CHAPTER 9: The Trial

Luna was sitting on her beige sofa which was in the middle of her living room. Only irradiated lights are intentionally made dim. The living room was very quiet and only gripping air was there.

Well, not a ghost-gripping eve, but the gripping air of his parents who are now standing while pacing on the floor. His father just kept going back and forth and turned to Luna occasionally. While his mother from just now was just silent motionless with her hands folded in the chest. Luna swallowed her saliva. Not because of what, this time his father and mother are equally creepy. Until now there was not even any chatter other than when his father told him to sit on the sofa about 10 minutes ago.

“Why not answer?” His father asked again. Luna was getting nervous. He did not dare to answer his father.

“Continue saying you want to go home at what time?” fred's voice this time was deliberately slowed down and was like a plea

“Jam 22.00 dad” Luna limp while downcast. Of all the harsh nature of his father, the sad nature of his father is the most makes him immediately lose energy. The nature of pleading a man to her has had a great effect.

“Keep why just got home at this time? Didn't you say 22:00? Then why are you back in this house so late? Even after an hour” Fred again cornered his son. He wanted the boy to confess what he was doing.

“Ti-no really. Lu-Luna did not lie” Luna formed a cross with both hands to show that she did not lie. “Luna it went there at 21:30. I plan to go home at 22:00. Dad called that time, right? Well, I was the one who told Natasha to tell him that I wasn't at his house so you wouldn't know that I was there. Because I'll be home at 22:00 too. So I thought I said it at home. Yes let all of you. So I don't have to say on the phone but at home” elak Luna. Fortunately, he immediately thought of this idea.

“Terus why didn't you tell me right away? Why should it be at home?”

“Yes I thought if I said it right then, dad wouldn't let me go to Natasha's house. There is a task that wants to be done. That's why I'd better say at home, right?” luna said she was lying.

“Huhh Fred immediately hugged the skinny body of Luna with his sizable hands. He hugged his daughter while his head was leaning on Luna's shoulders. “Luna's... You should have said you wanted to go anywhere. You have to get used to permission so people don't worry. Look at mom and dad. Dad and mom were so worried and panicked when you didn't come home. We waited for the old. You should think before you act. Don't mess around and trouble others”

Fred took off his embrace and held onto Luna's shoulder with both hands.

“You know how worried dad is?”

“Yes sorry dad. I just thought Dad would be mad . Just it” says Luna. He actually felt guilty to his father and mother for having lied to him, but he wanted anything else. Everything is too complicated and does not need to be complicated anymore with a father who knows this.

“Ya. You're sorry dad. But remember, if you repeat it again. just look out ya” kecam his father. Then he clenched his hand and advanced it in front of Luna. Ask for tos.

Luna smiled and clenched her hands as well. He put it in front of his father's fist. This is indeed a special tos that has been made by Luna and her father when she was a child.

“Iya daddy. Sorry yeah. But I will keep my promise from now on” promise Luna. However, he was afraid that he would deny it later.

“Ya. You went into the room. It's already night. Dad wants to come in too. Sleep well ya” said Fred while kissing Luna's forehead.

“Ya” Fred then goes towards Kate and kisses her forehead like he kissed Luna on the forehead.

“Introduction ya”

“Ya” replied Kate. Now his face looks normal. His sharp look was gone now.

After Fred died, Kate went to approach Luna who was still standing looking at her father. But Luna who realized it immediately turned to her mother.

“Luna, next time you don't so ya” advises Kate.

Fred is definitely the most possessive in the family than Kate. Not because of anything, Fred is very dear to both of them. Nothing happened to his wife and daughter.

But even though Kate is not possessive does not mean she does not care. She always paid full attention to Luna especially about educating her to be a strong woman. He just left everything to Fred because he knew Fred would be able to keep them both as the head of the family. After all, a daughter's first love must be to her father. The bond between Luna and Fred is so strong. Let Fred educate Luna almost fully.

“Ya mother. Sorry ya”

“If mom's okay. Butdaddy? You know for yourself he's very worried about you. Anything prohibited. But it's also for your safety. So you have to obey her yes” pinta Kate.

“Iya mother. Thank you for not being angry with Luna. Oh yes by the way the eyes of the mother were very sharp. Bees are sharper than usual. Make Luna afraid of tau” said Luna honestly.

That made Kate feel wrong. But he can always cover it up. “Ah is just mediocre. But maybe you're scared because it's like a trial, right? Haha”

“Hahaha yes mom. Yes, Luna went into the room, mother. Luna tired”

“Yes, have nice dream”

Kate kissed the child's cheek just like that.

“Mother too.  Good night mom”

“Ya is already in there”

Luna then went upstairs to her room. He headed for the hallway on the right which at the end was a wooden door with a paper containing pictures attached. There are also carvings there that are written Luna's own name. He opened the door and entered. He then closed the door again and threw his bag in any direction.

This room is quite small. There was only a bed in the left corner and next to it was Luna's wardrobe. In front of the bed was also a mini bookcase and Luna study table. Next to the study table there is a bathroom door that is next to the door of the room. And mostly in Luna's room it's all Action. No one is not.

Luna then took a towel and went into the bathroom to clean herself up after a busy day.
