The Blackwood Forest 3

"Roahoooooooo!rrrr!!!" A loud roar could be heard clearly in Vlad and Leona's ears.

"What's that sound? I can't detect any monsters around me." Said Vlad who had prepared to attack with his right hand on the handle of his katana.

"I don't know. But whatever it is, it's like it's a very powerful monster." Replied Leona who had also prepared with her rapier.

As the two of them were busy observing around, looking for the whereabouts of the origin of the sound, something suddenly flew towards them.

Vigilantly, Vlad and Leona jump to the side to avoid something flying until the creature hits a black oak item just behind Vlad and Leona.

"Twoaarrrrr!!!" the sound of the creature was loud and deafening.

Thick smoke surrounded the tree trunk that had just been hit by something, until a second later, there was a sound coming from behind it.

"Can you help me?" the creature behind the dust smoke.

"Show yourself, before this katana sticks right in your heart" Vlad said as he prepared to attack.

"Wait on! don't attack me. I'm not your enemy!" said the voice before a second then a figure resembling an ape appeared from behind a puff of smoke.

This creature was like an ape with black feathers mixed with silver that surrounded his body. The lower part of his body was covered by a kind of covering cloth made of tiger skin with some gold colored ornaments surrounding his waist. He carried a silver stick which he held tightly in his right hand.

"My name is Sun, and I'm the guardian of this forest" Sun said.

"What did you do until you flew in this direction and almost hit us? you're gonna attack us?" vlad.

"No. I did not fly, but bounced because of my enemy's attack. I'm sorry if I almost hit you." replied Sun.

"Well, by the way, what are the names of the two of you? and can you help me?" continued.

"I'm Vlad, and this is my training partner, Leona. What can we help you with?" vlad.

"Help me defeat my enemy, a creature who seeks to destroy this forest and become its ruler. Can you guys help?" ask Sun.

Sun, the guardian ape king of the Blackwood forest is desperate and needs your help to defeat the monster that wants to destroy his home.

Failed: You will die and the Blackwood forest can no longer be passed by anyone forever.

"alright. I will help you." Vlad said as he pressed the Y button on the monitor that had just appeared before him.

"Thank you so much adventurer. Now come with me to where the monster is." Sun jumped on top of a tree branch and began to move on to another tree.

"Well" Vlad and Leona said at the same time as they followed Sun's direction.

"This is the place. The monster was now inside the cave in front of it" Sun said as he pointed towards a dark cave right in front of them.

"So, what should we do now? We're attacking into the cave?" ask Vlad.

"Don't! You guys wait here. I'll lure him out of the cave. Your job is to help me attack him while he's outside the cave." said Sun.

"Why don't we just go in and attack him? His goal was to defeat the monster. No matter where he dies, right?" ask Leona.

"Yes, but the problem in the cave was very dark. Plus, the narrow cave will greatly complicate us in carrying out attacks. That's why I had to lure him out of that cave." Answer Sun.

"All right then. We'll be ready to wait here. You go now into the cave, lure him out so I can kill him." Vlad.

"of course. I won't be long, so you guys get ready for the best position you can think of before attacking" Sun said before running towards the cave.
