Meet Dad

Alex's black sports car is speeding along following GPS directions that guide their journey. From the big road now the car started down in the small countryside. The road is not so well maintained, there is a hole in the cracks in the asphalt.

Alex repeatedly cursed because of a broken road. Arie could only stroke her husband's back to calm down.

"What's the address. We're not straying, are we?" Arie looked around them. Some old houses lined up. Looks luxurious in his time.

"According to my man, really." Alex looked up at the GPS to confirm the road they were walking on.

"It looks a little far away, go to sleep. You must be tired," Alex took a quick glance, as Arie covered her evaporating mouth.

"He's tired, you almost hit the mall, the next morning ask for more," Arie poked her lips and turned her head outside.

"Don't blame me. You are too sexy to make me want to continue."

"The reason" said Arie without turning his head, he hid his sweet smile.

Arie leaned his head, looking for the most comfortable position to anchor to the island of Kapok. Arie's seat has been made as comfortable as possible by the husband. With the addition of extra pillows that are super soft to support the neck and waist of the wife who sleeps asleep with her back.

Alex gave his smile as a soft snoring began to be heard from his wife. The journey continues in silence.

Puspa who was sitting on the porch of his old house, surprised by a luxury car that turned into his yard. He knew who was in the car. The car glass was very thick, making Puspa could not see inward.

Alex snorted in annoyance, seeing a face that would welcome the arrival. It was not the face he wanted to see. If possible he wanted to wear a bag of crackles on the old woman's head.

Arie scrunched her eyelids, and slowly opened them. Arie slowly turned her body, looking in surprise at her husband who looked upset. Looked hard at the outside of the car.

"What's wrong?" asked Arie in a hoarse and spoiled voice, The pregnant woman was squirming spoiled. Alex looked over, his gaze turning soft.

"Nothing what." Alex helps the wife to justify her sitting position.

"We've arrived? Why don't you wake me up?" arie protest.

"You are so happy, where can I build you." Alex rubbed Arie's chubby cheek gently, then pinched her angrily.

"Official, sick tau." Arie stroked Alex's pinch marks that were definitely flushed. Alex chuckles at the sullen face of his wife which makes Arie face many times look very cute for him.

"Let's go down quickly, it looks like someone can't wait to see you" Alex said, looking out the window. Arie followed the direction her husband saw.

Puspa was walking towards them. His face looks very enthusiastic. Arie swallowed her saliva, then turned her head towards her husband.

Alex understood the meaning of Arie's gaze. He grabbed the slightly swollen lentic hand, grasping it tightly channeling positive energy for him.

"All will be well. Don't worry ok." Arie gave a small nod, inhaled a deep breath then exhaled slowly.

Honestly Arie is not ready if you have to meet face to face with his grandmother. Not to mention, seeing what had happened to the Sasongko family. His grandmother would definitely blame for everything that happened.

Alex helps the wife remove her seatbelt, then she lets go of her own. Alex got off walking around the car and opened the door for his wife.

His wrinkled hands clenched, looking at the face he hated coming out of that luxurious car with a face of a sumringah. The two men walked over to him. Puspa immediately neutralized his face.

"My granddaughter.." Puspa welcomed Arie's arrival and immediately embraced her. Arie froze, his eyes gnawing a few times.

Is this real? Grandma hated him and considered him a stranger. Now hugging her and what was it, she called her my granddaughter.

"I'm sorry your grandmother, son, Grandma's sin is too much on you, I beg you to forgive me huhuhu..." Puspa sobbed while continuing to hug Arie's body.

Her tears spilled down Arie's clothes. His body shook. Arie was still fixated, the woman was still trying to digest what was happening before her.

"Why are you quiet, son? Do you hate your grandmother. I'm old, son." Puspa released his embrace, looking at Arie with a sad face and full of regret.

"Grandmother is aware of what grandma has been doing wrong, Grandma just wants to live a quiet life in this old age. Grandma knows it's very hard for you to forgive all my mistakes. Grandma called you an illegitimate child, and kicked you out of the house, Grandma Khilaf. I'm not forcing you to forgive grandma. But grandma was relieved to be able to reveal everything. Perhaps this is the punishment for all the sins of grandmothers." Puspa looked down at his face and wiped the tears on his wrinkled cheeks.

Alex looked at Puspa briefly and raised one eyebrow. Looks awkward. However, Alex let him, as long as what he did the woman did not hurt his wife. Arie looked at the husband asking for an opinion, Alex just flicked his shoulder and threw his gaze in any direction.

Arie looked back at the grandmother who was still hiccuping.

"Mom, stop. It's all over, I forgive grandma." Puspa raised his face staring in disbelief at his grandson.

"Do you really forgive your grandmother?" tanya Puspa expectantly. Arie nodded small.

"Oh. thank goodness. Thank you, son, thank you." Puspa hugged Arie again, and the grandson returned his grandmother's embrace warmly.

"Let's go in, your father must be very happy to see you coming." Puspa broke their embrace.

"You also want Alex to come in." Puspa precedes them to step.

Arie and her husband followed in the footsteps of the grandmother. Arie swept a glance around. The house is not very big but looks comfortable. Bigger than the contract that Arie used to live in. However, when compared to the luxurious Sasongko family home, this house is only one third of its backyard.

In the living room there are only old wooden chairs although it still looks good, but it is certainly not as comfortable as the sofa in their large house. They followed Puspa's steps all the way to a room.

Puspa opened the door of the room slowly.

"Adinata see who comes to see you," said Puspa with a sparkling face.

"Who's Ma'am?" Adinata asked back lazily. His voice sounded weak.

Puspa did not reply, he called the guest at his intent by simply waving his hand. Arie starts to step in with Alex behind him.

"Dad.." Arie hugged his father who was sitting on a bed.

"My son" said Adinata, he hugged Arie tightly.

Both crying broke. The father and son shed each other longing in the warm, warm cries of their arms. Alex wiped the corner of his eyes that had been reminiscing, suddenly he missed the figure of his father very much. He knew how the father-in-law loved his daughter. Alex feels guilty for separating them.
