Chapter 17 (Husband Wife Drama)

Riko who just came home from work immediately went to her room to immediately take a shower.She looked for Mia's whereabouts but had not found his wife in the house.

Riko found a piece of paper on the nightstand and read it.Sepuk a letter from Mia.Lalu slowly she read the letter.

'What is this, ' he mumbled softly.Take the phone in his pocket and try to call Mia but the phone is not connected.Riko went to Melati's house.

At Melati's house, Riko tells Melati all of Mia's problems.

"What happened Mas, why did Mia Ma'am get out of the house without telling you?"

"I don't understand either." Riko closed her eyes with the chaos of her household.

"A few days ago Mia felt sad because she felt she had lied to everyone.Mommy was very happy because of her pregnancy but yes you know herself she was not pregnant so that's what made her feel guilty," Riko said.

"We can lie to everyone but we can never lie to our conscience, maybe that's how Ms. Mia feels."

"Then what about me?" Melati looked at her husband waiting for the man's answer.

"But all this time you've been fine."

"Have Mas Riko ever asked us, does all this make us happy?"

Riko was wide-eyed to hear Melati's words.Jasmine's words were like a loud slap for him.

Suddenly the sound of the door being knocked.

"Dear," called Sari from outside the room door.

"Yes, Mom," Melati replied half-shouting.

"There's Andika looking for you" Sari said.

"Yes Mom, tell me to wait."

The sound of the footsteps leaving sounded indicating that Sari had left.

"Mas, I want to see Andika first." Melati stepped away.

Riko pulled Melati's hand, stopping her.

"What's wrong?"

"Why does Andika still see you so much?" Riko asked intimidatingly with a slightly angry tone her eyes implied jealousy.

"I have business with Andika."

"What business, that's just an excuse for him to get close to you!" riko hatch.

"Whatchu mean?why do you think like that, all this time Andika has always helped me!" Melati was upset, patting Riko's hand that was still holding her hand.Melati stepped away regardless of her angry husband.

Riko was getting annoyed, entering the bathroom while slamming the bathroom door hard.

Melati was talking with Andika sometimes heard a loud laughing voice from the conversation.

Riko who finished the bath heard the voice became curious and wanted to see.Riko stepped out of the room and stood on the balcony.She observed Melati and Andika who were busy chatting.

There were footsteps approaching towards him.

"Mas Riko, what are you doing?" ask Dani.Put her sister-in-law's shoulder.

Instantly Riko was surprised by the arrival of Dani who broke her focus on hearing the chatter of Melati and Andika.

"And who is Andika?why is it so close to your sister?"

"Mas Dika it's our neighbor in the village as well as schoolmate Mbak Melati.From the first they were close.Several months ago Madam Melati there is a food business with Mas Dika, they often meet and go together," said Dani.

Dani steps down the stairs leaving Riko with her hands clenched staring at his wife as well as Andika.

Riko continued to observe them from the balcony.

While Melati, Dani and Andika are still busy chatting.

Hearing her sister's sassy speech made Melati upset and pinched Dika's cheek.

"What the hell is this Mommy, sick tofu!"

Dika just smiled to see Jasmine squashy pinched Dani's cheek.

"You are still in school even think girls continue.The real school so that successful people will surely all women will stick with you, ask the same dika!" snapped Melati while glancing at Dika.

Jasmine then take ablution water and perform magrib prayer.

After that she sat down next to her husband who covered her whole body and face with a blanket.

"Mas, are you sleeping?have you prayed magrib yet?" jasmine asked while shaking her husband's body slowly.

"It's over!" answer Riko ketus.

"Still angry?"

"Who's angry?" Riko asked.

"You are"

"How do you think?"

Riko got more upset and angry then she sat down in a huff.

"Think, a wife chatting with another man was jokingly laughing mindlessly at her husband!" Riko expressed anger that he had been holding back.His voice was high, his eyes were staring sharply at Melati.

"What do you mean, I'm the same when there's no other relationship other than friends," explained Melati upset at being accused.

"Didn't you see when you looked at you lovingly!" kekeh Riko with his accusations.

"Why do you continue to accuse me for no apparent reason!" Melati was upset, throwing her face back at her husband.

Riko let out a long sigh regulating her breathing trying to temper her anger.

Riko pulled Melati's body back to face her.

"I'm sorry dear "Riko hugged Melati's body.

Melati crying in her husband's arms.

"Don't cry, forgive Mas who always gives you pain.Should Mas better understand your condition that is pregnant.Mas just jealous to see you with another man," said Riko behind his arrogance.

"I just love you not another man!" firmly Melati stared fixedly at her husband's face.Both embrace again.
