Feng Shang and Yongheng entered a small path whose light was dim. The road behind the door was only fit for two people and the surroundings were fitted with a small torch as a light. When viewed carefully, this road seemed to be a secret path and was made underground. The walls clearly indicate that the layer is hard but there is sand scattered when shaking or hit something.
"These humans are just like rats," murmured Feng Shang as he continued walking down the area followed by Yongheng. They wonder where this road will end and where it will go. Feng Shang and Yongheng had been walking for quite a while, yet there had been no signs of the end of this secret passage.
"Yes. The big rat was more ruthless and cunning than the devil," Yongheng replied to Feng Shang's mutter lightly. That's right the woman said. This path can be made by someone to run something evil and cunning.
After quite a while, Feng Shang and Yongheng looked at the stairs that were inviting up. At the end of the stairs was a black door. Feng Shang and Yongheng climbed up the stairs, then the door was opened by sliding. A beam of light coming from the room behind this door was quite blinding to the eyes. It seems that up ahead is a place with good lighting.
Now, the room is clearly visible. Feng Shang and Yongheng entered a room with a dominant golden light. There were precious and shiny objects in several corners of the room. The curtains are made of pure silk of premium quality. The scent of sandalwood wafted out from several small burning stoves on each table. There are also several wooden shelves containing a book roll and a table and chair complete with stationery.
The door was closed again and immediately blend with the other wall colors to exactly the same. This was probably the reason why the door was dazzling. There is a mechanism that makes it close automatically after someone gets out of the secret path. Feng Shang thought the person who made it was smart enough, just that it was not as smart as Yue Ming who could create a mechanical pagoda out of gold using spiritual power.
"The owner of this room must be a big man" Yongheng said. The man looked around. Although the world of gods is more luxurious than this, but the appearance of this room is enough to prove that the owner is not an ordinary human.
"You know quite a lot apparently," retorted Feng Shang. Yongheng only gave him a quick glance and muttered that Feng Shang seemed to have to be given a teacher who was good at speaking so that the woman could communicate properly and not always say something that made others upset. How not, Feng Shang had never stopped insinuating him since the first time they met.
Yongheng and Feng Shang then heard a strange sound that incensed into the eardrum. His voice came from the room at the side which was only blocked by a wooden shelf and bamboo wall, which was covered in light blue curtains. Intrigued by the sound, the two slowly approached with light steps.
A moment later both were stuck. A few meters in front of them was a large bed with a thin white curtain. However, what makes them sculpt is not that, but something that is on the bed. There, there was a pair of humans who were struggling to sweat with excitement. A few pieces of clothes were lying on the floor carelessly.
Feng Shang immediately closed his eyes and face with his hands, then tried to pay attention to his hearing. Meanwhile, Yongheng was still fixated with an innocent look and he foolishly asked, "You see it?"
"I'm not blind."
Yongheng and Feng Shang regretted indulging their curiosity. What happened tonight is a shame to tell. What did the world say when it came to knowing the Celestial Empress and Great God Yongheng peeked at a pair of humans who were doing 'that'? Isn't that the same as giving them dirt in front of their own eyes?
Who would have thought that they would watch a live broadcast like this. Despite that, it seemed that the pair of humans who were being attacked by the surge of passion were completely unaware of the presence of Feng Shang and Yongheng. They had no idea that there was a pair of people from the sky watching their nightly activities.
"We have to get out of here" Yongheng said.
"Yes. We have to go."
There are people standing guard outside. If they come out now in a state of sight, then everything is chaotic. The person standing guard outside seemed to be a human warrior. Yongheng and Feng Shang immediately concluded that this place was a palace based on the situation and conditions they saw. No, they should not know that Feng Shang and Yongheng are inside.
"It looks like we should use our magic," murmured Feng Shang who followed Yongheng's head nod.
"really. Come on, get going."
The two people were only able to get out of there safely after using disguise magic that made themselves invisible to anyone. Feng Shang and Yongheng heaved a sigh of relief when they reached a garden far from the palace. In place now there are only a few illuminated lanterns and a beautifully arranged cobbled road.
Judging from the situation, this area seemed to be a garden belonging to the man. Feng Shang and Yongheng also saw that there were several other palaces standing majestically in some places, which were not far enough away from the palace earlier. Both of them immediately concluded that they were now in the imperial palace, where the human leader called the emperor and his family lived.
"Xiao Shang, why are we so unlucky today?" yongheng. Though he should now be taking a break at the inn that Si Yun ordered. It is unexpected that he instead had to go through a long night with various unexpected events. It was an opera fight and a prison, now a palace. His arrival to the mortal realm did not seem to be sanctioned by fate.
"You're sorry now? If you don't fight and keep my word, we won't make it to the palace."
Feng Shang thought of a way to get out of the imperial palace. He knew, the human-owned imperial palace was actually a sacred place that could not be carelessly entered by immortal beings. Because this place is a place of leaders who organize and obey by humans in this region, then the imperial palace was protected by the power coming from a thousand heavenly warriors whose strength was equivalent to nine hundred years of cultivation.
If any immortal were to enter without permission, it would soon be known to the governing god. Soon it might happen, because Feng Shang and Yongheng used their god power to get out of the palace earlier. His tremors must have been felt by the guardian god. Feng Shang descended into the mortal realm without informing anyone, and if it became warm news in the Sky Palace, it would be very troublesome.
"Who are you?"
Yongheng and Feng Shang gasped when they heard someone ask them. A woman's voice, but it's a little old. Feng Shang and Yongheng turned around and they saw some people were looking at them suspiciously. From the clothes worn, these people seemed to be servants and eunuchs.
"Xiao Shang, should we use our power back?" ask Yongheng slowly. Feng Shang nodded because he thought that was the only way to save himself. "Yes. We'll just do it."
Yongheng and Feng Shang simultaneously fanned their hands, spreading a thick spiritual aura before the servants and eunuchs. The waiter and eunuch blinked for a moment, then their gaze changed. The servants immediately smiled. Their gazes turned swept away the spiritual aura that Feng Shang and Yongheng sprinkled.
"Your Royal Highness the Prince, Your Highness the Princess, why are you here?" ask the waiter. His tone became more gentle and polite.
"Back to work. We will return to our palace," replied Yongheng. The waiter and eunuch then nodded and left in respectful steps. Yongheng and Feng Shang again breathed a sigh of relief. This time, they really had to get out of this palace before another matter came.
