Being on Lauden's back, makes Lucy feel comfortable until finally she unconsciously fell asleep. Meanwhile, Lauden, who does not know that Lucy has fallen asleep. Still raving about himself and the vampire world.

"The world of vampires is very different from the myths they tell us because it's all written from the point of view of humans who know nothing about vampires. It's all their imagination" Lauden said.

However, Lucy did not respond to him.

"You hear that?" Ask Lauden.

Still no answer. Lauden also looked.

He looked at Lucy's face on his shoulder from the side. Shady and peaceful. Unlike when the girl is in a conscious state, her round cheeks will bubble up perfectly with eyes wrapped wide when talking to her.

Lauden involuntarily chuckled, feeling uneasy as her memories spun into the past. The man feels his life is a little colorful since the arrival of Lucy in his life which has always felt flat and ordinary.

Suddenly, a man approached Lauden.

"I want to report something, sir" he said.

"Say," replied Lauden.

"There has just been a riot in Xandified" he said, looking at Lucy who was moving violently behind Lauden's back.

The one who was stared at woke up after hearing the man's voice mention the name of the village where he lived. Lucy immediately blinked her eyes, gathering a consciousness that had yet to be fully realized, "What happened in Xandified?" Ask Lucy.

"Tell me more clearly, Vla." Lauden.

Exactly it. The one who suddenly came to face Lauden was Vladimir. The man immediately visited the border when he found out Lauden had arrived.

Then tell her what she found after they split last night.

"There's riots. Hm... Perhaps more precisely, there was a murder that managed to attract the attention of humans. Someone was found murdered in a very sad way. Obviously the man was killed not because of man because man would not kill by tearing him apart." Said the man.

Lauden lowered Lucy from her back slowly. The girl listened to the words of Vladimir , who had first arrived at Xandified.

"Didn't vampires kill humans by sucking their blood instead of tearing them apart?" Ask Lucy, who is new to the vampire world.

"It should be, miss" replied Vladimir.

"Have you found Damien?" cut Lauden.

"Unfortunately, not yet. The trail is invisible to me. All my men were so hard-pressed to find the old man, as if he had disappeared into the earth" Vladimir said.

Lauden hissed, massaging his throbbing temples. This time the man looked serious about the disappearance of one of his captives.

"Did the victim have anything to do with Damien?" Ask Lauden again.

Vladimir immediately turned his head towards Lucy, Damien's daughter, who was suspected of having killed someone sadistically.

"He's Lucy's uncle" whispered Vladimir, looking down. Afraid of being heard by Lucy, and unfortunately indeed heard by her.

"What?" Lucy screamed spontaneously. "Can't my father kill his own brother? Please don't make it up in this situation," asked Lucy who refused to believe her father had killed her uncle.

"Unfortunately the facts say another," Vladimir refuted.

"How is that possible?"

"That's because the victim had a relationship with Damien, I assume that the one who killed that person was indeed Damien." Vladimir.

"That's impossible! How could my father kill my uncle?" Lucy said with tears in her eyes. He thrashed on himself.

"Has the body been buried?" Ask Lauden.

"The victim is currently in hospital X, he said they need to perform an autopsy to further identify the man's cause of death."

"There's no way my dad killed him.

It's a conspiracy, someone is trying to slander my father by killing my uncle like that" said Lucy, who still cannot accept the fact that her father has become a murderer.

"Take us to Uncle Lucy's body" Lauden said.

Vladimir nodded his head.

He entered the room in silence.

Lucy's eyes glazed over. He wanted to scream but was still trying to wake up.

Lucy's face instantly paled as she saw with her own eyes how her uncle had died in such a miserable manner. Some of the wounds look like vampire clutches. His heart no longer exists. And his body was filled with holes, as if someone had torn him apart with their hands.

"You okay?" Lauden asked Lucy.

"This can't happen because of my father, right? No way! It's impossible!" Shouted Lucy firmly. He closed his ears and did not want to hear any offensive words.

Vladimir tried to calm him down. However, Lauden held Vladimir.

"Let her vent her sadness and anger" he whispered.

Lucy roared while crying. Tears flowed down his cheeks. He never thought that one of his most beloved would become like this.

"Some say that this person was the one who killed Lucy's mother" Vladimir said, repeating the information he heard again.

Lucy's eyes widened for a moment. He still vividly remembered what Arthur had said at the time.

"My mother was not killed. But suicide." Said Lucy.

Vladimir asked, "so you know your mother is gone?

Lucy nodded. "Arthur said it,"

"So, is it true that Lucy's mother died by suicide or because of this person?" Lauden asked to confirm the information Vladimir had received.

"I just converted what I heard from the citizens, sir" Vladimir replied.

"That's obviously not true. My uncle may be a bitch, but he couldn't have killed my mother..." Said Lucy while shedding tears.

"How did Arthur know your mother killed herself?" Ask Lauden

"He read my father's mind before he was executed in the big bang" Lucy replied with an honest statement while Lauden thought about which one was right. If this man is the cause of Lucy's mother's death, there is a high chance that Lucy's father is the killer of this man because he has a clear motive.

However, if Lucy's mother commits suicide, then there is no reason for Lucy's father to kill the man he knows in a tragic way.

Brakes.

Suddenly the door of the room shook because there was a break from the outside.

"Hidden!" Lauden.

Lauden, Lucy and Vladimir soon enter to hide. Vladimir chose to hide under the table. Meanwhile, Lauden and Lucy go to one of the closets at the end of the room.

From behind the crack of the closet, Lauden and Lucy can see several doctors have entered to confirm the condition of the corpse before being autopsied.

Inside that cramped room, Lucy and Lauden stood crammed. The bodies of the two are close to each other.

Lucy tries hard to hold back the tears that run down her eyes. He did not want his cries to be heard and put the three at risk.

Suddenly Lauden whispered to Lucy with a jealous look.

"Do you trust Arthur more than my errand boy?"
