The car they were riding in now stopped at Mr. Robert's mansion, a call from Barbara to Sebastian made him wait for him at the gate and let his car into the courtyard of the mansion.

Lexia realizes if they have arrived and her heart starts beating fast, lexia thinks of what fate will await her when she meets Mr. Robert, whether his head will be shot or he will be tortured until he dies or he will imprison him and throw his body in the streets, all the terrible thoughts of lexia make him creep.

Lexia held tightly to the small bottle hidden in her hand, no one was aware of what lexia had been holding.

Lexia got out of the car and Barbara was right next to her. "Good morning madam, this surprise will definitely make Mr. Robert happy, please come this way." Sebastian.

He walked in front of him, lexia held by two guards and took him to the destination.When his blindfold was opened there was a spacious room with luxurious decorations. The room was familiar to lexia because he had once entered the mansion.

Lexia sat on one of the chairs like a guest of honor but unfortunately both her hands and her mouth were still tied and covered by duct tape.

"Wait here madam, if Mr. Robert has woken up he will come here soon." Her speech.

Barbara smiled in satisfaction as she tapped her finger at the arm of the chair, her eyes scouring the room and finally falling onto the lexia sitting not far from her

"Foolish girl, now that you can enjoy the punishment of master Robert for lying to her, a little girl like you who lives in a dirty place will have no use for living, no good for living, you should never have appeared in our family if you stole an opportunity like this, it's a good thing your grandparents are dead, so there's nothing to sacrifice but your worthless self."

Daren's heart was beating hard, the car he was driving at high speed through the cold morning air, he prayed that nothing would happen to lexia.

The door opened and Mr. Robert had entered into a private room that no one could enter without his permission, sebastian and Barbara were there.

Master Robert's eyes squinted as he stared at lexia.

"Why is he tied up?" Ask.

"We're just in case he'll run away again sir." Barbara said with a slight smile. Lexia held the bottle in her hand.

"Open the tie and take the duct tape out of his mouth, I want to talk to him." Tell Mr. Robert.

Sebastian untied her, then pulled the duct tape from lexia's mouth.

Mr. Robert sat in his chair staring intently at Lexia. "Do you know why you're here?" Ask.

"No, I don't know." Reply to lexia who is a little bolder when facing him head on.

"You don't know?" Her speech.

"Fool girl, what are you saying!" Babar.

"Don't interrupt me, I just want to talk to him." Said sir Robert.

"I was only hired by this grandmother next to me because her daughter was sick, and she said you were too creepy to know the condition of lovelia, she said lovelia was in danger if you didn't accept her sickly daughter." Lexia fluent.

Barbara was so furious, she did not expect this little snake to strike back at her.

"Ja.don't listen to him, Mr. Robert, he just wants to defend himself."

"Shut up!" Snapped mister robert, Barbara's mouth turned conical.

"So, you were hired by Burchard to replace my grandson, why would you want to replace him?" Ask.

"My grandmother was sick at the time and I needed money for her treatment, so I had to work, right?" Lexia replied out loud directly staring at the bead of Mr. Robert's eyes.

Mr. Robert tilted his head, the face this girl had seen somewhere but he did not remember.

"Where are your mom and dad?" Ask.

"So, I've been foster by Kenzo's grandparents since I was 4." Lexia raised her shoulders.

Barbara snorted at the unclear origin of lexia. Mr. Robert thought for a moment and continued his question.

"Even though you work for the Burchards, I still cannot tolerate your lies to Robert's family. The Burchards are still connected to my family, we were connected because of lovelia so I forgive their mistakes, but you?"

Sir Robert raised his eyebrows. "You're just a stranger lying to me." Prattling

"Even if you're married to Daren but it's too late, I'll punish you for your lies." Her speech.

Lexia stared intently at Master Robert. "So, what is your punishment to me?" Ask.

Mr. Robert smiled slantedly, he did not expect this girl before him to be unafraid of him at all.

"I'll think about it, what punishment is appropriate for a liar." Said relaxed. Barbara tied her hands together hoping the punishment was severe.

Lexia then coughed, then her eyes bulged, she held her sore throat. 'Shit ! lovelia should have told me that her reaction would be like this.' Inner lexia after taking the medicine without being noticed by Barbara. her throat was hot and she felt heat all over her body.

The heat of his throat was stinging and suddenly his heart stopped beating, lexia fell on the chair, lying stiff with his eyes closed.

Barbara, who could not believe Sebastian's words, came forward and approached Lexia, holding her left chest and not feeling her throbbing anymore, barbara took a few steps back, not expecting this girl to have a heart attack and just die.

The door suddenly opened, Alvin's face stiffened, something like this had happened in his past, his eyes fixed on his father.

"How come, it can't be this girl." said Mr. Robert.

That hurried move entered just by forcefully opening that door. His body became stiff staring at his wife's body that was stretched stiff, his steps slowly approaching lexia.

He shook lexia's body. "Lexian ! Lexia wake up lexia, WAKE up !" Shouted Daren, he patted softly on lexia's cheeks for her to wake up but he felt no life in his body.

Daren hugged lexia's body, his face was already pale there was no breath of life in lexia's body. "He was fine when I brought him here, he even spoke to me, and answered Mr. Robert's question." Barbara.

