After making sure the kingdom was level with the land, they returned to the Corleon Pack. The warriors who were looking directly brought them in. Some of them immediately took Alaric to the room and called the doctor.

One of the warriors takes them to meet Kenzo in his room.

Tok tok tok tok

"Come in."

Elena opened the door, "Uncle, we're back." He's coming in with Hotaru.

Kenzo looked at them anxiously, "Are you guys hurt?"

Elena smiled slightly, "We're fine, Uncle. More importantly, how's Alpha Alaric doing?"

"Thanks to your help, he can still be saved. Just need to rest for some time" replied Kenzo.

"We still have one more surprise" Hotaru replied.

Kenzo frowned, "What is that?"

"Come in, Auntie," Elena said as she turned to the door. Evelyn walked in with the robe she was still wearing.

Kenzo trembled as he smelled the woman's distinctive fragrance. Then, he looked at Elena, "Could it be..."

Evelyn chuckled, "It's me, baby," She opened her robe with a gentle smile on her pretty face.

Kenzo hugged the jewel of his heart so tightly, "Eve.

Evelyn returned a hug she hadn't felt in a long time, "I'm back, my husband..."

The atmosphere filled the room as the couple let go of their longing after not meeting for years. Elena and Hotaru who were smiling saw them decided to go out and give the couple some time. One of the maids escorted them to the previously occupied room.

Elena looked at the rain that was falling through the window with a blank look. He did not expect, the initial goal of revenge on vampires who want to colonize a race ended with the meeting of witches who are part of his great enemy.

He clenched his hand tightly until it bled out, "That guy!" he muttered with anger.

Hotaru who had just finished her bath approached her slowly, "Elena..."

He instantly changed his expression, "Ah, is it done? Let's go to bed, "Then pull Hotaru up to their bed.

As Elena was already asleep, Hotaru held onto her injured hand and treated her slowly. After which, he stroked the face of Elena who was sound asleep.

"Rest, brother. I'll be with you wherever you go" Hotaru kissed her forehead and she slept hugging the girl she thought was her family.

In the morning, Elena woke up and saw her hands that had been given medicine. Then, she let go of Hotaru's embrace slowly with a gentle smile painted on her face.

He walked aimlessly until he arrived at a place where many trees were dead with quite a gripping atmosphere.

For some reason, Elena felt that something was pulling her to this place. Then, he sat down and played his flute.

The soft-sounding sound of the flute made one of the fairies living where she was approaching her.

The clang of the fairy made her game stop.

"Sorry, I'm interrupting, huh?" elena asked with a regretful look.

"No, your flute is beautiful. So, we are curious and—Ah! Why are you hiding out there? Get out!" babble fairy tiny.

Elena looked at the elves who appeared behind the tree trunk not far from her. Their faces were reddened from being caught peeping.

"It's.for you.." One of the fairies gave flowers to Elena.

"Thank you" she replied with a gentle smile.

"Will you play it again for us?"

"Of course," Elena played her flute in a more soothing tone than before.

Without him noticing, the flow of his flute made the surrounding forest beautiful. The change made the other fairy races come out and approach the source of the sound.

After she finished, Elena was surprised to see the surrounding state that had already changed drastically.

"Did I do it?"

"Who do you think you are?"

"Son...." The elf flinched and looked back.

"The Queen's Mother?"

Elena immediately bowed her body, "I'm sorry for being so presumptuous, Your Majesty."

The Fairy Queen shook her head, "No. Instead I want to thank you for returning this place as it was."

"You mean?"

The Fairy Queen turned her gaze around them, "This forest is the lifeblood of the fairies. The war that took place a few hundred years ago made this place a curse that took the lives of my people and left us slumped for a long time. Therefore, I am very grateful to you for saving us from this crisis" he replied with a grateful look.

"How is it possible? I am not an Elf who can control the forest," Elena did not believe what she heard.

