The Adventurer Hall.
"Welcome, sir, can I help you?" Asked a receptionist who saw Vlad coming over to him.
"I want to propose the creation of a guild. Where can I register it?" Vlad told the receptionist.
"You already know the conditions for creating a guild master?" ask the receptionist.
"It has. I prepared it before I came here." Vlad replied.
"Then, please fill in the data in this form. After that, give this form to the guild governing officer who is there." said the receptionist while giving a form and pointing to where Vlad must submit the form.
Vlad brought the form to an empty table spread out in the middle of the first floor room of the Adventurer Hall. Immediately, Vlad filled out all the data listed on the form.

After filling out all the data from the form he got, Vlad headed straight to another receptionist who was serving to create a guild.
"Good afternoon. Can you take this form? I want to create a guild and I've also filled out the form to fill out." Vlad said to the receptionist.
"Good day sir. Do you already have a design for your guild emblem?" ask the receptionist.
"I prepared it before I came here" replied Vlad, and gave a picture of the moon slightly covered in clouds. The moon is black with a white cloud covering it slightly.
"Alright then, you just have to pay the cost of making your guild, then wait a while for the process of making your guild marker emblem" said the receptionist.
"Here's money. I'll wait here." Vlad said.

"This is your guild emblem, sir. The gold-coloured ones are used by Guild Leader, the silver emblems for Vice Leader, and these are 10 bronze emblems for your members. If you want to add another member, you have to re-create the emblem here. The price for the silver emblem was 100,000 kr, and for the bronze emblem was 10,000 kr. You can't make a gold emblem unless yours is gone. The replacement price of the gold emblem is 250,000 kr." The receptionist explained.
"Thank you so much miss." Vlad said to the receptionist while inserting silver and bronze emblems into his Inventory, while the gold emblem he put behind the cloak he was wearing.
"One more. Your guild must at least complete the guild quest to maintain its position as a guild.if in 3 months your guild does not complete guild quest 1 at all, then the Adventurer Hall reserves the right to disband your guild. Do you understand?" The receptionist explained the rules that the guild had to obey.
"The guild quest choice you can ask me directly here. And other than the Leader or his representative, no 1 member should ask the guild quest here." he continued.
"Alright, I understand the outline. I'll come back if I have anything to ask. Thank you and good afternoon, Miss." Vlad bowed his body a little.
"Either. Don't forget to come back here to finish your guild quest." Replied the receptionist who also slightly bowed her body.
Vlad immediately turned around and walked out of the Adventurer Hall. He immediately stepped foot to return to his guild base to distribute the emblem in his current hand to all members of his new guild.

Vlad is now at his guild base. Immediately he called all the people inside to gather in the living room.
"I've resolved the administrative matters for our guild. Now you are the official members of the Black Moon guild." Vlad said to all of them who were sitting in front of Vlad at this moment.
Soon Vlad handed out the emblem he was holding right now. Silver emblems for Rinz, while 5 bronze emblems for other members. The remaining 5 emblems he holds for new members who might join them later.
Without cue, in unison all the guild members who had obtained his emblem immediately put the emblem on their respective clothes. A moment after, a system message sounded from their respective heads.

"Good friends! we have managed to create a new guild hahahaha." said Vlad who was very excited because he had formed the guild he dreamed of.
"So, what are we doing now vlad?" Ask Rinz then.
"Oh right. I almost forgot. Now also prepare supplies for each of you. We set out hunting this time, as a celebration of our guild's formation." Vlad.
"Where are we going to hunt? for leveling or looking for materials?" ask Drake to Vlad.
"Both Drake, we will hunt monsters for leveling while looking for resources to replenish our guild funds. The guild funds can be used to further build the facilities inside this base or to make great quality equipment for the guild members." Vlad explained.
"So where are we going to do it chief?" this time it was Rock who asked the question.
"Here you go, just follow my orders. We will regroup here 1 hour from now.I hope you bring the travel supplies for the next 3 days. Now, disperse." Vlad gave the order.
"Reader of the house." They answered in unison leaving the room to prepare their own provisions.
Vlad himself then sat on a chair there while opening his Inventory to look back at the preparation of his supplies. He looked at the amount of HP potions and where his own were as well as the food he would need later during the trip.
as the amount of food he had was not much, Vlad finally decided to go out to buy some groceries in the central plaza of Eden.
Vlad left after closing the guild base door, then walked away leaving him heading towards the center of the city.
