Chapter 52

Currently Vienna, Citra and Al are in the living room. Darren himself, was engrossed in flirting with the Light.

"Did you influence Darren?" ask Al.

Vienna stared at Al. "No" replied Vienna.

The silence came back to ambush the three. Only the carefree chattering of Darren and baby Light sounded.

"Why does she suddenly want to stay with you?" ask Citra.

"You can ask him yourself. I won't force her to stay with me."

"So you're accusing us of forcing her?" al asked in an annoyed voice.

Vienna took a deep breath and exhaled. "Darren," call Vienna.

Darren turned and approached the three. "Yes, mommy," said Darren.

"Papa and Mama, want to talk to Darren. Does Darren agree?" Darren nodded his head.

"Then, Mommy and Aunt are on top."

Vienna soon moved on and took the Light from Fika's sling. Vienna couldn't turn its head.

Darren sits in front of Al and Citra after Vienna leaves. He looked at Al and Citra in turn.

"Darren, I want to ask. Darren answered honestly, huh?!" Darren nodded.

"Why did Darren change the call again?" ask Citra.

"Daddy Sam said, mommy is better called mommy than mother," he replied.

"Reason?"

"Because it was mommy who brought Darren into the world" Darren replied innocently.

The heart of Citra is painful to hear Darren's speech. However, he could not avoid, that what Darren said was indeed true.

"Why did Darren call Samudra Daddy?" this time, Al asked Darren directly.

"Because Daddy said, mommy's partner is called Daddy. Daddy and mommy are getting married, too."

Al and Citra understand now. Although Darren lived separately from Vienna for four years, the bond between mother and child could not be lost.

"Did Darren not love Mama anymore?" ask Citra.

The tears of Citra had already piled up in his eye peluk. He looked up to resist the rate of tears that would soon spill.

"Darren loves my mom. Mama's the best mama Darren's got. Mama, too, has taught Darren a lot. But, Darren also loves mommy. Mommy even cried, last night. He's not sleeping either. Almost faithful night, mommy's always by Darren's side."

Al and Citra frowned. "Darren knows where? Darren's not sleeping?" ask Al.

"Darren sleeps with pa. But, Darren unintentionally heard mommy cry. Mommy even keeps kissing Darren and apologizing."

"So, can Darren stay with mommy? Darren is convinced, mommy won't forbid papa and mama to see Darren. Daddy is like that too."

"If Darren is happy, papa will be happy" said Al.

"Thank you, papa."

Darren bursts into Al's arms and kisses his father's cheek. Al smiled seeing the excitement in Darren's eyes.

"Then, Darren wants to come play papa? Papa kangen with Darren. We haven't played together in a long time, have we?" bujuk Al's.

"Darren told mommy first yes pa," said Darren.

After Al nodded, he ran towards where Vienna was. It did not take long, the two approached Al and Citra. Vienna carried one small bag in the other hand.

"Darren, listen to mom and dad, son." Vienna rubbing darling Darren's head.

Vienna handed over the bag containing Darren's needs when going on a trip. The image stretched out its hand and took the bag.

"Thank you for letting Darren come with us" Citra said.

"He's your son too. There's no way I'm stopping Darren from meeting his mom and dad." Vienna smiled sincerely at the two.

"Congratulations, because soon you and Doctor Samudra will be married." Al stretched out his hand to shake hands.

"Thank you." Vienna returned Al's handshake.

Al did not remove his grip from Vienna's hands. Several times, Vienna tried to remove his hand from Al's large hand.

"Mas." Al still held Al's tiny hand. Back, Citra's heart felt pinched when she saw the unwillingness of Al to take off Vienna.

"Ekhem."

There was the sound of a person's silence from the direction of the entrance. They looked over and found the ocean standing there. Darren who saw the arrival of the Ocean, ran into the embrace of the Ocean.

"Daddy," call Darren.

The ocean stretched out her hand and carried Darren into her sling. Then, he kissed Darren's entire face, until the boy laughed amusedly.

"Where's Daddy going? It's so tidy?" ask Samudra's. The tail of his eyes was still watching Al's every move.

Vienna is approaching the Ocean and Darren. Vienna smiled sweetly at the Ocean. The ocean embraces the shoulders of his future wife and kisses her forehead. Al who saw that, immediately threw away his gaze.

"Bang, it's time you re-establish your relationship with Citra. I'm sure your love for Citra is far greater than your love for me. I've found Mas Samudra. So let's forget the past. You and I can still be on good terms. I'm sorry, because all this time I've had a lot wrong with you guys. Especially on the image. Take back Al's heart for yourself. I'm sure you can, " said Vienna.

Eyes Image glazed over to hear the words of Vienna. Al looked at Citra. Now he realizes his mistake. During this time, he focused only on Vienna without caring for the heart of Citra. Al pulled Citra into her warm embrace, until Citra shed her tears on her husband's chest.

Many times Al muttered an apology. Darren smiled looking at his father and mother who looked closer, just like Vienna and the Ocean. Vienna looked at the ocean. They throw each other happy smiles seeing Al who again realized his mistake.

Vienna prays, may happiness return to her friend's side. He asked for an opportunity to rebuild their broken friendship. Hopefully, God will kindly grant his prayers.