"There are still many things in this world that are a mystery. So are you. Therefore, do not focus on others and make decisions according to your heart" advised the Queen to smile gently.

Elena nodded and gasped for forgetting one thing, "I have to go back. They must be looking for me."

"No need, this place is not far from the Corleon Pack. I told one of my children to tell them. So, don't worry."

"But..."

"Hey, play your song again huh," The fairies looked at her with their cute faces.

Elena smiled clumsily at them, "Alright."

Sure enough, everyone in the Corleon Pack was panicking because Elena was not found around the mansion. Kenzo ordered them to disperse and search around the border. As Hotaru and the others went to different areas, a fairy appeared and approached them.

"Are you guys looking for a white-haired girl?"

Evelyn nodded, "Right. Can you tell us where he is?"

A carefree clang rang out from him, "Follow me."

The elf led them into the forest. Kenzo looked around in confusion. Because all he knew, this place was quite arid with trees that had died a long time ago. Hotaru stopped when she heard the beautiful flute sound.

"What's up, Hotaru?" ask Evelyn.

"It's not wrong anymore!" She ran quickly until they finally saw a beautiful girl playing her flute.

"Ah, that's them." said the fairies. He stopped the game and saw who came.

"Dina!!!!" Hotaru immediately hugged him tightly.

"Stupid! Why did you just go out without informing me?! If anything happens to you, I. I..."

He held onto Hotaru's trembling shoulders, "Sorry, I just want to take a walk."

"At least tell me first..."

Kenzo rang Elena's forehead, "Bad girl, you're freaking us out looking for you."

Evelyn pulled her husband's ear, "How dare you hurt my cute girl!"

"Stop, baby. My ears can come out..."

Kenzo grimaced as Evelyn glared sharply at him.

A young man who came with them rubbed the girl's reddened forehead, "It must be sick, yes. Forgive my stupid father."

He gave Elena his jacket, "Wear this."

"Uhm, thank you, brother..."

"Who do you call stupid, huh? Disgusted son!"

Evelyn smiled devilily at Kenzo, "Silence or I told you to sleep outside?" He heard his wife's threats.

"During the meeting, Kenzo. You're this big."

Kenzo cleared his throat, "I'm sorry for forgetting you, Queen Rose."

The Fairy Queen named Rose chuckled, "I'm enjoying your interaction. Who would have thought that a boy who likes to play here would be a handsome man and have a family," Kenzo looked down embarrassed when his little secret was discovered by them.

"No problem. I understand the situation."

"I want to go with the beautiful lady. Can you, ma'am?"

Elena looked at the elf she first met, "You sure...?" Who responded with an enthusiastic nod from him.

"Please take Lis with you, son."

Elena looked at Queen Rose doubtfully, "Isn't it a problem?"

"Don't see anything from the outside, my dear. He's stronger than he looks."

Lis grunted, "Hm! Don't underestimate me. I will definitely be able to pass through any danger I will face!" answer with confidence.

Hotaru chuckled, "Make sure you're not flabby from being stepped on," he sneered.

"Yakk!! I'm a fairy! Not insects!!!"

They laughed to see Liz who scowled annoyed at being equated with the animal.

Queen Rose looked at Elena, "Come here, baby."

Elena immediately approached him. The Queen's gaze moved on the sapphire necklace worn by the girl. He cast a soundless spell and a speck of light appeared on his necklace.

"Hopefully this can help you, Elena, the girl who gave us new life and the savior of the Yggdrasil Tree." she said.

"Queen, here..."

"I gave you some of my power. That'll help you overcome some things."

"Thank you, Queen." said Elena, looking down.

Queen Rose smiled, "That's nothing compared to your services, dear."

"Then I say goodbye." Elena replied.

As she, Lis and Hotaru leave first, Queen Rose calls Kenzo and her family.

"Please take care of the girl..."

They looked at each other and smiled, "We will protect her without direction from anyone and love her like family."

Queen Rose put on a serious face that made Kenzo turn to her son, "Vrey, go first with them. We will follow," he said.

