Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a type of mental disorder. People who have this disorder have uncontrollable and repetitive thoughts and behaviors. And it's infecting Yuna. It also caused Yuna to be taken abroad to treat her illness.

Yuna's family is well aware of Yuna's obsession with Kennan. Even his family also knew that Kennan was close to Yuna just because he wanted to help ease the girl's emotions. There is no love for Yuna.
