Chapter 33

Ina worked her eyes, both her hands stretching as she felt aching all over her body. The tail of his eyes glanced towards the younger brother who was still asleep, then his eyeballs rolled in another direction. Not far from her was Aiko who was also still asleep on the sofa, there were only the three of them apparently.

Ina got up, she walked away from her sister and approached towards the door that had a small glass in the middle. Ina looked outwards through the translucent glass, the atmosphere outside looked desolate there was not a single human being.

Where did Samuel and Veron go?

Ina bit her lips, there was guilt arising in her heart. Is it possible that Samuel left her out of heartache for what he said a few hours ago, that man left her here?

Ina's heart was pounding, she was staring at the nanar towards the outside, her two eyes looked dewy ready to invite out of both eyes. It feels like he's out of this room, but his guts aren't yet big enough to face the monstrous creatures out there.

Finally Ina was only able to cry, she turned her back to the door. But he had not yet stepped away, the tail of his eyes catching someone who was walking towards him with an unusual step.

Ina turned back, her eyes narrowed at the strange looking person in her eyes. Ina retreated back when she realized that it was not a normal human like her, but rather a monstrous creature that was currently surrounding them from the outside.

"Zo-zombies?" muttered.

Elsewhere, Samuel and Veron are running as fast as possible to avoid the creatures that are chasing them blindly.

"You've made sure the chopper's safe from those creatures?" Samuel asked with a breath of breath, making sure that his cousin was doing well.

"It's on the rooftop, I'm sure it's safe!"

Samuel nodded, he tightened his run. The two of them tried to dodge, tricking the creatures into losing track of them. Hundreds of steps Samuel and Veron passed until finally reached the bottom floor, because when they were about to turn two terrible creatures were not far from both.

And the two creatures were aides to his father Samuel and his secretary.

"Damn it, if I meet your father, I'll beat him up!" tutuk Veron is upset.

He is tired of running down the ridge and now has to face off against creatures that can destroy his life and future.

"Aiko wouldn't like me if I became like them" she added.

Samuel just stared lazily at Veron, he chose to move slowly, trying not to make a sound so that the creature was unaware of their presence.

"Run on the count of three." said Samuel.

Veron looked over, and he saw the aba given by Samuel. Be prepared to put up a horse and will run as fast as possible when the creature turns its back on them both.

"One.... Three!"

Samuel ran towards the emergency exit, Veron who felt left behind cursing in his heart. Her cousin was fucking, he left her alone.

The two ran and finally reached outside, more precisely the emergency exit that led them out of the building. They both had to take a detour. And now Samuel and Veron are breathing in after making sure this place is safe, but it looks like they're wrong. Not far from them some sinister creatures began to arrive making Veron first leave Samuel.

"You don't wonder how your sexy date looks right now, hm?" Samuel smiled his smile at Veron. He was very curious how this bastard would react when he found out that the sexy lecturers he often firmed up turned into monstrous creatures like them. Does Veron still want to date her?

"I'm not dating anyone. Don't let Aiko hear it, she can hate me even more!"

Samuel screeched, he turned after successfully setting his run so as not to over. His throat was dry, his breathing was breathless, but he was grateful that the hallway leading to the room where Ina was already not far from the two of them.

While in the hallway, Ina tried to hold the door closed. Aiko and Zean help after they wake up from the commotion. They were both shocked when they saw one undead trying to break down the door that Ina was blocking.

"Where is Samuel and the bastard?" furious Aiko.

Ina did not answer she just shook her head, her face grew pale, she was already very scared but could not give up.

"Buckhead man! Damn it, just be careful if I meet them I pu-,"

"THAT'S THEM!"

Zean exclaimed loudly when he saw that a shabby-looking man was running towards the three of them. Even the undead creature turned around when he heard the clattering of shoes that were getting closer to the door.

But the undead had not yet come near, Samuel had already struck him using a piece of iron rod he had obtained from the lower floors while running from the pursuit of the undead.

Aiko and Ina even screeched as they saw the creature's head being crushed and instantly unconscious again right before their eyes.

"You okay?" Samuel looked so worried when he saw Ina's pale face.

Without speaking Ina immediately hugged the man's body, clutching it tightly as if she did not want to be left behind. Ina was crying again, fear, worry, disappointment, was hitting her.

"It's okay, we'll get out of here!" Samuel returned his embrace and gently stroked Ina's limp hair.

"Let's go to the rooftop before the creature returns!"

Veron immediately pulled Aiko. The man did not care about the rostrum of the girl he was dragging.

"Which other where?" ina asked, as she began to walk parallel to Samuel and his sister Zean.

"I don't know!" samuel with his eyes kept on guard. He could not guarantee that in this passageway they passed was safe without any undead ready to bite them.

"What about my Mom and Dad, are they-,"

"Uncle Brant will take care of them. You take it easy. Now we better hurry to get to the rooftop and leave this town! They won't be able to cross the sea, so we'll get out of New York!" samuel was full of seriousness.
