"Do you want me to move you to Africa huh!" alex whispered with annoyance.
"Crazy, don't mind you being the biggest donor in this hospital, you can just move the best doctor like me," said Tama who did not want to lose.
"You want to try it" said Alex with a sneaky grin.
Tama clucked in annoyance. I have to admit he lost this time.
"What's my fault, so this honorable Mr. Alex is thinking of transferring me to Africa."
"You still don't know. Is your brain already sagging into a snore. Why are you so stupid now."
"Don't beat around the bush, say it quickly."
"What do you mean tell Arie my situation. She just realized, seeing me in a wheelchair was enough to worry her, but you're."
"I'm a stupid doctor." Alex takes his hand off Tama's arm. While Tama who had just realized her carelessness could only scratch her nape.
"I'm sorry, I'm slipping."
The two men were busy arguing. Without them noticing Arie kept watching them from the top of his bed. Arie didn't know Alex was in a wheelchair. However, as Alex moves away from his bed. Arie could only see that Alex was not sitting in an ordinary chair, but a wheelchair.
God, what exactly happened to me and my husband?
Wasn't we okay before?
The last incident in Arie's memory is only where she and her husband are spending time in a minimarket. He could clearly remember how Alex was jealous of an employee there. How the husband wailed*at his lips gently and embarrassed him half to death from embarrassment.
Am I in a coma because I gave birth?
Butwhy?
Isn't my body healthy?
What about Alex?
What the hell is going on?
Aaaghh....!
Arie feels her head throbbing in pain as she tries to remember what happened to her and her husband.
Alex, who finished his debate with Tama, returns to Arie's bed. Tama who realized something was wrong in his patient immediately took action.
"What's going on?" alex asks in a panic as Tama begins to examine Arie and finally injects the drug into his wife's infusion tube.
Huft..
"It looks like Arie has a headache on his head."
"I gave her a sedative" Tama explained.
Alex looked at Arie with a meaningful look. He grabbed his wife's hand, kissed her gently, like it would break if she kissed it with a little energy.
"Is there nothing I can do for her?" the question that the squinty man asked Tama. However, Alex did not take his eyes off the wife who started to close her eyes again.
"The best thing you can do for Arie right now is to get well as soon as possible . Arie will need you more after this. If you're still in a wheelchair who's gonna take care of Arie." replied Tama with a slight insinuation.
Alex fell silent, everything Tama said was true.
"You still have to be treated by Alex, your lungs have to be monitored. Don't be lazy to treat yourself." Tama wrote to the most stubborn patient she met.
Alex was still silent, he still did not turn away from the wife's pale face.
"Alright, I'll follow your advice," Alex replied briefly.
"Well, I'll prepare Arie's check-up requirements." Tama began to swing her legs away leaving the room.
After almost half a day had passed, Arie finally reopened her eyes. Alex is still faithful to be by his side. Waiting for his wife to open her eyes again.
"My dear," Call Alex lovingly, she kissed the back of Arie's hand repeatedly as the group was already raised up, revealing her beloved bead.
Honey what's going on?
Why are you in a wheelchair?
Arie looked at her husband questioningly. He was very scared, seeing Alex in a wheelchair. Something bad must have happened to her husband. Alex was so worried about him, he couldn't stand on both feet. But the man kept waiting for him. Arie's tears were already creeping with a rush from both corners of her eyes.
"Don't cry baby I'm fine. It's just a small wound, I'll be able to walk in the next week" Alex was forced to lie to his wife. He didn't want Arie to feel depressed.
With great difficulty Alex grabs the wife's cheek to wipe her falling tears.
"I beg you not to cry. It makes me sicker, seeing your precious tears just fall like this" Alex said with a soothing smile.
Alex pressed the nurse button. A second later a nurse came into the room. Alex whispered something to the nurse. The nurse agreed.
The nurse came out immediately. Alex looked back at the face of Arie he loved so much. Behind the oxygen mask he was wearing, a smile that was very thin almost invisible how Arie raised the corner of his lips.
Not long after the nurse came back by pushing the baby box. Arie's eyes are perfectly rounded when he sees the baby box coming into his room.
Arie's heart was pounding, like someone in love. The longer it went faster as the nurse moved closer to him.
"Our daughter, I'm sorry I haven't given you a name. Junior is not the name he deserves now" Alex said.
The nurse was carrying a tiny body wrapped in pink cloth. Then he put it on his mother's side.
Very slowly, Arie groaned with trembling hands. Arie gently stroked her daughter's puffed cheeks.
My daughter...
My boy...
Dear...
Arie can't do much. With all the flue tools stuck to his body. Arie could only feel how soft the baby's skin was. Her tears were flowing again, but this time tears of happiness were coming out of her net.
"You happy?"
Arie nodded slowly.
I'm very happy..
Thank ye..
Arie looked at Alex warmly.
Want it to feel Arie snuggled the tiny body in his arms. peppered every inch of the adorable little face.
Alex also shed her tears. The nurse who delivered the baby also immortalized the moment with her cellphone. A very moving moment.
All the doctors at the hospital knew how Arie was doing when he came to the hospital. The chances for a mother and baby in her womb to live are very small. Even when the doctor asks Alex to choose one of them, the doctor is still not sure they can save the one chosen by him.
The miracle of God is real. A mother who is already on the verge of death can give birth to her baby healthily even through a cesarean section. The baby who almost lost his heartbeat can now cry when he is hungry.
They were found for the first time. The god of death was before him.
