Vienna chose to leave the place first. Moreover, he felt a cramp on his stomach. He endured the pain that tormented him. Al was not even aware of the sweat that had soaked Vienna's forehead.

Arriving at the hospital, Dennis cradles Vienna back to the patient's bed at the IGD. He immediately ordered the nurse to call the obstetrician. In less than twenty minutes, a female doctor came to him.

"Please check on him!" the doctor immediately did his job.

The sound of Vienna whimpering in pain. Dennis rubbed his face rough looking at it. The man even cursed to know who in his heart.

"How is he doing?" dennis asked when the doctor came out.

"Can we talk outside?" the two doctors came out of the room.

They sit in the front seat of the IGD room. The female doctor took a deep breath and exhaled her slowly.

"Is she your wife?"

"just explain. No need to ask anything else. How's condition?" ask Dennis.

"He almost miscarried. I've given him a booster drug. He will have to rest for some time to come. Don't let him experience excessive stress. That would be very dangerous for her fetus." the doctor warned Dennis.

Dennis closed his eyes. He was quite angry to hear about this problem. Just when his eyes opened, he saw the whereabouts of Al and Citra who were walking towards him. A grin appeared on Dennis's lips.

"On time. I need to let go of my emotions." Dennis clenched his fist.

The doctor next to Dennis, looked in the same direction. Dennis stood up, making the doctor stand up. With big eyes, Dennis approached Al and Citra.

As with Dennis, Al felt at the peak of his anger. Al was jealous when another man touched hers.

"So you know, he's here?" Dennis folded his hands in the chest.

"Where's my wife?" ask Al. The man tries to control his emotions.

"Should I tell you?" Al looks furious.

Al stared hard at Dennis. Same with Dennis. The two men seemed to be at war through their eyes.

"Doctor, please don't make things worse. Just tell me where Vienna is" Citra said.

"Doctor Dennis, the patient's looking for a doctor." a nurse called Dennis.

"See, he's looking for me." Dennis grinned and turned around leaving the two behind.

Al was about to step up, when the female doctor who was with Dennis blocked his steps. Citra and Al looked at the doctor.

"Well, let the patient rest first. He needs calmness" he said firmly.

"I'm her husband doc." the doctor frowned.

"What did you do to your wife?" ask the doctor. Given the condition of his patients when he came, it was clear that it invited curiosity about what happened.

Al will step back. However, his steps stopped because of the doctor's speech.

"Do you know if your wife is about to have a miscarriage?"

Deg, Al's chest was squeezed firmly on hearing Vienna almost lost her baby. The man looked up and looked at the doctor.

"If you want to wait, please wait outside. Please do not make my patients worse. Or as a consequence, you'll lose the fetus." the doctor soon passed leaving Al and Citra with a deathly pale face.

Dennis approached Vienna and tried to smile at the woman. He did not want to make Vienna more stressful.

"How are you doing?" tanyakanya.

"better. Thank you, you helped me." Vienna smiled at Dennis. Dennis returned his smile.

"Rest. Don't think about anything else right now." Vienna nodded.

"May I ask you something?" ask Vienna. Dennis nodded his head.

"Why do you always help me?" Dennis looked into Vienna's eyes deeply.

Because you're my sister. The brother I have to protect.

Dennis didn't answer Vienna's question. The man could only answer it in his heart. The fear of answering the Vienna question is much greater than ever.

"Rest me." Someday, I will tell you.

"What, my husband knows I'm here?" Dennis looked back at his sister's face.

"Yes, he's in front. You want to meet?" Vienna shakes. He has not yet met Al.

"Let the image come in."

"Isn't he one of the causes of you being like this?" ask Dennis.

"Is he okay?" tanya Citra while rubbing the belly of Vienna which still does not look enlarged.

"Yes. The doctor said he was okay. I have to rest a lot."

"Don't think of anything else. I won't ask for a divorce from Mas Al, as you wish. I don't care about the ridiculous agreement. We'll take care of this baby together." Vienna smiled and hugged Citra.

"Thank you." Stay with Brother. Because he is the best for you.

Dennis who just came in couldn't do anything. He gave Vienna and Citra time to speak.

"Win, who's Dennis? why is he paying so much more attention to you? He's always watching you. He's always there when you need help. Is she your lover? Did I ruin your relationship?"
