In the middle of the party, a man Lucy believes to be Lauden's errand boy arrives, stopping his master's dancing activities. The man came in haste and delivered a shocking news.

"What?" lauden asked the man.

The man did not answer immediately, but looked at Lucy who also looked curious. Following the adjutant's point of view, Lauden awoke and asked the girl for a pause.

"We go back first, I'll follow after this."

"No, I'm just here." Reply Lucy.

"All right, as you please." Lauden replied before taking a little distance away from Lucy.

"Say," said Lauden when she and the aide were alone.

The young man brought his lips closer to Lauden's ears because he didn't want anyone to hear him.

Lucy saw them from far away. There was a sense of unwillingness when Lauden seemed preoccupied with her affairs when she had successfully followed the music and she was enjoying dancing with the man she said was the vampire prince, but the situation stopped her.
