Game, Start!

"As with the standard changes in the previous avatar, there are several Skills that have been deflatedly selected and locked. Well, even though this is for the purpose of tightening up the image of race, I somehow feel a loss," my comment that can not hide disappointment.

Recovering a bit of my feelings, I tried to see what Dhampire Innate Skill was.

[Bloodsucking]

[Magic Talent]

[Linguistics]

[Physical Strengths]

[Increase Healing]

[Night Vision]

"As I thought, this is fitting into the existing legend. Bloodsucking, of course the skill to be able to suck blood is mandatory of the character of the descendants of Vampires." In any case, in this case it is better to make sure one by one.

"Magic Talent seems to be from the strong magic characteristics of the Twilight Vampire, yes. Linguistic .. what is the familiar usage ability of Vampires? But isn't the name Command or Familiar Control more appropriate? I better investigate later. Then Physical Strength, derived from the physical superiority of Dark Elves. Increase Healing .. yes ...."

What comes from the legend of the fast healing Vampire? But wasn't this Skill more of a Dark Elves high vitality ability that had a physical advantage?

"... Maybe from both? Night Vision, once again it was unclear from whom. Vampires most likely have it, but I don't really understand Dark Elves. Whether they're active at night because it's 'Dark' in his name, or something else I don't really know."

It's disconcerting.

"Yes, I don't think I need to think much further. I better determine what skill I will take."

There are four skills I can choose from. I better think of choosing what skill for those four. While operating the screen with the list of Acquired Skills, I thought of some ridiculous things. Now only the number of skills I saw was around the 150s and still growing.

Considering the possible combination results, it is not difficult to imagine that having the exact same Skill set is almost impossible without an appointment first. That alone was still the first stage and after the Skill was developed (evolution?) the total variation will continue to evolve like a snowball.

"Hmm... Okay, I'll just do Role Play."

If someone asks why, the answer is easy, because it will be fun.

It's not that I want to be the strongest in the game, the fun is much more important to me. Besides, wouldn't it be a waste if a bloodsucker like me wasn't playing around? The appearance of all white like ghosts was also ready.

Of course the base is magic. My physical abilities need not be asked anymore, bad! Even with the correction in the statistics I got no confidence. Moreover I am not an M who can bear pain even with the pain reduction mechanism that has been set to 15%.

All right, goals set. Now it was only to choose the appropriate Skill.

"First ... Where's Power."

From a rough introduction, this Skill would enhance magic by consuming more mana than it should. Hopefully it can synergize with [Magic Talent] which has the effect of efficient use of magic.

"Then it's definitely Basic Magic Mastery and prevention with Enhanced Spells."

Basic Magic Mastery was clearly shown to increase magic power, besides it also played an important role in many other magic-based Skill acquisition terms. Nevertheless, this Skill alone could transform like being a Basic Fire Attributes Magic Mastery.

Enhanced Spells I used as a melee attack precaution. I will be able to buff my paper-thin defense that has been guaranteed with a correction - 20% on Endurence's stats. In addition, it can also function in increasing attacks with buffs when felt less.

Shoot two birds with one stone.

"Last .. should I take an Element that has a thorough base? No, Vampire, blood, fluids. Acid Serection, Poison Fang, Water Element, Basic Appraisal .... Uh, a— heah ... um.. au— Eum .. a-what Appraisal is a form of Skill not a system aid?"

I was a little bit shaky about this possibility. This is not at all I knew before, isn't the scoring ability a system aid instead of a game Skill?

Calmly moment. Well, let's call the management for a moment.

Send an email to management. I asked if the Basic Appraisal Skill was an appraisal ability in another game, and whether one could judge in an in-game monster despite not possessing this Skill.

It contained an apology for the inconvenience and an answer that Skill Basic Appraisal was indeed an in-game scoring aid system. Here it is also explained that the details of the assessed opponent will be more detailed when the Skill is improved.

Then for the second question it seems possible for a simple action. Such as checking the identity of the other party, but to get more details is not possible. It was likely best to understand one monster after facing it repeatedly.

"I'm down. Even I can't see the opponent's maximum HP without this."

It was with a heavy heart that I took out the Basic Appraisal Skill that ended up sitting sweetly by depleting my last initial Skill Points.

I'm a little bit of a grudge but what can I do. It was known that Skills like the Water Element could be learned at a later time. However, I doubt whether Basic Appraisal can be learned beyond this time, even if there is a possibility that the requirements will be stricter.

Finishing all these stages I exhaled a long breath. Some unexpected things happened even though I somehow got through. Yeah, 'by somehow'.

*Profile consists of Name, Gender (if you want to hide), and Alignment]

The announcement went up, immediately sounding right after I entered the final stage.

Well, for now let's set it up for a moment. Name ... well, after deciding on it I started typing the name.

The pirae.

It doesn't have much meaning, just blending my race name in the game, Dhampire with Reena's real name. After a few games said —so that doesn't sound like a strange word. The name was chosen.

"Gender, I don't think it's necessary to hide it. While juxtaposition .. yes, well, let's see what it is first."

I don't want to fall again like in the Appraisal function problem ....

Good. In general, the alignment is divided into three types. Good, Neutral, and Evil. As the name suggests, it shows the game's world view of the player's character, which is why juxtaposition influences how the NPCs act towards the player. In the player's own view, it affected the acquisition of the Skill going forward.

Even so, juxtaposition can change and not remain. Change is influenced by a variety of factors and the initial selection is simply determining the initial position of the character.

"All right, I understand. Well, I'm going to arrange for Neutral alignment."

Good's alignment doesn't match the Role Play that I've set, while Evil .. seems to make it harder for me to meet the baddaughter that was my original goal of playing.

After everything was done, I finally got into EFO.

Explanation of player cursor and NPC in EFO.

The player's cursor in EFO is generally hidden, after focusing the view on one person only can the cursor floating on it be seen (even without the Appraisal Skill). The cursor applies to players, NPCs, and monsters, while for objects it does not.

The cursor has several colors. In the player, this color is determined by the alignment of the characters, namely:

White to Good;

Grey for Neutral;

Black for Evil.

As for NPCs, their common colors were green, silver for rare NPCs, and gold for special NPCs.

In monsters themselves, black is a common color (because this is also the Evil alignment players are also hunted). Red is for boss monsters.

The information displayed on the cursor includes a profile. That is only limited to the title (if any), name, gender (if you want to show), and alignment (from the color of the cursor).

If the player does not understand who he is observing, the Title is shown to replace the name. An explanation of the reasons behind it will be displayed in the next chapter.
