into direct contact with the man's skin due to the absence of a cloth covering her husband's chest.

“Where is your wife?” Melinda asked when she could not find her daughter-in-law's whereabouts.

“Still asleep, Brother could not bear to wake up,” the answer Leo gave published a meaningful smile on Melinda's lips. The middle-aged woman nodded and no longer talked much about last night not wanting to make her son misbehave and be ashamed.

“Yes already, you eat first, ask aunt to make her food heatin.” Leo shook his head, rejecting his mother's offer.

“Let's go Bun, wait for Luna to wake up new Brother eat.”

Melinda developed her smile to hold her son in her arms. He was so excited to hear what his son had just said. Melinda believes her son can be a good and responsible head of the household, hopefully Leo will not let her down and ruin her trust.

When the clock shows at half-eleven, Melinda said goodbye to her son to attend the ceremony held at the house of one of his friends. Leo just nodded allowing the Mother to leave, after all it was common. Not just once or twice Leo was left because of the arisan.

In the midst of his activity warming food Leo was startled with a soft voice coming from behind him, Leo turned his head and found his wife standing a few steps away from her current position.

Luna did not argue one bit, speechless saw the man who just yesterday became her husband is now standing in front of the stove holding a sodet and wearing a handsome apron what more with a smile that the man gave, making Luna fascinated. Just realized that Leo, her best friend who is now rising to become her husband has a handsome face with an alluring sweet smile.

“You want to eat rice directly what is bread?” the question that came out of Leo's mouth again made Luna able to fall silent. The name ‘kamu’ is a little strange but sweet, honestly Luna is not used to it, but somehow her heart feels warm and of course she likes the call.

The call made Luna wake up from her daydream. “Eh why, Le?”
