Between conscious and unconscious, Lu was vaguely like looking at Briaan who was sitting next to him. He then smiled as he waved at the woman he had missed so much over the past week. Yeah, correct. Lu almost went crazy because every time he would sleep he always took Briana's hair ribbon to chat. Weird right?

“Briana, are you coming baby?”lu said slowly.

Helena wholeheartedly reached for Gavriel's hand, who thought she was Briana. He clasped Gavriel's hand and told her he wasn't the one he was looking for.

“Lu, it's Mom, Son. Not Briana,” said Helena slowly. He then smiled slightly as Gavriel tried to sharpen his vision. “This is Mom, baby. Wh why? Are you missing Briana thinking that Mom is her?”

Misrepresenting. Again Lu mistakenly considers his mother as Briana. Could this have happened because he missed the girl too much? Coulda. It had already been a week since the day that Lu parted ways with Briana. So it's only natural that he got the wrong person?

Holding his still slightly throbbing head, Lu tried to sit down. He then thanked his mother who was quick to help arrange the pillow behind his body.

“Thank you, Mom. Sorry to bother you.”

“Ck, trouble what. A mother should have taken care of her sick son,” Helena said as she tidied the blanket over Gavriel. After that Helena looked at him closely, looking at whether her son was okay or not.

“What's up, Mom? Why look at me like that? Is there something wrong on my face?” ask Lu confused. He then touched her face to see if something was wrong or not there.

“Lu, can Mom ask you something?”

Kening Lu frowned. He then nodded, allowing his mother to ask him. It was a bit stressful actually because now his mother showed a serious expression where Lu had seen it. Suddenly he was worried. She was afraid that her mother would ask her to forget Briana because she had misunderstood people. That could happen, right?

“Did Briana contact you?” ask Helena to know. He was very curious whether his prospective daughter-in-law had shown movement or not. If not, Helena intends to arrange a new strategy so that Briana no longer hesitates to call Gavriel.

“Numbered, Mother. But I don't know if it's Wildan and Erzan. Because when I was about to be taken away to this house, I asked Wildan and Erzan to give Briana their mobile numbers. Without saying much more Helena immediately did an examination. And the first person he contacted was Erzan, his second son who still had not returned from the company.

“Halo Erzan, I want to ask if Briana called you today?” ask Helena as soon as the call is connected. He then turns on the loudspeaker button as Gavriel advances his body. Looks like Gavriel also wants to hear reassurance from Erzan. Xixixi, that's funny.

“Bu, can't you ask me how I'm doing now? Know not that now I will actually turn into a zombie because of all this endless work!” lamented Erzan who felt he did not accept the mother instead asked about Briana instead of asking about the news. “Tadi afternoon Julia and Briana called me. They're asking about Brother Gavriel. But since Brother Gavriel is not with me, I ask them to contact Wildan alone. Mom just ask him. I'm busy!”

Clik. The call was immediately cut off by Erzan after he informed her that Briana had contacted him. And just this makes you feel very happy. She then asked her mother to call Wildan immediately to ask if Briana had contacted her.

The other one cried a bit because he missed Gavriel, while the other one was impatient to hear the certainty of whether Briana called Wildan or not. What a sweet relationship, isn't it?

“Dad, I want to talk to Wildan. Can it?” sahut Lu asked back.

“Oh, please,” replied Dary. He then asked Wildan to come closer.

Soon Wildan stood beside the bed and greeted his superior who was looking at him with a strange look. In his heart, Wildan guessed what it was.

“Wildan, did Briana call you today? Erzan said earlier he asked Briana to call your number only,” asked Lu with a facial expression like a boy who was waiting for a ration of toys.

“Jeez, why did I forget to tell you this. My God!” screeched Wildan while patting his own forehead. He just remembered that Miss Briana had contacted him. Once upon arriving at this house Wildan immediately had a serious conversation with Mr. Dary, so he accidentally forgot the promise he had made when Miss Briana called.

Not wanting to disappoint his boss, immediately Wildan reached into his pants pocket to pick up the phone. After that he searched Miss Briana's number before Wildan finally gave his phone to his boss.

“Mr Gavriel, I am truly sorry for this negligence. I accidentally forgot to tell you that Miss Briana called me this afternoon. Please forgive me, Sir,” said Wildan felt bad for the negligence he accidentally did.

“It's okay. I can understand that you must have accidentally forgotten to tell me. The most important thing now is that I know that Briana called. That's more than enough,” said Lu understood will be accidentally done by Wildan. Lu knew that Wildan was very busy helping Erzan take care of the company, so it was only natural that he forgot to tell him.

“I really didn't do it on purpose, Mr. Gavriel. Really!”

“It's okay. I know you're not just thinking about this. Don't worry, I'm not mad at you at all,”

“Thank you very much, Sir,” said Wildan while sighing with relief.

Dary looked*lum smiles seeing her son who was so enthusiastic waiting for Briana to answer the call. He then turned his head when he heard a stifled clamor coming out of his wife's mouth.

“You must be the one who heated up Gavriel?” whispered Dary.

“I just want to make sure that Briana doesn't get the wrong person, Dary. And just then Gavriel realized she was back to thinking I was Briana. So yes, I have asked him if Briana has contacted him or not. At that time I realized that Gavriel had no cell phone. Funny, isn't it?” sahut Helena continued to watch Gavriel's movements. And it seems that the call still has not received a response because Gavriel looks lethargic. “Oho, it looks like something is not smooth out of this plan, Dary. Look, Briana still hasn't received our son's call. Is she busy, huh?”

“Maybe. Briana is a cafe employee, she could be busy serving customers who come. You comfort Gavriel so she doesn't get too disappointed. Tell her that Briana is just busy, not ignoring her,”

And it's true. In the third call Briana still did not respond to Lu's call. Languid, that's for sure. But Lu understood the reason why Briana did not answer the phone directly.
