Before continuing on the journey, Elena gave some items to Hotaru.

"What's this?"

"This is the space necklace of Brother Liu. It may not be worth my ring, but he's already put down everything you'll need. Then, this is the black robe made by him and hm..the grim reaper mask? Her taste is getting weird."

"Does it matter if I accept it?" ask Hotaru.

"Why should it be a problem? You're my friend. So, just relax. Yea?" Elena put on a face.

"A-ah, hm.lt's fine." replied Hotaru with a clumsy smile.

They each wore their own robes. Just as they were about to exit the forest, they were intercepted by a few black-robed men.

"Who are you?"

"It's just ordinary travelers" Elena replied.

"This is the territory of the werewolves! Humans like you don't deserve to set foot here!"

Elena grinned, "Heh, werewolf? Then why do you smell like vampires? Your acting is ridiculous, uncle!" he looked back at them with contempt.

"Don't try to bully us, boy!"

"Have been caught but still evaded? It's funny." ridiculed Elena.

He took out his wind element which made their robes open. Elena's grin widened upon seeing their appearance.

"One time gagging. Confessing to werewolves but why did your saliva come out when it smelled our blood, hm? What, once you get out of here, you're gonna prey on us?"

"You....!"

They attacked Elena and Hotaru simultaneously with their sharp claws. Hotaru took out her scythe and Elena used the wind element. It did not take long, the blood-sucking creatures were defeated.

Then, Elena threw some of her daggers at the vampire troop and they died on the spot.

Hotaru frowned confusedly, "Why hasn't the corpse disappeared?"

"Something intrigued me, so I used poison to kill them."

"Oh, it's worth it."

Elena approached one of the victims and opened her eyes. Then he tried to read the memories of the vampire.

A few moments later...

"It turns out so," said Elena who had finished looking at her memories.

"What do you see?"

"If I'm not wrong, they'll be here soon."

Hotaru tilted her head, "They? Meanin?" his inner.

Elena burned the bodies of the vampires. Then, they saw some warriors who were approaching towards him.

"Excuse me, sir. Did you see any vampires here?" ask one of the warriors.

"They're dead, uncle." replied Elena.

"Daughter's voice?" the inner man.

"What are you..who killed them?"

"of course. Here's the proof." Elena handed over the royal emblem she took from the vampire.

"Please come with us."

Elena and Hotaru are taken by the warriors to a large mansion. There, they saw a man sitting on the living room sofa.

"Mr Kenzo."

"I told you to look at the source of the commotion I heard. Why did you bring someone else here?"

"Sorry, sir. But they're the cause."

"You mean?" ask Kenzo who doesn't understand what that means.

Elena opened the hood, "I killed the vampire, uncle."

Kenzo looked at the little girl with horror, "You...seriously?"

"The evidence is in them" Elena replied.

"Then, welcome to the Corleon Pack, Miss."

"Don't call me that. I'm Elena. This black-robed man is my friend, Hotaru."

"Please come with me."

The three of them went to his study, while the warriors resumed their duties.

"Alright, we can start the conversation" Kenzo said.

"Why would a vampire at the border claim to be a werewolf?" ask Elena.

"They're the creatures that are colonizing this pack."

"You mean?" ask Hotaru.

"I think it has something to do with this" Elena replied.

Elena took out a blue-colored crystal. Before the warriors came, Elena moved what she heard into the crystal.

"Please listen to this tape, uncle."

Hotaru looked at Elena, "Why did you take it out? What if he's after you?" mindlink.

"It's just a sound, not a vision. So don't worry." Elena replied.

"Where did you get it?" ask Kenzo.

Elena smiled wryly, "Of course of them."

Then, they focused on listening to what was recorded on the crystal.

"Mr Alaric, you better comply with the wishes of the princess. Wouldn't it be nice if your nation joined us?"

A man languishing in prison only stared intently at the vampire, "We werewolves are just destined to be with our mate! Don't you have the same principles? Your daughter should have a partner, too. Why not just marry her?"

"Tell him, I'm family. Until then, I will never wish my wife!"