"Good, dad."

Elsewhere, Elena and the others were heading to the Corleon Pack.

"Sorry, I haven't introduced myself to you yet."

Lis chuckled, "No problem, Elena. I already know your name from the World Tree."

"What's that?" ask Hotaru.

Lis turned around, "The other designation is Yggdrasil. The legendary tree that knows all the secrets in this world and becomes the link between immortal beings,"

"This is a secret that only Mom and I know. So, let no one know yes. It could be bad, "he whispered after making sure there was no one but them.

"Don't worry, we're not the ones who can leak things easily" Elena replied. Hotaru too.

Then, Lis looked at Elena with great curiosity, "What are you really? I feel there's some power in you that I can't guess."

"I'm just a hybrid, so why?"

Lis was flabbergasted to hear his reply, "Even the Elf race will not be able to recover the near-death Yggdrasil!" her mind raved.

"Hey, small. Excessive curiosity can kill you, you know?"

Lis looked at Hotaru exasperatedly, "I'm used to life and death situations. Then, I have a name. You brat!"

"What did you say?!"

Elena sighed, "Here you go, you two. My ears may break because of your argument."

Lis and Hotaru threw each other away, "Huh!" Elena sweatdrop saw it.

Finally, Vrey managed to chase the three of them, "Hey, you guys!"

Hotaru immediately moved behind Elena, "Mr Vrey" he said slowly.

"This brother.Aunty Eve's son and Uncle Kenzo?" ask Elena.

Vrey nodded, "Of course. Sorry, I didn't get to introduce myself because your friend panicked when you were reported missing."

"I'm sorry, sir.." said Hotaru.

"I told you there's no need to be that formal. Just call brother," said Vrey, stroking Hotaru's head

"No!" He immediately threw his hand.

Vrey was stunned for a moment. Elena smiled faintly, "Please understand her, Brother Vrey. There's something about him I can't tell you yet."

"I was just too happy when Dad said that he would be you as his adopted son. I'm sorry..."

"Uncle Kenzo said that?" asked Elena who was nodding back by him.

"Hm, it turns out so..." He changed his hair color back to black.

"Why did you do it?" vrey asked confused.

Elena smiled faintly, "Just want to." she replied briefly.

"I can't trust anyone on the pack other than your family" she said.

Then, Kenzo and Evelyn had already approached them with a smile on her face.

"Why was my uncle and aunt so old?"

"We only talked about a few things with Queen Rose," Evelyn replied with a forced smile.

"Come, kids. We have to get back to the pack."

Lis replied with passion, "We are racing. Whoever loses he must obey the winner's request!" He flew fast.

"Wait first. Basic cheater!!!" They chased him except for the couple.

Evelyn's tears rumbled as she saw Elena laughing loosely as if without a burden, "I still can't accept the reality we heard from Queen Rose."

Kenzo embraces her, "We will do whatever it takes to protect her. After that, leave everything to fate as Queen Rose said."

After Vrey left...

"Is something going to happen, Your Majesty?"

Queen Rose nodded, "Everything is bound to happen even if we don't know when it's time."

Kenzo frowned, "You mean?"

"According to my vision, he's destined to face someone who's been doing mischief in every world."

Evelyn bit her lips, "How can a young girl seem to have to face such a fate?"

Kenzo hugged his trembling wife, "What will happen to Elena after she manages to defeat him?"

Queen Rose put on a sad face, "That's all I know. We can only surrender to the destiny that leads him."

Evelyn wiped away the rest of her tears, "You're right. We can't just give up."

On returning to the pack, they saw Hotaru who was upset with Lis.

Elena smiled with a black aura around her, "You guys. Stop it right now!" They immediately fell silent due to the creeps. Vrey massaged his throbbing forehead due to the absurd behavior of the two creatures.

"I find it easier to get rid of a bunch of assholes than to break up these boys.." Her mind languished.