"Isn't this good? After all Mr. Robert would not bother taking care of this little girl anymore, he left by himself." Barbara. Sir Robert's eyes were staring at Barbara.

"What did you say!? You think I'm that despicable to the point of having to do such a heinous deed." Shake Mr. Robert until Barbara is silent.

Daren hugged the body of lexia tightly, she could not believe that the lexia was stiff. He wanted to take her to the hospital but it seemed like it was no longer necessary. Daren stood looking at lexia's stiff body.

"Daren, why are you like this, you should realize he's dead, that's the best option for him."

A loud slap floated across Barbara's face until she fell down on the floor and staggered. Alvin stared at daren who was lifting up lexia's body.

Barbara's face instantly bled out from her nose, she didn't expect Daren to hit her like this.

"Da..daren, do you dare to hit your own sister for her?" Her speech stammered.

Daren's horrible face looked directly at Barbara. "You're not my brother, you're not Burchard's, I'll make sure you let go of Burchard's name and get rid of you." Said Daren coldly.

Barbara's body trembled violently, she fearfully looked at Daren's face looking at her with a murderous look.

"I'll avenge everything you did to my wife, Mr. Robert, you'll get my reward, remember that." Saying daren stared intently at the face of Mr. Robert she lifted up the body of lexia and went away from that place.

Daren carries the body of lexia to his village in Manhattan, his body is still rigid clearly no life there.

"Lexian? Lexia!?" Babis tapped lexia's cheek. "Wake up lexia." His whisper.

'Wait after one hour uncle, lexia will be back soon.'

That was what she said when she had just arrived at the mansion.

~Flashback

"Uncle Daren!?" screaming lovelia from outside the house, she deliberately waited for Daren near the exit.

"Lovelia why are you out of the house?" daren looked at his nephew whose face was still wrapped in bandages.

"Lexia, she was taken by her mother to Mr. Robert's house and.." lovely then whispered something to her uncle so only her uncle knew what lovelia was saying.

Daren was so surprised to hear Lovelia say. "Hurry and go uncle Daren before they take lexia away."

"Evan, we're back in Oklahoma." Daren.

"Good sir." Evan only follows what his master says even though in his heart Evan still wonders why his master held his wife's corpse and took her to his villa in Oklahoma.

Evan is Daren's aide and confidant, three years older than Daren but since Daren's age so young he's been Daren's confidant. Evan fixed his glasses handle but occasionally glanced at what daren was doing, he spoke to lexia's dead body.

The long drive was back by Daren, from Manhattan to Oklahoma in Tulas, and they finally arrived at his villa.

Arriving at the villa, Daren laid lexia's body on the bed, without the slightest fatigue he cleaned the body of lexia and changed his clothes with sleepwear. Fatigued, Daren laid her body beside Lexia and hugged her tightly and fell asleep.

Evan opened his master's room slowly and stared at the nanar with a sad expression on his face, somehow explaining to Daren that lexia was gone, he closed the door again and left Daren with lexia in his final moments, Evan thought.

The body began to move, the heat in his body began to feel due to the embrace of daren that felt wrapped around him. 'Ugh very heavy.' inner lexia.

'I fell asleep, I was so tired and a little feverish', slowly lexia opened his eyes and looked at Daren who was fast asleep, he looked at himself, he looked at me, his body was clean and his clothes had been replaced by Daren's.

Someone opened the door of his room, they looked at each other, Evan fell down while seeing lexia had sat beside the daren and waved to him.

"In.he wakes up, why, why did he wake up is he a ghost?" He said, then ran down to the first floor. Lexia looked at Daren and lay down next to him.

"Ugh, I'm awake, Daren is asleep, ck do I need to wake up?" Lexia's voice squeezed Daren's nose and kissed him and giggled because he clamped Daren's nose until he made a strange sound coming out of his nose.

Daren woke up and slowly opened her eyes, she was still sleepy but she had trouble taking a breath. His eyes looked at the giggling lexia. Daren suddenly sat down she pulled lexia's body and held both of her cheeks.

"Thank God you're awake, baby I'm so worried about you, I was like crazy when I saw you lying there, stiff, although Lovelia told me that you took the medicine but felt your body stiff and cold start to make me.....

Daren was silent, Daren who was usually calm and looked so strong and arrogant now looked fragile in front of lexia.

"I'm fine Daren." Whispering lexia, she hugged Daren's trembling body and hugged him tightly in his body. "This brilliant idea comes from lovelia so Mr. Robert can't blame me for the lie this time" said Lexia.

Daren pulled on lexia's face and kissed his entire face one by one, then ended up on his opened lips. "I won't let anything like this happen again, I'll protect you lexia" said Daren pulling lexia's body in his arms.

His face was bruised, there was blood on his collar from Daren's loud slap, he was so hurt and so angry, when he arrived at the mansion he found his lawyer waiting for him in the living room. Barbara looked at him in wonder.

"What's the matter, Mr. Andres, why did you come here?" said it.

"I want you to read this letter." Barbara opened it and was immediately shocked and shaken after reading it.

"What does all this mean, Mr. Andres?" tanyakanya.

"The entirety of the madam's assets has been transferred on behalf of Mr. Daren, this is a request from Mr. Daren himself, one more thing is your last name, we need to talk about it again" he said.
