THE ABOVE THE CLOUD(ABC)
58. Sera likes it, new sister.

The two met at a cafe in a commercial area not far from Arina's cooking course. This sudden meeting did not make Arina appear messy. Her hair was neatly tied without the slightest loose strands. Vaguely Reksa smelled the smell of the cake as Arina sat down. But maybe it came from the kitchen in the cafe.

“What message do you want?” tawar Reksa's. Arina received and chose strawberry-lemon milk.

While waiting for his drink to come, Muta took the initiative to chat.

“Sorry because I called suddenly.”

“No, I happen to have another activity near here.”

“I heard you want to graduate school of gourmet?”

Hearing her, Arina smiled lowly. Even when sad, the movements are pleasing to the eye.

“Actually just a regular cooking course.”

“There are plans to proceed to higher education?”

“..huh?”

“...Yeah,”

School is higher? Arina looked at Reksa with a complicated gaze. “Didn't Pak Reksa have seen yesterday?”

“...”

But like an illusion, the self-deprecating question is coupled with an answer that is difficult to interpret. “My dream is to be a good wife.”

That answer left Reksa at a loss for words. People aspire to college, work somewhere, live independently.buy a house, buy this-that, and so on.

But who is Mutual? If the person being spoken to doesn't want to cooperate, why is he wasting his time here?

“Then I pray you manage to reach that dream.”

Arina catches the meaning of the sentence and bites her lower lip. The purpose of mutual is clear: do not carry her. In other words, find another potential husband and forget the chat yesterday.

“...wait.” Arina stopped Muta who was standing about to leave. Before arina opened her mouth, the waiter came to deliver the order– held a chat. Give Arina a little time to think.

But to the end, Arina did not say anything.

**

That morning, Sera had finished her breakfast and was ready to leave. He walked to the car without looking, but suddenly his legs stopped. The little girl turned her head towards the woman who was standing upright on the side of the car her Papa used to use when not leaving together.

Who is that girl? Her clothes were neat with a knee-length span skirt and a blouse shirt, her hair in a low tie. When Sera's eyes reached the woman's face, she was shocked.

‘It wasn't…. Brother Arina?’  Sera doesn't understand why Arina is standing in front of her Papa's car.

At that moment Arina stared back, then reviewed a gentle smile.

Before long Mutual came out with to leave.

“Why is it still here?” Muta rubbed the top of her daughter's head as it passed then entered.

Until the car came out of the gate, Sera's mouth was still open. Even his hair that his Papa made chaotic did not he fuss so surprised.

Sera arrived at school with mixed feelings. David who came first turned his body towards Sera.

“Why you?”

“...I think my papa wants a new wife?” sera said unsure. Although he supported and became the fastest line to find his wife Papa, Sera's feelings became mixed when thinking his efforts were successful. He was happy his father was happy, yet he felt a reluctance that did not know why.

“Oh my God, that’s awful.” said David grimacing.

Khalia who entered the class asked curiously. “What's awesome?”

“Sera wants to have a new mama.” replied David.

“...not.” is not a new Mama, but Papa's new wife. What difference does it make if they come together in the end?

Khalia recalled that Sera had asked every female teacher at the school for information.

“I remember you used to see girls teachers at school. You're looking for a candidate for your Papa?”

“The plan is so.” replied Sera.

“Holy..” David amazed. “You're looking for a candidate for your papa?” he then shook his head.

Sera never discussed this with her classmates. He only shared his views with Abima through chat. Therefore he did not know how amazing his actions were in the presence of other children who naturally wanted an original mother and father.

“Any thing?”

The question left David and Khalia speechless to think.

“Engga anyway.” after long thought Khalia replied.

David's emotions were more open and his reactions were the same as those of children in general. David also thought further ahead, while Sera only thought blindly about her Papa's needs.

“Emang if he comes to my house later why?” ask Sera.

“If later he has a child with your Papa how?” david said scare.

“I mean I have a sister?” Sera half exclaimed.

David: ????

Hey, we're talking about this kid who probably took your Papa's love! Why even happy?!

David explains the worst possibility of having a half-brother. Even David's brothers always said that he was taken from the shelter. It's terrible to have a sibling. Especially a half-brother?! David was the youngest child, although he was often bullied by his brothers, but he was able to use his 'bungsu' position to give a terrible reply to his brother. Mommy and her Daddy obviously took David's side more when there was a disagreement, she could feel it.

As a youngest, he had to give a warning to Sera who thought that sister was good...

Hearing him Sera immediately put on a serious face. He pressed the button on his watch and in front of David and Khalia, the phone was connected.

“Why Papa's son?” the voice of the Mutual sounded soft.

Sera immediately asked to the point. “Papa, if later Papa there is a new child Papa still dear to Sera, right?”

The mutual that was across the middle sipping his coffee almost choked.

“Papa have kids from where, son?” tanya Reksa slightly pressed. After several days of cold war, their relationship warmed up. But this adorable daughter asked this?

Mutual really wanted to know what was on his daughter's little mind all along.

“Yes, if Papa has a new wife maybe Papa will have children.”

This time, the car was much quieter. He deliberately kept his coffee away, waiting until his daughter finished talking. Uh, it's a good thing he's not choking anymore.

“Wife from where, dear Sera?”

“Papa don't switch topics,”

“...” Muta straightened her lips trying not to smile. Her daughter is so adorable. “Papa won't have children, just one. Yes, Sera has always been Papa.”'s favorite

Sera smiled with satisfaction at the answer from her Papa, her eyes showing pride in her two friends; while David looked at Sera with pity.

Sera was still too naive, David exhaled.

After getting assurances from his Papa, Sera captures another topic. “You mean you won't have children?? Why not, Pa? Would it be nice if I had a sister??”

Mutual: ????

David: Ckckck

Khalia: Haha, very funny.

Since Sera will always be number one in her Papa's heart, she doesn't have to worry about having a new brother, right? Having a sister must be fun. Sera so crave the figure so imagine little sister who will call him, “Kakak”.

“Only Papa would love you your sister from where?” Mutual thought Sera was interested in having a younger sister from the orphanage.

“Kan can be the same Brother Arina?”

This time without drinking, Muta choked on his own saliva. “Why do you have such a rich mind?” grade 2 Elementary School child, yes his mind?!

“Not the official Papa of Arina?”

“...”

“Official to be a lover?”

“Your teacher hasn't arrived yet? Clock as soon as you phone Papa will be confiscated the clock.”

“Not bell yet, Pa.”

“Tetep should be ready for lessons. Don't mope. Free time before the sound bell you read the textbook again.”

“....iya.”

Muta smiled broadly thinking of himself successfully switching the topic.

“Yaudah study diligently yes.”

“Iyaa.”

Sera closed the connection and immediately opened the textbook, following his Papa's advice.

'That's it?' David could no longer.

Khalia who had watched since then only rubbed the top of Sera's head before returning to her seat. David could only look at Sera with sympathy. If Sera starts to suffer later, maybe she can comfort her a little.
