Three years before Darren and Bening's wedding.

After they returned from the small town where Darren grew up, Chelsea changed completely. Little by little, he began to move away from Darren.

The girl came back crying. He gets word, if both his parents and twin brother had an accident. He also rushed there. He was not allowed to enter, due to the patient's very severe condition.

Darren immediately looked at the couple. Reports were read by nurses and doctors who had handled it. He was concentrating on examining the patient.

"Set up the operating room!" his orders.

They begin to prepare the operating procedures and ask for the signatures of the guardians present. The girl followed them and waited in front of the operating room.

He waited almost five hours. A nurse came out and asked the girl to get ready to donate her blood.

"Both patients lost a lot of blood. Are you ready to donate your blood?"

"Can, sus."

"They immediately stepped towards the blood draw room. However, their steps came to a halt, upon seeing the operating room lights off. That indicates, if the operation is over. The nurse came back to see what was going on. While the girl, felt a bad premonition. Her tears began to fall uncontrollably. Her chest feels very tight.

Darren came out with a sad and guilty face. The girl approached Darren.

"Doctor, are papa and my mom okay?" his voice sounded vibrating.

"Sorry." That's all Darren can say.

The girl's body fell. Darren catches him and takes him to the ward. He waited for the girl to wake up. After fifteen minutes, the girl opened her eyes.

He cried loudly remembering Darren's words earlier. Darren approached her and let the girl vent her emotions.

To be honest, he was also saddened by the suffering of the girl. Before long, a nurse came and delivered another piece of bad news.

"Miss, your twin brother just took his last breath."

The girl screamed more. Now he lives a family without family. I don't know where Darren's pushing the girl. The nurse who had just delivered the news was shocked.

"Why is the doctor still here? Come back! the doctor has to continue the work, right?"
