64. Need a little warning, though.

The engagement of Reksa and Arina took place in person. Other than the families and relatives invited, no staff knew about it. Joe and Wana are exceptions.

Joe certainly knows, with the relationship of Arina, Ningsih, and Mutual, this engagement is not purely for feelings. Although contacting little Miss would be faster to lower Mutual's anger, if Mutual knew Joe was taking advantage of the little miss's position arbitrarily, he would receive severe consequences.

Maybe if with Arina, the boss will consider the relationship ‘plastic’ both in public?

Joe thought about testing his luck.

“Hai.” Joe nodded at Arina who was about to sit at his desk. Arina saw Joe standing in front of the door of the room Mutual, with a face that was clear. Arina who was about to sit down, was still thinking, that her current position was just an ordinary employee.

Although Joe is a little suspicious, Joe's position as secretary of Mutual is definitely higher than Arina. The woman also guessed, Joe must know the real connection between himself and Mutual.

“Pak Joe?” Arina decided to approach. While the other members of the secretary drowned their heads into the monitor, acting busy.

“How do you work?” accepting the question, Arina smiled shyly. After a while, however, he could see that all he was working on were small things. It cannot be compared to the complicated work that others do.

“My work is smooth.”

“Happy to hear it.” Joe nodded. After that, no more conversations.

Arina exhales, knowing that Joe actually wants help. If not for what to open up the vague pleasantries like that?

“There can I help?”

“Ah..!” Joe put on a surprised face, another secretary who silently watched clucked inwardly.

Sir, his face is too fake!!

It felt like the other members of the secretary were ashamed of themselves. But they also saw signs here and there that his boss was treating Arina differently. They secretly gossiped: will Arina succeed with this impossible mission?!

“I want to submit this document to Pak Reksa. I have another job, but this one should be delivered soon.” Joe said as he showed three maps in his hand.

“Em...” Arina was about to ask why not just enter, but a shout suddenly sounded from within made the two jump in shock.

Arina: You want me to go in when she's on a rampage?

Joe: Come on, you're his fiancee.

Arina: Ha, ha, ha

The exchange of eyes did not make it difficult for the two to exchange languages. Arina finally accepted.

Uncompleted Mutual with his anger, door on tap. Exasperatedly he loosened his tie and sat back down.

“Log.”

It was just that he had not expected to see Arina enter.

“Pak.” Arina nodded in reverence.

“....” Mutual who used to vent his anger on the scapegoat (read: employee) at the wrong time, fixated for a moment before asking. “What's up?”

Of course, Joe didn't hand over the documents to Arina, if he did, he could have been cut out. Arina just went in to calm Mutual down for a moment.

“I don't know yet what Sera thinks of...,” Arina didn't finish her sentence. The woman clearly knew what topics could make Mutual up and down.

“Oh... Ah,” Mutual leaned on the chair and said while exhaling. “Sera children who understand and accept about this engagement. Try it later you play with him.”

“Huh?”

“You came here want that?”

Asked that, Arina was immediately groggy. Fortunately, Joe knocked on the door at the right moment. “Pak?”

“Log.”

Of course he would not spurt fire carelessly, his atmosphere had already faded first. The mutual received the document in Joe's hands and checked it for a while. He signs some paperwork before putting one map on his desk and handing the rest to Joe.

Arina who thinks her work is done (in helping to defuse anger) intends to leave the room without a sound. But Reksa stopped him.

After giving some direction to Joe, Joe left the room feeling carefree. While only Reksa and Arina were staying, the man opened his mouth.

“His uncle Sera came to Sera.” school said Reksa suddenly, lazy to mention the person's name directly.

“Say, the figure of Sera for him is more like a ghost. Let alone his figure, his name alone he did not know. When I brought Sera, she was three years old.”

Muta saw the woman in front of him round his eyes. Indeed a little surprising step, why did he also tell this to Arina? The origin of Sera is not something that Mutual deliberately hid, but still Arina was shocked to hear Mutual tell him this. Does this mean they're getting closer?

But Arina caught another keyword.

“Pak Reksa suspects that someone has leaked Sera information.... on his Uncle Sera?” Arina second-guessing. Hearing that conclusion Muta smiled widely.

“I don't think of any other name other than Ningsih.” said Reksa. Erik's relationship with Sera will not be discovered unless the person has been watching for a long time or finding out how deep it is.

Arina finally understood why Mutual said all this. “Pak Reksa want me to find out about this?”

“You don't have to melt tofu seriously. I just need confirmation so that the steps I take are more directed.”

“I understand.”

Muta was a bit surprised because Arina immediately accepted it. “You sure? Although I need but I do not need-but very actually.”

Hearing that reply, the woman in front of him smiled instead. “Pak Reksa is calm. Ms. Ningsih is indeed a suspicious person, although without me finding out even, she would have said it herself.” Arina just needs to fish a little.

“Then, I beg your help.”

“Among us, no need no word ‘mohon’ all.” said Arina straightforwardly.

**

That night at eight Mutuals came home early. Sera greeted him at the door and helped move his suitcase into the study.

When the little girl returned, her father was drinking warm water in the living room.

Carefully, Sera sat down beside Reksa and stared without making a sound.

Mutual: ….

“Why dear? By the way.”

“There's a freak coming to school.” Sera said after being quiet for a while.

“Hm.” Mutual already knew his daughter would ask him more details about this.

“She says she's her sister Mama.” says Sera slowly. The little girl lowered her head for a moment before raising her face. “But Sera doesn't like him.”

“Yah.” Muta didn't say much, he just sighed. “You are not near manus–that person.” Mutual berdehem. “Mama you have no other close relatives.”

Erik can be counted, but Muta crossed it off the list long ago. Other than Erik, Lily had no other family.

From Papa's attitude and the incident earlier this morning, Sera is convinced that Erik is her uncle. But because Papa asked for Sera far away, he would follow Papa's words.

“Em, Sera is not clocked.”

“There's a strange feeling no, just meet that person?” tanya Reksa was so reminded of her dream in the stone age. Reksa was just trying to get him an extra way out. He was afraid that Sera was trapped..What is interesting about that one human?

Reksa just asked a fad, who would have thought Sera really gave an answer.

“Week feeling?” Sera thought for a moment before lifting her eyes. “Sera almost forgot Mama's face. But look at him Sera so sip again.”

Muta let out a long breath. In his heart, he had already smacked his forehead many times. He thought maybe this mentality was also what made Sera in the dream believe in Erik. If Sera was really taken care of by Erik since childhood, that close feeling turned into blinding trust.

Sidelong. Mutual chewed on the name furiously in his mind. How dare that woman point the shack at her daughter?

"..Papa??"

"Ep. Did you work on PR?"

"New to."

"Judah there work gih."

Mutual looked at his daughter back to the room.

Looks like he's been too kind lately to the old lady, don't you think?

Mutual eyes glinted coldly. He opened his phone and started the call.