"Currently, not self-conscious! Stay here forever, Hahahaha!"

Kenzo who heard it instantly lost his balance due to shock.

"Uncle?!" shout them.

They brought the limp Kenzo to the sofa of the room. After a while, Kenzo calmed down.

"Sorry, you have to look at me like this."

"Who's the one in prison?" ask Elena.

"He..my brother."

Hotaru was a little pityed by his condition, "Can you tell me the cause?"

"It all started a few months ago. When my brother Alaric held a peace meeting because we were tired of the war that never stopped. At first everything went smoothly, but unfortunately the vampire princess fell in love with my brother. The vampire king also applied for the condition to marry his daughter, of course he refused because he was married. They're gone too."

"Not long after the incident, I was told that she had been kidnapped by them. I who was having important business at the time, came back here immediately. Since then, I've been helping him with this pack while looking for a way to save him" Kenzo continued.

Elena sighed harshly, "It turns out so. So because of that princess huh, you guys are in this kind of situation?"

Kenzo looked down lethargic, "Right."

Elena grinned thinly. Hotaru was a little creeped out when she saw him.

"I'll save him" Elena said.

Kenzo shook his head, "I doubt you. I've sent spies there before, but no one's coming back" he said softly

"In that case, we should use another way."

"meaning?" ask Hotaru.

Elena blinked her eyes, "You'll know later."

"Give me some time to make a plan. I'll tell uncle when we're ready."

Kenzo looked at them as if he had found new hope, "I'm sorry to trouble you."

"It's not free, uncle." replied Elena with a small smile.

"I'll give you whatever you want." Kenzo replied.

"Didn't uncle suspect that I was going to ask for something that didn't make sense?" elena asked casually.

"No, I believe in you guys."

"Oh? All right, I'll ask for it after this."

Then, they came out of the room. Kenzo called out to one of the passing maids.

"Take them to the guest room."

"Good, sir. Come, Miss. I'll drop you."

After dropping them off, the maid left to continue her duties. Elena made a barrier so that no one could hear their conversation.

"Elena, are you serious about what you're saying?"

"Hey, I'm not kidding for something like this."

"You know it's a vampire's lair. Then, why are you..."

Elena smiled faintly, "I have vampire blood too. You're not afraid of me?"

"I won't be afraid even if you're a demon" Hotaru replied.

"That's it.." muttered Elena.

"In addition, why don't you take me?" ask Hotaru.

"I'm worried about you. You're a human being and I don't want you to get hurt."

"I don't care about that. So, take me with you, okay?"

Elena let out a heavy sigh, "Alright."

"Then, what's your plan?"

They also negotiate a plan to save the Alpha Corleon Pack. The next day, they meet Kenzo in his room.

Tok tok tok tok

"Uncle Kenzo!"

He turned his head towards them, "Ah, it turns out you guys."

"Uncle, tell me everything that uncle knows about the princess."

"Princess Felisya Elvish, one of the girls who is said to be the most beautiful and always wears a dress with a striking color. He was always kind to anyone he met. But, don't be fooled by his appearance." explains Kenzo.

Elena nodded, "Alright, uncle."

"Then, what's your plan?"

"Infiltrate their palace." Hotaru replied briefly.

Kenzo looked at them with horror, "You want to be that vampire meal? Are you crazy?!"

"We're still sane, uncle. Besides, we're not ordinary people. So, don't worry." Elena replied calmly.

Kenzo massaged his dizzy forehead at the sight of their recklessness, "Alright if you force it. The vampire kingdom was located to the west of the pack. I'm giving this back to you guys" she said, giving Elena the emblem she found.

"Use it to track them. There is a strong barrier to prevent intruders from entering. Find a way that you can get through it. After that.. Take care of yourself." Kenzo's voice shrinks in the last sentence.

Elena smiled faintly, "We'll be careful. After we leave, immediately secure your family members and tighten security here. Come on, Hotaru."

"Take care of yourself, uncle" Hotaru said softly.

Kenzo jerks, "Eh?"

They go to the vampire kingdom that Kenzo intends to save Alaric, Alpha Corleon Pack.
